蝦仁🦐肉質爽口弾牙,新鮮,好味。
重點關鍵在於個豉油,亦係全個飯嘅靈魂所在,豉油調味唔會太咸或太甜,拌入粒粒白飯+滑蛋+叉燒或蝦仁,超級美味!超過邪惡😈😈👍👍

最近去左鰂魚涌返工,見到周圍都有好多唔錯食店而旺記冰室就係其中一間好受歡迎嘅餐廳正值Lunch Time, 旺記冰室真係要等好耐我一行四人12:30到,結果等到1點先入到去我就當然叫左個招牌叉燒滑蛋飯呢度滑蛋自稱係使用左北海道雞蛋,食落去都確實有少少蛋味而且相當滑嫩叉燒方面其實就係平時街市買到個d將表皮焦部分切除,主要留返d肉而且肉部分都唔乾,仍然保持油份食物上真係無乜問題但最大問題係服務我朋友飲左半杯凍檸茶,然後waitress問都無問就即刻收走左而且前提係,我地只係食左15分鐘,完全未到店家規定嘅30分鐘
