Food is surprisingly good at a reasonable price. However, there’s only one air conditioning in the whole restaurant...so the place is super hot with the smoky open kitchen. We were sweating throughout the whole dinner. My clothes and hair smells like I was in a Korean bbq place. The staff needs to pay more attention to the hygiene, and the service definitely has room for improvement. Four of us were sharing all the dishes. It’s a pity that I would not come back again because of the service and hot environment.

上星期約了舊朋友在銅鑼灣聚會,在網上看到這一間餐廳的口碑不錯於是一試水牛城雞翼,醬汁給了我頗大的驚喜,比起其他餐廳的水牛城雞翼醬汁更為香濃,而且雞翼炸香,配搭這種非常濃味的醬汁感覺非常開胃和朋友都想吃沙律,點了green salad, 蔬菜新鮮爽脆,車厘茄清甜驚喜黑松露薯條,沒有想過份量如此多,結果兩個男人又吃不清,即叫即炸,點松露香味濃郁prawn & pork risotto, 非常驚喜,醬汁奶油香味濃郁,而且飯粒分明軟硬適中,配搭充滿油香的豬腩肉和新鮮的蝦仁,非常有水準的主菜

友人推介的意式餐廳,風味十足,一試難忘。希望下次再聚。去推介!先來一杯紅酒🍷長條炸雞柳配甜酸醬第一道菜是長條炸雞柳配甜酸醬,脆度尚算可以,雞柳不算滑,而且味道略淡,需要甜酸醬調味。 凱撒沙律第二道菜是凱撒沙律,沙律菜足夠新鮮,配以煙肉碎、芝士碎及脆麵包粒,作為配菜算是不錯。蕃茄忌廉醬長條意粉醬汁相當不錯,有蕃茄的酸甜開胃感,忌廉又可以增加醬汁層次,以及帶來順滑口感,意粉質地彈牙,好味道。西班牙大蝦豬腩肉海鮮飯最後一道菜是西班牙大蝦豬腩肉海鮮飯,大蝦及豬腩肉味道味道尚算可以,海鮮飯不過不失,整道菜相當平穩。

今日難得收早,就同兩個中學同學去食一餐普通便飯,朋友提議去食西餐就靈機一觸喺銅鑼灣有一間唔錯嘅就去試吓好好彩嗰日係平日唔使點等位就有得入去食,之後我哋點左田園沙律,水牛雞翼,蜆肉意粉,仲有我最愛嘅黑松露意大利飯,先講個頭盤沙律,非常開胃而且加埋橄欖油同黑醋係最好嘅配搭,之後到小食水牛雞翼煎得非常香口,加埋個醬汁非常合配係我喜歡食嘅味道,以蜆肉意粉略嫌唔夠鹹味但整體都非常好食意大利面咬口非常好唔會煮得過熟,依個意大利飯加埋黑松露係我最喜歡嘅一道菜,而且忌廉嘅香味蓋過成個飯,而且今日飲酒仲有半價優惠,而且仲有白酒,好適合一班男士一路吹水一路食晚飯嘅感覺,而且呢度嘅服務非常專業下次一定會再去。
