這天舊同事約吃韓燒。難得大家都是元朗友,約吃飯可以留在原區,不用搭個西鐵或巴市出市區,方便多了。 同事建議去元朗西菁街的熨烤達人。 韓式料理雖不如日菜或中菜款式多元化,但總能隔一段時間就加點新的好玩的元素。 例如韓燒的烤爐的周邊加個槽,開了爐,倒進蛋槳,待煮了一會兒,蛋槳熟了,就可以搭配著肉類一起吃,多新穎。  五花腩肉的油花似白雪,厚厚一塊,只看著它便覺得很滿足了。  比起吃,有些人燒烤的時侯更喜歡是幫別人燒。在燒的過程,看著紅噹噹的肉身慢慢變色,香味漸漸滲透出來,看著別人吃得津津有味,更甚自己品嚐。我便是這種喜歡燒多過吃得人。  有個內地KOL 喜歡在YouTube上載她就地取材,用一些意想不到的工具來煮菜的影片。我記得她也曾經用熨斗煎熟食物。現在自己拿著這個造型像熨斗的東西來「燒」,很新奇,簡直玩得不亦樂乎。 吃的體驗夠特別夠開心,好像食物都變得更好吃了!

元朗西鐵站的市中心一帶睇戲後好肚餓,在周圍地帶行街買野,沿途有好多間食店由於喜歡食韓式燒烤及料理,去了間餐廳叫熨烤達人食晚膳,見有佈景框架和公仔手板比小朋友拍照玩樂,幾有心思,使到大人小朋友皆享受到店的美食同氣氛。前菜有幾款,包括泡菜,都是跟韓式製作,飯前食是先嘗過,相信會看出之後菜餚的水準。食韓式料理一定有芝士配料做的菜,食芝士燉飯有些辣,蔬菜粒加芝士燉飯,由於芝士味濃郁,好快食出當中的主要味道,芝士香反而大過飽肚的感覺,比飯香吸引住食。金仔炸雞飯,是有炸雞食令人想起飲啤酒,炸雞剛好熟又脆身,完全沒有油脂感,跟飯分開食或混合食同樣ok, 証明連飯都好軟身可口。原本想食埋韓式燒烤但已飽了,留待下次再來食時先啦。

今次是我的第一次食韓燒,於是朋友推介我點了一個豬頸肉,另外再點了個炒飯及冷麵熨烤達人有個有趣的特點,便是用熨斗形的重物壓平肉,所以便可以平均地把肉燒熟。由於人不多,等了15分鐘左右,所有菜也上齊了。豬頸肉是我認為不過不失的食物,達到了我的期望,油脂分佈很好,但分份量不多,只有6件,很快便食光了.反而炒飯是最令我喜愛的,本是用於填肚的食物,卻被我們一致認為是最出色的食物,飯是粒粒分明的,而且調味很好,所以是最快被食光的食物。至於冷麵刖十分普通,不食也可以。

話說今次又黎元朗覓食,我本身都好鍾意食燒肉,係名副其實既食肉獸所以今次係元朗都唔例外揾燒肉店食飯。 以前都去過好多燒肉放題店, 貪個d係任飲任食,但當然d質數就睇你食咩價位啦。 同常我都係食d平價d既。 咁今次就行過發現呢間有個熨斗做卓頭既韓式燒肉店。咁又肉癮起就拉埋女友人入去試下啦。 咁食物黎講我地就叫左個燒肉拼盤同一個原條鰻魚飯就咁呢兩樣我地都已經叫左成700 幾蚊, 兩個人黎講相比起食放題式既燒肉, 其實都算貴。但好在出到黎d野食質素都唔錯, 堅係好大條鰻魚, 同埋d燒肉質素都好好,自己係個爐上面熨兩熨就食得擺落口d牛肉好鬆化入口即溶既感覺真係好ok. 跟住食食下又比女友人發現原來只要like佢地Fb就可以有杯免費既荔枝特飲。 當堂底左 整題黎講呢間野唔錯

餐廳面積一般,椅沒有椅背坐的夠豪情,不拘小節,印象深刻是鐵板上有獨立位置用作放蛋槳,可按喜好放入芝士及粟米,鐵板的熱力慢慢煮熟蛋槳,以為很兒戲,但味道又不錯喎。

真露煮大蜆
真露所指是清酒,湯中酒的濃度頗高,不喜匆嚐,差不多浸得滿滿,蜆夠大隻,肉結實夠新鮮,蜆肉連湯吃夠風味。

因為今年沒有打算去韓國旅遊,但又想回味那韓式燒烤,所以今晚和家人到「熨烤達人」尋回味,這餐廳佈置頗特別,打造一個英雄聯盟基地, 看見椅子的英雄圖案,有美國隊長、iron Man 、變形俠醫等,感覺自己也是英雄角色之一。特級雪花牛。食物方面,主打韓燒食物並不便宜,一份雪花牛6件要108蚊,質素卻比預期好,只是稍為香煎幾下已可入口,肉質軟靭適中,點醬添味道層次,只是份量稍嫌少完全唔夠喉。韓式啤酒雞扒這件雞扒份量夠大,未煎熟已有淡淡啤酒清香。厚身要煎少少,肉質不錯,不是太肥膩,切開分享每人有兩至三塊。調味五花腩 細細件一啖一口,不厚身所以煎幾下就可吃,五花腩調味不俗,不用再點醬就可吃也ok。一向烤肉店的價錢不算便宜,此店也一樣,但食物質素搭夠,下次回味韓式燒烤會再光顧。

今晚約左男友人食韓燒,睇完餐牌後都係決定食鰻魚飯,好似好吸引咁,男友人就叫左個燒肉餐。爐開左之後,喺蛋漿上加人粟米同芝士就等佢熟。首先燒左豬皮,好香,唔錯!然後就燒磚頭五花腩,好肥厚,用個熨斗板壓一壓會較快熟,前後反左幾次終於燒好,然後剪成一條條就食得。豬肉味香,點啲醬油一齊食都幾好味。燒完豬個鰻魚飯就到啦,比我預期嘅大條,好正呀!鰻魚味道好好味!什至比燒肉仲好味。中間有層玉子,入口係半熟,蛋好滑,一啲都唔老。燒完豬之後就換個網燒牛啦。牛分別有一口雪花牛粒,牛肩胛同m9霜降西冷,味道黎講最滿意牛肩胛,入口油香四射,肉切得夠薄,好滿足。最後飲多杯荔枝特飲,like fb送架,份量夠哂大杯,配燒肉就最啱!
