放假同老婆去了大澳遊玩了一天,之後返東涌順便食晚餐才回家,今次就揀了一間食潮州菜的酒樓。店員會送上潮式花生及酸菜,非常開胃。本來想食滷水鵝,但老婆唔食鵝,唯有試其他。半煎煮馬友魚:馬友煮得超好味,以上湯炆煮至熟,湯底充滿魚肉鮮甜及馬友魚油的甘香,加上大量香葱及芫茜等調味,即使食到最後魚肉依然唔腥,魚肉甘香嫩滑,連湯都完全要喝掉,不要浪費精華。和味橙香排骨:老婆最喜歡的小菜,一上枱已經聞到刺激味蕾的橙香酸味,入口即時醒晨,酸味刺激味蕾,排骨炆得很腍,十分開胃。蓮子棗皇糕:棗皇糕裏面有粒粒的蓮子碎,非常有咬口,而且棗皇糕新鮮熱辣又不會過甜,煙煙韌韌又飽肚。

喜歡這飯店的食物比較淡口,不會落太多的鹽和味精,又近屋企,外賣加餸一直喜歡用它。但收銀姐姐的態度強差人意。是的,衹需買外賣,外賣沒有付服務費,但請你不要覺得厭煩,你公司需要每分每毫的生意,令客戶多走兩步不跟你們買是很容易的。

這家的開胃菜惹味的很,酸菜爽脆剔透,把我們的味蕾一下子就打開了,首先上來的是潮州鹹雞,半隻雞的份量剛剛好,不大不小,顏色是淡淡的醬香色,味道沒有客家得鹹,肉質緊實,很有雞味,我一口氣吃了好幾塊下肚。半煎煮馬友魚,馬友被煎的剛剛好,雖沒有乾煎的那麼金黃,但說到底因為是半煎煮,其實是多了鮮美的湯汁,伴著我喜歡的芹菜、小白菜,著實讓人喜愛。魚肉鮮嫩,沒有泥土腥味,配上一大口濃濃的湯汁放進嘴裡,真是美味極了。合味橙香排骨這是一到必食菜。對我而言,雖不喜歡豬肉去,但因為加了香橙,它的清香和甜蜜包裹住肉汁,吃起來絲毫不覺得肥膩,甚至讓我有種齒頰留香的感覺。接下來是我期待已久的這碗看似平常的的蠔仔粥,蠔仔看上去像白糯糰子,一個個圓嘟嘟、滑奴奴的,放進嘴裡,好神奇的感覺,因為入口即溶,好鮮嫩啊..... 粥裏下了很多大地魚乾,咸鮮味十足,再配上芫西的香味,分外好吃。

今天朋友約我去東涌outlet shopping ,行完就去揾食,在商場地庫見到間潮州菜吊著幾隻滷水鵝,朋友睇見就好想食,咁就入去一試。餐廳坐位寬敞舒適,服務員介紹我哋食招牌菜滷水鵝拼墨魚片,鵝肉滷得非常入味,味道濃郁,墨魚片爽口彈牙有口感,連墊底的豆腐都十分好味。蒜香梅汁蒸鱔片,鱔片鮮甜爽口,配上梅汁酸酸甜甜好開胃!蘿蔔豬皮魚蛋就有少少辣。我最欣賞紅棗黑豆豬尾煲,依家好少潮州店有得食,用黑豆紅棗炆豬尾,豬尾炆得剛剛好,淋得來又有口感,食落感到好多骨膠原,黑豆又有補血供能,簡值係女人的補品!最後食埋甜品,叫咗鴛鴦水晶飽,整餐飯就劃上完美的句號!結賬都係食咗七百多元!認真超值!下次可以約多幾個朋友一齊來再食!
