上星期,同班同事到這間串燒店食lunch,我哋叫左幾個set lunch再加了幾串串燒;當等野食的時候,我的位置是對着開放廚房,見到廚師曬鹽在食物上的姿勢好熟練,好型。同時,店舖裏沒有油煙及燒烤的味道,通風系統做得不錯。食物來到的時候,聞到好香串燒味道;牛舌、豆腐、白鱔燒得外脆內嫩,牛柳唔韌,好Juicy,雞中翼好香口,味道適中。但這間店舖環境,似乎多了一些螢光板,因為略為光了少少,如果減少些就好了;另外,服務態度都幾好,價錢都OK,所以整體來說都不錯。

食飽飯想找個地方可以傾下偈,去酒吧又太嘈,於是見到一間居酒屋,我哋坐低咗,叫咗支sake,一路傾一路飲,但又想食少少野,咁就叫左幾串串燒,叫咗牛脷,帶子,燒牛柳,冬菇。。。牛脷同燒牛柳外脆內軟,帶子燒得啱啱好,冬菇好juicy,我哋再叫多支sake嚟配串燒,好滿足。

Brought a girl here for our first date, nothing too elegant but cozy. Each yakitori is slightly different from the average yakitori shop, little spices and added.Recommend ordering 1 skewer to share everytime so you could try a wider range of dishes, progressively add order if you like it.

同女朋友睇完戲,之後再約班朋友到蘭桂坊飲嘢,中間有段空檔時間,而且大家又有少少肚餓,於是就喺中環覓食。我哋一路行,行到士丹頓街附近,女朋友見到間居酒屋喺食串燒,横掂大家又唔太肚餓,不如試下呢間。入到舖頭,雖然地方小小,但環境都算唔錯。坐低咗之後,我哋叫咗牛脷,雞翼,白鱔,燒牛柳,年榚;牛脷都幾厚身,好Juicy;雞翼同白鱔燒得好香,白鱔入口肥而不膩,燒牛柳唔韌同好Juicy,年榚外脆內軟。可惜因為仲有下場,所以大家都唔敢叫得太多,唯有等下次再食過。

As the restaurant itself is a bit pricy, I would recommend to give it a try during lunch time as their set price is more reasonable. We ordered the vegetable set and the eel set. The set came with a few kinds of skewers which are quite good and tasty. The eel set tasted better though, the eel is huge and the rice is big. Yummy!

要等人等上個多小時又不想到café,其實串燒店也是不錯的選擇。是晚到蘇豪區的南亭,一邊飲清酒一邊食枝豆。枝豆微鹹,平時食的話可能會覺得太鹹,不過用來佐酒一流!除了枝豆,還點了串燒。坐Bar枱的好處就是可以與師傅溝通,串燒的鹹度、生熟度等都可以跟師傅直接交代。另外,侍應都很有善和幽默,可以進一步放鬆心情。最後點了客燒明太子!燒得很香,一定要伴蔬菜一起食。淨食的話,是真的真的真的鹹!店裏雖然很擠,吵吵鬧鬧,不過似乎這種氛圍與串燒小店更相襯。

牛肉是加了豆瓣醬燒製而成,牛肉外層是誘惑的是啡色,內裏是令人垂涎欲滴的粉紅色。而且牛肉四面也燒得均勻一致,啡色與紅色的比例是九一,證明師傅工架了!因為牛肉十分易熟,所以在燒製過程中每一邊的時間掌握也是關鍵!在牛串上的濃濃豆瓣醬汁帶豆鹹及醬油的咸香,再點上青海湖鹽更為牛串提鮮,加上秘製醬汁更是野味!

燒烤的時候很喜歡吃粟米棒,因為那陣牛油香撲鼻令人真的欲罷不能!粟米一份是一條共有兩支,我們又可以一人一支。當待應把粟米送上時,那久違了的味道是十分熟悉…
原來是陣牛油爆谷香的味道!那真的很新奇,那是我第一次從燒粟米上聞到這開心味道!燒栗米外層愛金黃色有適中的微焦,清甜可口,那甜香一直在空氣中漫溢久久揮之不去…😊

吃着吃着有點口渴,我們便叫了一杯Asahi生啤。酒啤泡沫剛好是到了杯的黃金三七 比例!十分一絲不苟~ 啤酒帶小麥的甜香,配搭味道鮮明的串燒是十分不錯的選擇!令人頓然暑氣全消!👍🏻

芝士混合其他配料一起釀在雞全翼裏,芝士的鹹香映襯出雞翼的個性,不用點其他醬汁也令人回味無窮。雞肉十分幼滑,即使雞翼尖和雞鎚部份的肉厚度相差那麼多,卻也能做到雞翼尖不會過焦,而雞鎚部份亦恰到好處,由比可見師傅的功架十分熟練!👍🏻

滿滿的湯飯正好為剛才的串燒作個告別。湯飯清新帶有淡淡的三文魚香,三文魚蓉配合紫菜再加一口湯飯,真是十分滿足。紫菜的鹹香加上日式芥辣及湯飯,有時別有一番風味!而且飯量不少,十分抵食。

朋友一眼看到牆上餐牌有芝士年糕,她立即要下單。
別看它像沒甚麼特別,其實由外層的紫菜盡顯心思,先在紫菜塗上醬汁烤至香脆,然後把年糕炸至金黃,再包上紫菜。
年糕夾著紫菜吃別有一番風味,脆脆的紫菜,軟糯的年糕,流心的芝士,口感可謂豐富至極。
加上鹹香滑溜的芝士配上甜美的年糕及紫菜,讓味蕾品味多重滋味。

最後如果還覺得有點餓的感覺不妨來碗茶漬飯,這碗茶漬飯可不簡單。
裡頭加了烤得酥酥的三文魚及鮮美的#明太子,再淋上熱茶,最後灑上紫菜及木耳絲,二人合吃一碗較剛剛好。
茶漬飯清淡得來不會淡而無味,反而有股幽香感,正好中和吃燒物那股熱氣。
