其實已經飽撐了,但甜魔還是要出動的,竟然有燕窩布甸!即點,當侍應端上來之時 ~ wow~! 真心美得緊要,紫薯粉與藍莓加上食用花瓣, 最後才到布甸真身出場,味道是超濃郁的3.6牛奶,所以又黏又滑,好細膩。

賣相鮮艷美麗,令人看到滿心喜悅,而頂部更放上鰹魚碎作裝傭,又帶出了日式風格。另外,新鮮、優質的食材和不平凡的組合,也是我喜愛這沙律的原因。

牛奶布甸色澤素白,廚師用上紫芋粉和藍莓,還加上矜貴的燕窩,將這如鄰家女孩的牛奶布甸裝扮得更加高貴奪目。

牛奶布甸選用了北海度3.6牛奶製作,奶味香濃,質感細滑,足以證明廚師製作甜品的技藝亦不錯。至於燕窩,個人喜愛程度只是一般,不妨可考慮以其他食材作配搭,也許能擦出更亮麗的火花。

相比其他的美,食物的美並沒有被時空、年齡、種族和環境等的局限,是一種恒久的美!

食物在廚師悉心的打扮下,美態就如畫作般優美地呈現,儘管最終會裝進肚子裡,但美感卻永存心中。而最讓人刻骨銘心的,要算是那些美與味結合得完美無瑕的食物,在記憶中永遠佔據其他食物之上,餘韻更能歷久不衰。所以進食絕對是一個無國界的交流方式!

This was swordfish belly which had an interesting texture, it was like marbled beef which melted in your mouth but it was actually fish.

有一句說話是不得不寫下來 ... " 好好味 " ! 以一個食博來說只是簡單地運用三個字來形容味道 , 看似好膚淺 , 說到這裏我真是 " 汗顏 " , 但又該如何表達我今餐的感覺 ?

不用說海膽,鮮味十足,絕對沒有像吃了劣質得海膽的想吐感覺。加上那片薄片的火腿,薄得晶瑩也不覺肥膩,火腿沒有把海膽的鮮味遮蓋,不要以為薄片的火腿就丁點味道都沒有,它的鹹味充分滲入這道菜式中,更使整體的味道相得益彰。

相信看過之前幾道菜式的都知道Naked注重不只是菜式的味道,還有菜式的美觀。而藍莓燕窩奶凍罕有地配搭紫色的紫薯粉,白襯紫鮮豔奪目,以兩種顏色簡單的襯搭沒有顯得俗套,反而成高貴和優雅的表表者,深得女士歡心,當然我也被俘虜了,一邊拍照一邊大讚「好靚」!!

愉快的一餐晚餐,可是樂極忘形忘記了幫餐廳拍個照。上網看過Naked Gurume Gyarari的資料,Naked Gurume Gyarari 主打西日的Fusion菜,健康為主,在看完我介紹的菜式後無疑健康也是Naked菜式的要素,低油份低脂肪,菜式富有創意,不過每道菜式都超過$150,對我這個不太講究的人來說也算是貴的,但是衡量到食材的新鮮,似乎這個價錢也稱得上合理。就好像吃個海膽壽司,為什麼高級日本餐廳能賣到百幾元一碟,但普通的日本壽司店只需三十元就有交易,相信大家也懂這個道理吧!至於值得與否,就要看看每位的要求了,是為了飽滿肚子,還是追求食物的質素呢?大家心內的尺各有不同,所以只是為大家作個參考。

而每碟的較細份,令我們不禁想起懷石料理,無論食物的擺放都有崇高的要求,也講求精緻。 單點每個菜式要似乎填飽肚子實不易,建議把幾樣特色菜式合併成套餐,或許會引來更多的關注呢!

睇個名「14小時油封鮑魚」好似好勁咁,所以點一客試試,不過,原來一客得一隻,感覺實在唔平。若論味道、質素,其實件鮑魚一啲唔差,鮑魚軟腍,少少煙韌,除有鮑魚味,仲帶有薑味及微微酸香,不過,鴨油香倒不太明顯,反而伴碟嘅海珊瑚幾得意,有啲似食海蜇。

意猶未盡,兼又真喺未夠飽,所以,特意再多叫一款主菜「劍魚腩」。簡簡單單嘅煎劍魚腩,都擺得好有心思。伴菜有紅菜頭、白蘿蔔、車厘茄、鮮露筍及幼滑嘅薯蓉,配以一個少少辣,又有煙肉味嘅忌廉汁,味道挺特別。至於件劍魚腩,煎得表面焦脆,且魚味濃,不過口感挺實似舊肉多啲

Naked嘅菜式唔單止菜式不拘一格,仲有好多創意,賣相、味道兼備,不過,大部份菜都喺比較細份量,一小口一小口,要多叫幾碟先夠撐肚皮,所以,相對消費亦頗高
。所以,我哋最後都膽粗粗俾咗啲愚見予店長,可唔可以將上述幾款廚師推介菜式,以一人份嘅份量,再加點炒飯或冷麵,拼湊成一個定食,定價晌$350-400左右,應有一定嘅吸引力吧

Opened by chef Justin Chan, the brains behind the organic food restaurant Locofama, Naked Gurume Gyarari (which means Naked "gourmet gallery") is a rookie on Elgin Street that serves healthy Japanese tapas.

A stark black and white stairway leads to the new restaurant, which is divided into a gallery/private dining room on the left, and a main dining area on the right. The decor is stylish and effortlessly chic, with glass display shelves, dark wood flooring and an open kitchen countertop completing a contemporary, minimalistic set-up. Service is eager and polite, but a tad pushy with their recommendations.

(5) The shimeji and quinoa with black truffle egg pasta ($128) offers a delightful range of flavours - the sous vide egg is utterly enticing, the cherry tomato and shimeiji mushrooms are refreshing and there is some black truffle to lift the pasta's flavours. My complaint, though, is that there is way too much black pepper which overwhelms the dish.

(7) The toro and 48 months Iberico ham wrap ($198, 3 pieces) is without a doubt the star of the night. It is lined with a piece of baking paper for you to hold it up to eat; the butteriness of the tuna belly and the deep flavours of the Iberico ham turn out to be surprisingly complementary, and the sea grapes and quinoa offer a gorgeous popping sensation. Completely mind-blowing!

There is free corkage during the restaurant's soft opening, and dinner costs around $500-$600 per head without drinks. I adore the sleek, artistic decor of the eatery, but the food quality is inconsistent, the portions are a tad small and we are a little confused as to how "healthy" the Japanese tapas really are. I hope the kitchen can iron out the kinks soon in order to do justice to this beautiful venue!

Naked has decent deco, spacious seating btwn tables, nice branding, friendly staff....but food itself was really soso, we left there feeling unsatisfied and v hungry. The only thing i would consider ordering again is the Lobster bisque risotto and perhaps the fried oysters, and mayyyyybe the lotus chips w truffle mayo..but truffle mayo makes everything taste good so that doesn't really count.The tuna quality used in the carpacio and the sexy naked roll is only par (or borderline sub-par) at best

The only thing i would consider ordering again is the Lobster bisque risotto and perhaps the fried oysters, and mayyyyybe the lotus chips w truffle mayo..but truffle mayo makes everything taste good so that doesn't really count.

The tuna quality used in the carpacio and the sexy naked roll is only par (or borderline sub-par) at best. The garlic ribeye used a ginger reduction sauce which reminded me of food court/canteen flavors, then ofcourse i kicked myself for being the one wanting to ordering. The uni pasta was very orange in colour but honestly couldn't taste much of the uni or the freshness that one would expect.

Their famous iberico ham&tuna&seagrape roll was actually topped with the similar tuna carpacio mince used in the other tuna carparcio (on the crunchy chip) dish... the taste is 'ok la'..nth to go crazy about really.

Sidenote: Sexy naked roll is a piece seared tuna topped on a piece of deep-fried sushi rice ball, then garnished with some mayo and squid ink sauce, rice was hard and the whole combo really was not that tasty. Looks better than it tastes.

Also some of the seats have bright light bulbs directly above the head, which made the seat stuffy/hot, alrdy asked them to turn up the A/C, but really couldn't tell much diff.

Spent $420/hd, but we left there feeling quite hungry...conclusion: we most probably won't be going back.

這個帶子冰菜沙律用上冰菜,是相當特別的一種菜,以表面有些好像是露珠還是霜的物質得名,質感爽脆;帶子則相當大顆,厚身而有溏心質感,幾鮮美的。之後大家就會知道了,這裡很多菜式都有加藜麥,這個也有一點,再以香口芝士醬汁和煙肉粒提味,是不俗的開場。

Umi Bado 是海葡萄。也是有藜麥的。海葡萄下得有點太少,木魚絲也只有那麼一點點(不然應該沒人會想到是和風沙律啦?)食友覺得藜麥太多,我就多多益善,老實不客氣吃了不少。

我覺得味道不錯,酸酸咪咪的,冷不防食友提醒這裡實是喝酒的地方,供應這樣「健康清新系」的菜式下,有點格格不入,一般來說送酒菜都不是這個風格的嘛。可能我不喝酒沒有察覺到這一點啦。

話又說回來,這裡也有香口的下酒菜,如炸蠔和我們今次沒有點的炸蓮藕片配松露醬等,正是各取所需。

賣相精緻,有吞拿魚腩、海葡萄、藜麥、日本蔥和紫蘇,48個月熟成的西班牙黑毛豬火腿則墊在下面。食法是把所有食材捲起來一口吃掉。沒錯拖羅吞拿魚腩是很肥美,火腿也夠油潤甘香,但合在一起不知怎的總有點怪怪的感覺,可能是兩者質感大不同吧。況且取價也偏高,試過便算了。

本菇意大利麵本身是非常「和洋菜」的配搭,味道當然很好,加了蛋汁其實就變成素食版的類似 carbonara 的品種了。然而加了點點藜麥在裡面之後,口感竟然有點像明太子或者魚子醬,沒有半點違和感,如果我再來的話,單是吃這個也超滿足了!

餐牌上兩款壽司之一,一客八件,還寫明是 for wasabi lovers,一排甚有氣勢的日式卷物,令人驚叫之處是卷裡面加入很多的日式芥末。怕辣食友吃過後舉手投降,自小玩「辣辣壽司邊個食」長大的在下自然手到拿來,不過大家不用猜,件件都是辣的。只是每件的份量都很大,吃得有點飽,論到抵食度,這個應該居首。

是日甜品Blueberry Sushi ($128)。
其實就是海綿蛋糕用青瓜片裹著然後加上藍莓做成壽司,再用伴以朱古力醬和抹茶醬扮醬油和 wasabi。食友苦笑說那令人想起「破地獄」迴轉壽司!不過蛋糕底比較乾硬,加上用青瓜來配蛋糕,我真的不太懂欣賞。

講番食物,個tomato paired w/ quinoa & umi budo好少汁,可以不吃。toro y 48 months Iberia ham wrap是我最期待的,toro本身不錯, ham 有點太硬但算合格,但一起吃的話就互相搶去大家味道,一句,唔match. Sexy naked是signature dish, 但就是最一般,底下舊飯像冇味隔夜飯。uni quinoa pasta,uni 太少quinoa 太多,亦太creamy.
每人大概$800,應該有其他餐廳選擇。這價錢不包酒, 因未有洒牌.

你會相信嗎?! 確實它是喔,青瓜薄片包著日式芝士蛋糕,上頭還有甜甜大顆的藍莓作點綴
