新裝修後再來,風格差不多,但地下無太痴立立,燈光明亮很多。Menu 都是差不多,有湯烏冬、冷烏冬。我點了燒雞濃湯烏冬。燒雞皮香脆,雞肉都多汁,香口。烏冬滑嘟嘟的,配上濃湯和雞蛋汁,很有日本風味,,烏冬還是煙煙靱靭呢!

This shop is very famous for udon is TST. This shop's udon looks like half Korean food half Japanese food. The stone pot is from Korea and noodle is from Japan. It tastes like Korean and Japanese. 間唔中黎尖沙咀都會想試反依間烏冬,食左好多年但都仲keep到質素,的確唔錯。不過有時lunch time黎就give up左,因為驚要排好耐隊,但今日兩點幾到,就避開左人龍。我地叫左一個牛烏冬,一個叉燒烏冬。牛肉烏冬黎到個陣係半生熟,自己放入D湯入面整熟佢就岩岩好;叉燒烏冬夠肉好味,唔會太un,湯底好味,忍唔住飲多幾淡。除左烏冬之外,我地又叫左個炸蟹餅,因為口痕想食埋個小食,炸蟹餅都唔錯,不過始終都係個烏冬先係最好食。依間真係值得間唔中都黎既餐廳。

今天一家大細到這裏享受午餐,以前這裏是冬天的首選,因為熱騰騰的湯,再加上煙煙靭靭的烏冬,實在是完美的組合,為冬天冷呼呼的天氣添上一份暖意。以前的萬豚屋往往都需要排隊排上半小時或以上,現在你可以看見的是,門面冷清,直入即有位置,再也不需要什麼排隊了。觀眾的眼睛是雪亮的,要是一直能維持水準,就不會被世界摒棄。今天吃得10分法門,來的湯完全是暖的,再加上那一片片的生牛肉,無論怎樣浸浸多久,那些牛肉也沒法浸熟,小朋友們怎能吃生的牛肉呢?隨着要求他們多給一碗湯,因為稻庭烏冬放進去後,根本上浸無可浸,沒有湯的烏冬怎樣放進口呢?再來的一碗小糖完全沒有熱的效果,感覺上真的非常差,湯與烏冬完全沒有關係,牛肉怎樣浸也不熟透,那些炒雜菜是肥淋淋的,吃完後全口都是油, 非常奇怪。還有那碟雞翼,其中有一隻是比手指尾還要少,真的不明所以,所以為什麼萬豚屋現在已沒有人山人海,以上完全可以說明。唯一覺得好味點的,是那胡椒浸花甲,這個湯才是以前經營時的那種風味。整體來說,感覺非常差。位置已經非常擠迫,然後侍應又急着收碗收碟,有時候真的想問那麼急為什麼。這樣食物的質素已大不如前,以後不會再光顧。

豚屋湯底退步了 不過都仲會去食係尖沙咀有平有貴係度食野價格相宜坐既地方都算可以不過食物選擇唔多都只係快食之選擇兩個人叫兩碗烏冬吉列豬扒手打烏冬 $82照燒雞扒手打烏冬 $82加埋小食其實太多細食既各一就可以烏冬個人喜歡手打粗一點亦較有咬口個湯底無以前咁濃雖然都仲算濃湯底可能因為成本關係不過食完都會口渴個點黑蒜我幾喜歡配了炸豬排和煎雞其實肉既份量好多係脆 食完感覺熱氣再叫多個小食蛋卷豚肉玉子燒幾好味好juicy又足料 抵食$52食到 會再食番

係度食野價格相宜
坐既地方都算可以
不過食物選擇唔多
都只係快食之選擇

放大假同男朋友去尖沙咀睇戲,6:00pm未到就來到万豚屋,已經見到有幾個人在排隊睇張紙menu好似同幾個月前有些唔同,男友鍾意食辣,叫左個推介小食「絕味烤韓風豚大腸」,味道幾特別,第一次食泡菜加豬大腸,少少辣幾惹味,豬大腸有口感又醃得入味!我點了「吉列芝士豬扒手打烏冬」,塊豬扒好厚,入面的芝士溶了一半,吉列皮都算炸得香脆,配個熱騰騰的香菌濃湯手打烏冬,好有滿足感!男友又點了「黑胡椒煮活花甲」,雖然價錢有少少貴,但花甲好大隻,味道好鮮甜,我最喜歡這道菜!最後加多一個「牛油煙肉炒巨菌」,味道一般。
