I was running late and had trouble finding the restaurant.  It was on the first floor of an apartment building.  I missed it as I was looking for a resturant, not an apartment.  Then you had to walk through a long hall way, go up a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant.  The restaurant space was an awkward L shape.  From where we sat, we faced the entrace.  There was a big empty space at the entrance with a fake cherry tree.  The restaurant was painted in black but the decor was not chic at

I was running late and had trouble finding the restaurant.  It was on the first floor of an apartment building.  I missed it as I was looking for a resturant, not an apartment.  Then you had to walk through a long hall way, go up a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant.  The restaurant space was an awkward L shape.  From where we sat, we faced the entrace.  There was a big empty space at the entrance with a fake cherry tree.  The restaurant was painted in black but the decor was not chic at all, it felt like a half done design job.  The design did not match the food at all.

Between the three of us we shared 6 dishes and 1 dessert. The portion sizes are not big.  The truffle crab dip was a winner, it was served with rice crackers, it had nice texture and was really tasty.

The tuna was a bit under seasoned and I didn't think it worked well with the iberco ham as the ham was hard and difficult to chew.  The texture did not match well.

Scallop with ice lettuce was great.  This is the first time I've seen ice lettuce and it really looked like there were bits of ices frozen over the leafs.  The texture was really crunchy and it provided a nice contrasting texture with the scallops.

Then we were brought the garlic beef which we didn't order.  We decided to keep it cause we were hungry.  The beef was tender and the flavors reminded of Chinese garlic beef, except here it's sliced vs cubes at Chinese restaurant.  The restaurant also put an extra order of beef ribs for us which we didn't order.

Now on to the pastas!  I actually heard so much about the uni pasta which turned out to be disappointing.  I love uni so much, but this pasta came with only one piece of uni and after you mix it into the pasta, there was hardly any uni flavors.  The pasta just tasted like a creamy but bland pasta.  I also found it to be too sweet.  The bone marrow and octopus pasta was much better and had a lot more flavors.  The octopus was tender.  But this one was also a bit on the sweet side

Service needs some improvement, they put in wrong orders for us and brought wrong dishes to our table.  We finished around 10:30pm and was sitting around chatting, then the restaurant turned off lights in the open kitchen area, the restaurant suddenly became really dark.  I get the staff wants to go home but it was not even 11pm...  So we hurridly paid the bill and left.

午市套餐包了一份湯/沙律、主食和咖啡/茶;選擇困難症的我,想了很久很久很久,最終還未能下決定,所以還是等別人決定。因為二人用餐,面對湯和沙律,各一就是了。

湯一來,原來是清湯,不過,其實看上去清而已,實際的味道是頗濃的,當中有2-3粒帶子,始終是加在湯中,帶子不算滑,但未至於嚡口;喝到最後,味道真的有點濃呢。

所謂的Double Pleasures,就是兩款滋味,一款是吞拿魚碎,一款則是帶子;先說吞拿魚碎的,魚味很濃郁,帶著油脂,用來伴飯很不錯的;而上面的蘿蔔,有點臭,不知道是不是沒有好好儲存,所以味道怪怪的。

Uni, Shisho Yellowtail Tuna, Tuna, Mixed Quinoa. Sushi Rice

本來是海膽的,但這天沒有海膽,變了三文魚籽,有點失望吧;吞拿魚尚算新鮮,但欠了魚香;唯一可取之處便是有quinoa,增添了不少口感;說實話,對於這個是有點失望的,份量少少又不夠鮮美,一定不會再吃的。

最後還包了一份咖啡茶,一個月沒有喝過咖啡,咖啡不過不失吧。

這裡的午餐真的太一般了,而且這次都是吃魚生,相信煮物的質素是不錯的,亦相信晚餐的質素會是不錯的,所以,有機會的話,會來嚐煮物的。

第一次吃這種沙律,很新奇,葉上有一點點晶瑩剔透的露水,爽口濕潤的口感很特別。切成薄片的帶子很新鮮,肉質鮮嫩,味道清甜。醋汁加入了豆腐和芝士,少少稠,酸酸地,配上沙律很好吃。

跟前兩道相比,這道蜆輸了驚喜度,幸好蜆肉鮮甜,滲了牛油,清酒和蒜香,味道上也不輸蝕。附送麵包,浸一下上湯,暖暖的,仍帶微脆,吸收了湯的精華,香味十足。

拖羅實在出色,帶纖維的肉質很有咬感,邊咀嚼邊享受它滲出的魚脂。拖羅下還有一塊薄薄的火腿,紅白分佈均勻,咸度適中,肉跟魚的油香混在一起,令人驚喜的組合。味道偏重,上面放了清新的海葡萄及加了藜麥和蔥的吞拿魚腩,除了多重口感外,有中和的效果。

醬汁絕對是重點。微辣的沙律醬,令人有點刺激感,配上甜甜的鰻魚汁,又幾夾。正當我以為下面是壽司飯的時候,咬下去才發現是脆脆的鍋巴,有點surprised,醮上醬汁味道不錯。有點可惜嘗不到墨汁泡泡的味道。

意粉有兩個選擇。海膽和藜麥我都喜歡,想也沒想就選了這個。一開始還擔心吃不飽,但來到這裡都差不多了,再加上很大份的意粉,絕對是捧腹而歸。一大塊海膽把在上面,忍不住立即把它吃了,口感很rich,鮮甜無比。扁意粉煮得剛好,真正的彈牙。每條意粉都沾滿很rich的忌廉汁,每一口都咬到粒粒的藜麥,有時會有三文魚籽pop的爆開,流出微咸的汁,口感很豐富。已經很飽了,但好吃得一條也不想餘下。

不但賣相像藝術般精緻,味道也水準出眾,食材的配搭充滿驚喜,每一道都令人回味。服務也不錯,店員十分友善有耐性。而且人不多,靜靜的環境很舒服,一遍黑黑的,很喜歡這氣氛,果然沒選錯地方。Lunch menu也不太貴,$100-$200的選擇也有,下次試試午餐。

接下來是道頗有玩味的菜式,單看名字實在大惑不解。煙三文魚配白朱古力!兩種食材可謂南轅北輾、風牛馬不相及,怎能和諧地融合在一起?

廚師先以低溫慢煮方法烹調,之後再用煙槍處理三文魚,成品肥美豐腴、魚油滿溢,並散發出濃郁的煙燻芬香。此時再添些白朱古力片同吃,微妙的化學作用即時產生,朱古力的甜中和三文魚的鹹,兩者的併合令味道變得複雜,讓人禁不住多吃一件搞清是甚麼回事!此刻,只能佩服廚師的大膽與創新。

香口之物向來深得小妹所愛,蓮藕脆片配黑松露醬又能否奪取芳心?廚師把蓮藕切得非常纖薄,油炸後在面頭撒些糖粒調味。金黃色的脆片乾爽不油膩,雖然一咬即碎,但又未及薯片那般脆卜卜,感覺沒有這麼燥熱。

重點是配上的黑白醬料,黑松露那份獨特的馥郁突出,企圖把所有味蕾通通俘虜。蒜蓉忌廉帶點酸香,絕對是炸物的好拍檔,細味下還嚐到柚子的清新芳香。

吞拿魚牛油果蟹肉卷賣相精美,每件份量十足蘊含豐富材料。潔白的壽司米滲入少許黑芝麻,頂頭撒上鮮紅的辣椒絲,底下又以一片翠綠竹葉襯托,最後還劑了些少奶黃的沙律醬,顏色配搭艷麗,賞心悅目。

煙韌的米飯緊緊裹著蔬菜與海鮮,當中帝王蟹肉力壓群雄成為焦點,其柔軟的質感和鮮甜的味道,教人一試難忘。配合軟糯的牛油果、爽脆的青瓜絲、香辣的火山醬,多重韻味在口中一併爆發,極具層次變化。當然,置於頂端的大目拖羅也不甘示弱,細緻的魚肉味道濃郁,豐盛的魚脂增添油潤,滋味無比。

遠遠傳來一陣熟悉的芳香,因為黑松露又再出場了!黑松露釀蟹醬樣貌相對平凡,然而是一名富內涵的小伙子。撕得細碎的蟹肉變得柔軟綿綿,沉浸在味道強悍的黑松露中,鮮味就收斂起來不夠出眾。棵棵小菜苗只為添色之用,在味道方面說不上能有甚麼果效。

此菜配上脆卜卜的金黃米餅,店家特別將之另碟奉客,避免濕潤的蟹醬使其變腍。米餅片片炸得通透乾爽,入口不會有油淋淋之感,添加偏鹹的黑松露釀蟹醬,惹味非常。

品嚐至今已知店家食材新鮮,相信這碗拖羅海膽魚子飯亦「無得輸」。吞拿魚蓉果然細嫩鮮美,質感綿綿入口即化;海膽則甘香醇厚,毫無厭惡的惡腥;三文魚子晶瑩剔透,咬破外層鹹鮮滿載。

壽司飯便是以上三鮮的最佳良伴,可是今次吃的有點黏糊,幸好有酸甜的蘿蔔漬作伴,其爽爽質感能增添嚼勁。至於頂頭的冰葉絕不簡單,此乃沖繩特產,表面就像凝結粒粒水珠,入口堅挺爽脆,據知含大量鐵質及維生素E,健康有益。

環顧四周,店內以黑色為主調,陳設摩登又優雅。靠牆幾幅日式楓木畫,讓餐廳刮起一陣和風。昏暗的燈光、闊落的空間、寧謐的氣氛,讓人不其然地放鬆。

Located on Elgin street at the heart of soho, you will find a little black entrance with a contrasting white hallway leading you up to flight of stairs to the restaurant. Though the name may sound a little bold and suggest "partaay", you will be surprised of the peaceful and calm atmosphere- which I very much needed to end a day of work.
The restaurant had the walls painted in dark with windows of autumn leaves as decoration. Simple yet classy. Open-kitchen allows you watch and learn how the chef prepares your dinner.
At 8:30 pm, the restaurant was rather quiet. The friendly waiter greeted us by the door. I skimmed through the menu, and was surprised to find the headings rather suggestive. ;) *winkwink much?*
The dishes were assigned under the titles of: -Aphrodisiacs -Foreplay -Raw -Lets get it on -Cuddles (mm probably not a good idea to take your parents here.. LOL)

Looking very organic (it is indeed organic after asking the staff^^), this healthy dish was the perfect appetizer to start the feast! I loved how the aroma of truffle filled the air and lingered around your tastebud. What an interesting combination of crab meat truffle paste with crunchy rice cake! I personally LOVE crunchy stuff and truffle. This dish not only brought the best of both worlds together but also had crab meat in it.. i could not have been happier. Not to forget to mention the cute little leafy greens that stuck out of the soil-looking crab meat .. ah so cute and yummy!

Looks can be deceiving. This dish totally tricked me thinking that it was an ordinary japanese roll with avocado. I took the whole piece of sushi in just one bite. At first, It tasted like how normal jap roll should taste- creamy avocado, tint of sourness of the sushi rice etc, then BOOM! some sort of southeast asian spiciness attacked my tastebuds X_X i quickly drank some water and dissected this roll. Found out that the brown garlic paste was the cause of the hotness! Nevertheless, it is a very unique .. asian roll. One advice to friends who are afraid of spicy, watch out!

This was the highly anticipated dish as i love fish amongst all other meat. There were 4-5 pieces. The fish was lightly seasoned, which I appreciated as I could still taste a bit of the sea from the fish. However, it was slightly over-cooked, and the skin of the fish was chewy instead of crispy. I did not dip into the kimchi vinegar dressing as I preferred the authentic taste of the fish.

The star dish of the night!! *clapclapclap* This korean/western fusion dish made my night. Yes it was somewhat korean as the pork was wrap with lettuce and dip into spicy bean paste, and somewhat western as apple was there to keep it light and just take it up to a new level of joy. If you enjoy korean bbq pork with lettuce, i highly recommend you to try this one instead and allow yourself to get drowned into the sweet oil of pork belly as it melts in your mouth. I would definitely come here for this pork belly wrap next time! with the special sake that the staff recommended ^^

Finally, here came the heavy dish to fill up the rest of the space of my tummy. We ordered truffle again as we couldnt get enough of it!! The look of the dish was rather japanese/shanghai-ese? The brown soy soaked pasta reminded of the fried shang hai noodle. The pasta had a very strong fushion taste. The mushroom and black truffle was very western, and the soy paste and boiled egg was asian! what a mix! If it is a tug-of-war of flavors, Id say that the asian flavors won as the truffle was not covered by the soy taste of the noodle. I would prefer to have the pasta either plain western or asian. but thats just me


After having our meal, we were invited to check out the gallery next door-a branch of naked. If your looking for anything but ordinary, fine, and artsy dining experience, this is the place for you.

我們的甜品粉墨登場了,甫見到絕色嫵媚的士多啤梨極樂世界Strawberry Gasm ,我們無不目瞪口呆﹗這是甜品?還是藝術擺設?簡直難以置信。碩大而厚沉的灰石上,大廚以食材和醬汁,畫出自己那片魅惑的粉紅色天空。是在悼念逝去的青春?還是在記掛著舊情人?


士多啤梨極樂世界,顧名思義,以士多啤梨作為表達情感的題材,抒寫自己澎湃的內心。灰色拼盤上,繪畫了不一樣的天空。大廚的天空,以左下角一大球士多啤梨香檳雪葩為主導,入口綿滑冰涼,且清新脫俗。雪葩底下,是切得幼細、炸得香脆的椰絲。細嚼下,韻味留長,教人回味。這一切,是中年大廚,內心深處的那片細膩純潔之心吧。中間一少團士多啤梨慕絲、新鮮士多啤梨切粒、風乾士多啤梨粒,再配合旁邊五小點的杞子汁。慕絲入口粘粘的,濕濕的,軟滑中帶點口感,莓味十足,酸甜有致,是大廚的大半生的甜美回顧嗎?右下角一側的急凍草莓、原味糖粒和黑芝麻,屬乾身硬身之物,顏色也不甚討好,是大廚心中的鬱結吧﹗對上方的一掫白色乳酪,再加一塊炸過的香葉,份量不多,然可起提味之用,且味道突出霸道。灰石板上的所有食材,彷彿,全部圍繞著雪葩而存在。然而,也可以視為單獨的個體存在。選擇,一直,都在各人的手上。個人而言,若甜品能以櫻花入饌,定能與門口那顆櫻花樹相呼應,將會更為迷人。那一片天空,也會更美也……

冰菜帶子沙律--見識淺薄,只曾聽聞冰菜而未曾嚐過,小心翼翼挾起那面上帶點點如白色碎冰的冰菜,意外地咬下質感是非常清脆。

主角當然有帶子,冰菜同一些沙津既菜式

首先要說一下它的帶子,平時吃的也許是完全熟透的

也許會是半生熟的,但係這個你吃的是感到全熟的

但係不論外表,口感也是跟未煮的帶子是完全一樣的

主要原因就是因為它是由Slow Cook 去煮成,

Ficoide glaciale,一種生於法國,早期源自南非的植物,外

表翠綠如一株香草,外層卻如披上一身鑽石,

半透明的結晶散發閃亮的光芒,摸上手乾爽而凹凹凸凸的,

猶如在葉和莖噴上一層糖。像沙律菜般生吃,

爽口非常,清甜中滲出鹹味,很有海洋的感覺!

而今次我地食既冰菜就係來自“Johnny’s
Organic Farm”.

而你又知唔知其實冰菜係女仕既恩物呀?

因為它含有豐富既鐵質及維他命E ,係一個天然既護膚品黎架

相比下這一款"袖珍菇黑松露蛋意粉" $128

Shimeji & Quinoa w/ Black Truffle Egg Pasta

反而比起上面的那款失色一點

也許它太像我們中式的炒烏冬的感覺,味道也很像

加上黑松露有一點咸,不過那個蛋混在麵條上卻有一點點的濕度

如果喜歡味道濃的朋友可以考慮唷!!最後嗎,晚餐怎可能是沒有甜品的呢?

這夜大廚為了我們弄了這個美美美美爆的甜品

這一個甜品簡單是一個藝術品一樣,我相信菜式的樣子美

也可以令吃的人更想吃得更多,所以這一款我飽得緊要

也可以將它們全部吃光光,當中甜品主要是士多啤梨

當中利用了新鮮既士多啤梨去弄了雪芭及Yogurt

而Yogurt當中也有加上咖啡酒,吃下不單只是有士多啤梨也是咖啡的香

而這碟菜式也有令女生美美的食品就是那個杞子呢

這款式美食我想沒有人能抗拒呢~

這夜滿意極點的Fusion 菜,價錢對於我們而言

不算太過貴,而且坐得蠻滿意,值得同最親愛既家人來慶祝生辰

或者同朋友好似我地咁樣黎一次聚會等等

也是一個不錯的選擇,加上它家可以按閣下既需要/預算去定立今次既晚餐

而我地今次就係按我朋友定下的預算去設計是夜晚餐,

也吃得十分滋味開心呢!!!

不過要說的就位置比較唔就腳,如果來開飲酒又想吃下野

可以一試這間餐廳,值得一試唷!!

最後來到了甜品了。甜品用上了新鮮的士多啤梨,還有是士多啤雪葩。其擺設能體驗到廚師對食物的心思和藝術的觸感。食味也能互相輝映,也是非常滿足的甜品

今次的用餐經驗,實在與上次有著很大的分咂,至少菜式上已經很豐富,而且每一道式都是以 FUSION 方式烹調,另食客有著新鮮的感覺。

說到有美容功效,第一時間當然先取一棵冰菜一試。翠綠的冰菜表面佈滿了一點點透明水珠狀的小粒,入口爽脆,帶點冷涼口感,質感與一般的蔬菜完全不同,真是一種新體驗~而顏色粉嫩,表面帶光澤的帶子粒,入口滑溜富彈性之餘,而且鮮甜味十足,非常新鮮。配上少量的煙肉粒及蕃茄大蒜汁,酸酸甜甜,為清新的沙律作提味之用,但又不會蓋過帶子的鮮甜味。雖然底下的沙律菜已輪為伴菜,但也同樣新鮮,友人們對這道頭盤也讚不絕口~!

先取起一塊牛油生菜,再取一件五花腩放面,再隨自己喜好加入各樣配料,但個人認為蘋果是必要的~最後加入少量醬汁包好就完成了~大大件的放進口內,五花腩煮得軟綿綿的,入口即溶,腩肉與脂肪一間一間的連接著,難以將其分開,然後隨即傳來了濃濃的脂肪香,油香完全融於口腔內久久不散。由於加入了味帶青甜的蘋果及以生菜包裹著,所以即使腩肉脂肪含量較高,也沒有太膩的感覺。不得不提的還有薯蓉,似是混合了牛油或忌廉,入口香滑,加到菜包內還能增添一點口感,令整個味道及口感變得更加豐富!吃過一件後,忍不住多取一片五花腩單吃,味道更為特出,意想不到的是,即使單吃,竟沒有出現過膩的感覺,真的相當滿意!

吃了多款小吃後,有感意猶未盡,好像還差點主食類,再來一碟海膽藜麥寬條麵!經常提到藜麥,買是跟大家說明一下「藜麥」是甚麼,第一次接觸到「藜麥」的資訊是從雜誌上一位修身公司創辦人的專欄得知,說到能有助瘦身,當然令我的印象更為深刻,期後再到網上尋找相關資料,原來除了低脂、低熱量、低糖外,當中還完全不含膽固醇,食用後不會形成脂肪,加上含有高膳食纖維,不但能增加飽足感,還能促進腸道蠕動等,是一種養生的好食材呢~好~說回正題~海膽藜麥寬條麵的正上方放上了一件長長的大海膽,真想一人獨享呢,另外還有一少堆魚子在旁,除了兩位主角外,還加入了藜麥、煙肉、番茄、巴馬臣芝士及大蒜等~

對於意粉類,還是喜歡一些來口感的麵質,而這裡的扁意粉對我來說軟硬道就最適合不過了~粗幼適中,每條麵條也能沾到香滑濃調的汁料,估計加入了忌廉、芝士及白酒所製,入口是如此的creamy及香濃呢~而黑色點點看似是胡椒粒的就是藜麥,吃時沒甚麼特別味道及感覺,既健康又不會影響食物的味道,感覺比一些充滿陣陣草青味的健康食品,就像阿麻籽那類更佳。海膽方面,也是入口即溶的,味帶甘帶並不帶腥味,可大大淡的一次放到口內感受,亦可把海膽與麵條拌匀,令味道更加濃郁~至於晶瑩的魚子粒,入口脆脆的,咬破表面流出帶些鹹鮮的水份,拌著同吃,為麵條加添了一份口感之餘還能提鮮呢~既飽肚又好吃~非常滿足~~

熟我的人一定知道每餐過後必定需要一些甜點,為豐富的一餐畫上一個完美的句號。呼應上文提到的甜品畫,想不到這裡也有相類似的甜品,能一「嚐」我的心願。大大的灰底石紋畫板上,以粉紅色系的顏料畫出一幅精緻誘人的甜品畫,看似簡單,但其實用料蠻多的,大約有10多款,當中包括了新鮮的草莓、草莓乾、草莓慕士、草莓酒、棉花糖、咖啡酒釀杞子、香檳味雪糕、黑芝麻及椰絲等. . .

Strawberry Gasm可細分成3款甜品,也是以士多啤梨作主題。 左上方的是士多啤梨雪糕,除了士多啤梨外還加入了少量香檳,入口綿滑冰涼,口感跟smooth相近,有著淡淡士多啤梨香之餘,底下所鋪上了椰絲,亦為雪糕帶來了一點椰香。左下的是士多啤梨乾配上脆脆的綠葉及芝麻粒,起初不知道葉片是作裝飾之用或是可以食用,而我則身先士卒淺嚐一小口,薄薄的一片,口感脆脆的,有點似炸子雞上的炸葉片,配上口感煙韌味帶酸甜的草莓乾及黑芝麻微粒,感覺特別。而左方的是草莓慕士,與一般常吃的有點分別,質感有點像草莓啫喱微粒,軟滑中又帶點口感,除了配上新鮮草莓外,還加入了杞子小粒,細嚼下竟有著淡淡的咖啡香,原來是經過咖啡洒浸泡過的!中西合壁,令人意想不到呢!

臨別餐廳之際,發現餐廳的另一邊還有一間小畫廊,放著林林總總的藝術品及畫作,還有一張長枱供食客作聚會或進餐,想在這個環境下晚飯,好像需要預先訂坐的,快快拍過照後就離開了~

後記
藝術與美食的結合,食物精緻動人,亦主重食品的營養價值及質素,環境舒適,但價格方面則稍為昂貴,但若作為節日慶祝或慶祝生日,也是個不錯的地方

比較特別的是黑松露釀蟹醬, 主要包括黑松露釀蟹醬和一客米通, 食法就是把黑松露釀蟹醬塗上米通一起食用, 米通片片炸至金黃色的,炸得乾爽之餘也不會太油, 食落非常香脆,最重要是塗上了店子特製的黑松露釀蟹醬,蟹醬的鮮味與香氣濃烈的黑松露醬互相配合起來很惹味, 真的密密吃了幾件。店子另外附上咖喱醬, 喜歡吃咖喱辣味的話也可以塗上些咖喱醬一齊吃。

大廚送來一款魚類菜色給我們試試,就是辣燒油甘魚, 用上的油甘魚質素很不錯, 只見魚皮是煎得脆香而油甘魚肉雪白亮麗, 嫩滑的魚肉是鮮味十足,入口略帶點咖喱的辣味, 因應不同個人的口味, 需要的話也可以點些醋來吃, 就更加惹味。

最後一道菜來個海膽藜麥寬條麵, 用了海膽、藜麥、蒜香醬、煙肉、車厘茄、巴馬芝士作為配料所制成的寬條麵,面頭鋪了些魚子,當中藜麥是一樣比較健康的食物, 寬條麵因為索滿了醬汁,所以口感都相當滑溜,加上海膽的香氣,令到整道菜色的味道更加豐富。

這個晚上真是大開眼界, 除了滿足了肚子之外,也滿足了眼睛與相機。單是食物賣相方面,已令到大家的相機快門聲響過不停,大家也忙於為美態如畫的食物影靚相。食物在廚師花心思的打扮下,把美食與美學完美結合起來, 仿如把食物提升成為一件藝術品, 那份美感是值得欣賞。

打開menu, 作為fine dining, 價錢其實都在預計之中,就和朋友們點了五道菜。

首先上菜的是素菜卷 Prego Roll

切開一件件的素菜卷外表像壽司,但味道原來跟我想像的不一樣。

鋪在上層的是牛油果,口感幼滑,而燾司飯的中間便夾著蘆筍, 甜蕃薯,蓮藕,薯仔等食材。各種食材中間塗上了辣的大蒜醬,增添了辣味令口感更加豐富。不過辣度不輕,如果吃不了太辣的話,就要預先通知店方了。

黑松露釀蟹醬 Black Truffle Crab Dip

第二道菜外型挺可愛,chef在本身平平無期的蟹醬上插上小植物,把菜式裝扮成小盆栽。食的時候,首先把蟹醬放上脆脆的米餅(有些像米通), 再一起食用。黑松露味香濃,不過掩蓋了蟹肉的味道,但整體還是很香口。

另外亦有咖喱味可選擇,不過偏咸,個人來說都是喜歡黑松露。

晚餐以充滿心思的甜品作結。甜品由石板送上,甜品本身就像一件藝術品。甜品的食材看上普通,但原來加入了很多chef的心思。士多啤梨都不只是一種,分別是有Fresh, sun-dried, freeze dried Strawberries。

士多啤梨底下的是Strawberry Fluffy Mousse, 口感軟綿綿,充滿空氣,而上面杞子就釀入了咖啡酒。Gelato除了士多啤梨味,還加入了Champagne,連黑芝麻和椰絲一起吃,多種口感味道混在一起,卻出期地配合。
