男朋友很難得在這疫症中放假,想著我和他好久沒約會,就找個西餐廳吃吃。選了好久,選了這間Lo Spazio,店內不算大,但裝潢的很有特色與情調~但主要還是吃它的食物可口,環境就不多說了。Portobello Fitto色澤金黃,香脆可口,略略批評,麵衣比較「鞋口」,也略厚。但幸而是,麵衣將酥炸過的大啡菇,湯汁牢牢鎖緊,內裡非常多汁,稍微蘸著搭配的芝士醬食,將菇的鮮味提升到頂點。Penne Vodka這是意大利餐廳裡都幾常見到的意粉,基本上就是長通粉同紅醬、Vodka混合的醬汁,雖然名字中有Vodka,但應該是蒸發掉,所以不是很食得出酒味。不過這紅醬真的很不錯,奶甜味搭配茄醬的比例是我喜歡的味道,酸味被奶味中和,比起一般肉醬意粉裡的紅醬要可口好多。不過我不太喜歡長通粉,純粹是個人喜好問題,這盤反倒是比較想搭配寬意粉來食。Duck RisottoRisotto,一道我最愛吃的菜式之一,每次去到意大利餐廳都會點,一食,就知餐廳其他菜式的水準。而對我來說,菇菌是冬天的濃郁之味。Risotto的味道油潤而香濃,米粒飽滿,黏稠中帶嚼勁。配飯的油封鴨腿,外皮烤到呈焦糖色,切開後,就是鮮嫩的鴨肉,嫩得好像Slow Cook的效果,香口的鴨油會湧滿整個口腔,鮮香無比。對了對了,吃這個Risotto,配Moscato就最Match了!Moscato是我最喜歡的利口酒,淡淡花果香加蜂蜜,甜潤滋味心入心扉。而且喝酒在晚上九點前都有Happy Hour,也不算太貴。Brownie Sundae嘿嘿!女生要高興死了,邪惡的布朗尼配雪糕。看著布朗尼,不知怎麼會有流心效果,甜度剛剛好,不苦也不過分甜,搭配雲尼拿雪糕冰冰涼涼的,濃稠又綿密。以這裡的氣氛跟裝潢來說,我覺得餐點算平價,人均不到300港幣就可以吃到好吃的Main course加甜點,還有酒。餐點整體也還不錯,非常適合小資的情侶或者姊妹淘來呢! continue reading

近排總係天陰陰,無乜陽光,搞到個人悶悶地,連帶心情亦受影響,所以好想出街抖抖氣。今次就約埋好友一齊去銅鑼灣呢間主打美式意菜的「Lo Spazio」嘆個靚 lunch。餐廳鄰近希慎廣場,店內地方雖然不大,但可以話係佔盡地利,加上入面的餐桌排列得尚算寬敞,座位與座位之間亦留有足夠活動空間,不會椅背撞椅背,令人坐得舒服。餐廳午市以套餐為主,一共有 6 款可供選擇,包是日餐湯或沙律,另外還有甜品及餐飲,只需 $88 起,非常抵食。我哋點了 Soup of the day 同沙律各一。是日餐湯為蘑菇湯,一上檯已聞到陣陣香濃的菇菌味,極之誘人。湯身質地濃稠,面頭還灑上了香草碎,口感順滑又重菇味,用料十足。沙律亦頗大碟,分量相當多,碟內除了有新鮮爽脆的沙律菜外,還加入了爽甜多汁的車厘茄和脆口的麵包粒,加埋香濃的碎芝士,清新開胃!主菜揀左 Chicken Puttanesca ($123) 同 Pan Fried Sea Bass。件雞扒雖然唔算好大塊,但就非常厚身,而且面頭還淋滿意式蕃茄醬,光是賣相已經十分吸引。撥開醬汁,外皮烤得十分香脆,呈炭燒格仔紋,唔講仲以為係牛扒,入口外脆內嫩,相當 Juicy,啖啖肉。伴吃的薯蓉非常香滑,加上吸收了肉汁,甘香滋味。至於另一客主菜 Pan Fried Sea Bass 香煎海鱸 ($128) 亦很有水準,魚柳大小厚度中等,入口細嫩滑溜,能吃到魚肉的鮮味,加上魚皮煎得十分香脆,令人吃不停口。旁邊伴吃的配菜,用料亦非常豐富,有意大利青瓜、車厘茄和雜菇等,配魚肉吃,健康又味美!餐後還有雲呢拿雪糕作為甜品,配埋凍飲,非常飽足,很滿意的一餐! continue reading

呢段時間,香港人生活得都好苦悶,唔夠口罩但又驚買咗黑心口罩,想話去郊區呼吸新鮮空氣,但原來仲多人過市中心。所以我哋搵咗間小店餐廳,嚟到銅鑼灣嘅Lo Spazio,食吓西餐,輕輕鬆鬆度過我同A姐嘅某一個晚上。酥炸雞柳條前菜叫咗酥炸雞柳條,雞柳一向都比較嚡,但攞嚟炸咗之後,脆口咗同香口咗,即刻加晒分,配上自製嘅沙律醬,好惹味。燒烤慢煮牛舌牛舌經過炭燒慢煮,厚切嘅牛舌肉汁被鎖住,肉質軟腍彈牙,帶有濃香牛肉味,肉汁豐富juicy!海陸意大利飯每個人嘅海陸定義都大不同,而呢間餐廳嘅海陸意大利飯嘅海陸係指蝦同豬肉,豬肉用嘅係五層肉,豬嘅油香混入意大利飯,特別香滑,而意大利飯好creamy,唔錯。白酒大蜆扁意粉飯就creamy,所以意粉方面,揀咗個乾身啲嘅白酒大蜆扁意粉,扁意粉蒜香味十足,而大蜆粒粒都好飽滿,好豐富呀。布朗尼新地甜品方面揀咗布朗尼新地,同A姐開心share,雲呢拿雪糕淋上朱古力漿,加上微暧嘅Brownie,直頭係冰火交融。最後叫咗杯Cava香檳作結。(記住Like同Share畀朋友)By A姐M佬 玩樂日記 continue reading

未搬office之前,#小秘書 好多時都鍾意落 #銅鑼灣 逛吓先返屋企,不過過咗嚟 #九龍 之後就冇呢支歌仔唱喇😚 夾啱呢日要過 #中環 搵朋友攞 #利是封🧧 未夠五點 #小秘書 就嘭嘭聲熄機,趕搭17:00班shuttle bus落中環,當然要比個藉口自己,順路落埋 #銅鑼灣 走一轉啦😁 本來好理想咁,諗住行一陣就約朋友食飯,可惜有人病咗🤧 我唯有食自己啦... 其實一個人食飯都唔係咁大不了啫😅😏難得dinner alone,梗係要對自己好啲❤️ 呢晚行吓行吓嚟到 #恩平道,諗起有一段時間未嚟 Lo Spazio HK 幫襯,就上去探下一班 #老友記。餐廳大部份員工都係 #外藉人士,佢哋個個都 #好Nice 㗎。趁仲係 Happy Hour嘅時段,我用半價叫咗杯 house red wine,味道都幾香幾醇🥂 #主食 我就交由老闆幫我發板🍽 先上枱嘅係一碟 #忌廉汁煮意大利雲吞,係 #師傅 為我安排嘅 #手工菜,Creamy嘅汁醬掛上 bite-size 嘅 #意大利雲吞,味道好配襯😋 之後再嚟嘅係 #BBQ #Ribs,#豬肋骨 上搽滿口味帶甜嘅 #BBQ醬,剛剛熟嘅口感特別好😋 配上旁邊嘅 #沙律菜,清清地感覺無咁油膩😋 不過份量實在太多,我最終要包走2/3條返去比 #老豆 做 #宵夜。不得不提嘅仲有老闆請我食嘅 #甜品 #BrownieSundae,大大個 #雲呢拿雪糕球 放喺 #Brownie 嘅上面,#brownie 裡面有啲 #碎果仁,濃濃嘅 #朱古力口味... 感覺好sweet呀❤️ continue reading

Just easy lunch with my friend. Small restaurant with open kitchen. One person on the floor but very good. We took 2 set lunch one with sea bass other with chicken. First coming mushroom soup: absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender very good cooked with mushroom sauce and sweet potato. Very good. Sea bass was well cooked and tasty. The last surprise was the dessert. Small chocolate very nice. I can’t say it’s Italian since didn’t try carbonara or other Italian dish, but I can sure say it’s very good food. Congratulation for the chef!! One special mention... the guy work on the floor it’s machine! Amazing. Will back again to try something more Italian. continue reading
