Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係土瓜灣嘅北帝街竟然有一間唔多臥虎藏龍的地中海中東菜 主廚曾在多間高級酒店及餐廳工作,製作的食物相當有水準 店內除了提供正宗地中海菜外,還有多款特別的動物部份及內臟菜式,平時都較少機會食到 Lebaneh Ball ($160) 是一個希臘芝士波波的菜式,希臘芝士波波上沾上不同的調料,如pepper,芝麻及薄荷,有奶香之餘,食落又唔會好膩,仲可以配埋脆餅一齊食。 French Chicken Heart ($120) 法式炒雞心,雞心有嚼口,超喜歡個醬汁,酸酸甜甜,配埋焦糖化紫洋蔥好開胃,如果有點其他包類,建議留返個汁點包食。 Lamb Testicle ($160) 雞子就食得多,羊睪丸真係第一次食,口感較雞子滑些及紮實,但都係好粉嫩軟綿綿,creamy可口,幾難得嘅體驗。 Zatar ($95) 百里香芝麻薄餅面包,外表睇落平平無奇,但一拎上手已經feel到好鬆軟,配上香料及橄欖油超好食,配埋之前個法式雞心嘅醬汁更好食。 Rabbit Leg ($220) 兔仔脾配中東小米,兔仔肉口感似雞肉,但食到出有少少野味的味道,配上以橄欖油、小洋蔥、蒜蓉等香料製作的酸甜醬,味道更有層次,小米細細粒,軟綿綿好好食。 Bozza ($65) 傳統嘅阿拉伯乳香膠配上開心果,奶香味好濃,開心果又脆口,超級建議配埋另一個甜品Kanafeh一齊食,冷熱交融,超級好食。 Kanafeh ($105) 一個超經典的中東甜品,外層鬆脆酥皮碎,中間包著甜芝士,切開仲見到拉絲,經油煎過,外層內軟,超級好食,強烈推介大家一定要試下。 continue reading

呢間雖然位於土瓜灣既地中海餐廳,但係一直有超多好評,終於約到朋友仔試下呢個隱世餐廳Tabooleh ($110)呢款沙律口感好豐富,用咗小麥碎,番茜,番茄同洋蔥,再on top有橄欖油同檸檬,食落清新輕盈,作為一個前菜真係好開胃Spicy trio ($170)Dips 係地中海菜入面,幾乎係必食既一樣野我哋叫咗呢款有辣味既三式蘸醬分別係香辣鷹嘴豆泥,墨西哥辣椒雜果仁醬,煙熏甜椒香辣雜果仁醬最欣賞佢個彼得包係熱辣辣架!而且蘸醬都比坊間黎得多,可以大大啖醬配包食! 而三款醬各有特色,鷹嘴豆泥就比較smooth d,墨西哥辣椒就比較粗身, 辣味就比較出,不過係會有啲上癮既辣,而最後一種就因為甜椒既甜味,令佢又有另一番風味Kibdeh chicken liver ($120)呢個要趁熱食!好推介!呢個雞肝連香草煎,上菜仲用個細pan上,聞落去已經好香!個汁有啲似紅酒味咁,原來佢係用紅石榴做成個汁!送包又係好惹味,食落嫌唔夠添!Chicken shish towook ($220)呢個上菜好有誠意,成個木盒造型上,而入面仲有煙燻!而雞肉用左炭燒,外面有炭燒獨有既香味,但係肉仲keep 住勁juicy ,面頭更有阿拉伯香料調味,相當恰到好處 Bozza($65)有超多開心果碎包住雲尼拿雪糕!開心果既香,同雲尼拿雪糕勁夾,雪糕又勁滑 作為成餐既nice ending 係點睛既 整體而言,出品係幾高質既 全部野好好食,果然正如餐廳menu advertise 佢既大廚一樣,會令你回味 Lamees (土瓜灣)土瓜灣北帝街145號順輝大廈地下2號舖 continue reading

今日同老婆行土瓜灣,發覺原來土瓜灣都有好多獨特小店,今日就帶老婆去一間好有中東特色既餐廳。餐廳環境好有中東特色,俾人好relax既感覺。食物自己掃QR code睇完再落單。初榨橄欖油檸檬巴馬臣烤椰菜花:椰菜花食得多,迷你椰菜花真係第一次食,簡單既調味唔會蓋過椰菜花本身既味。鷹嘴豆泥伴羊肉:鷹嘴豆是一種多功能的食材,可以用於各種菜餚和料理中。無論是用於製作醬料、湯品還是作為主要成分的一部分,鷹嘴豆都能為菜餚增添營養和口感。今次配羊肉食覺得有互相輝映作用。有機藍青口:有機藍青口的肉質鮮嫩,味道濃郁而鮮甜。它們通常具有濃厚的海洋風味,帶有一些微妙的鹽味。在烹飪過程中,藍青口的肉質會變得更加柔軟,並釋放出豐富的風味。今次廚師只係簡單用牛油/蒜蓉再加少少香料,已經好好食。經典素意粉:冇諗過一個冇肉既意粉都可以做得咁出色,材料主要係用紅綠燈籠椒/意大利番茜/蒜蓉,都已經好好食。蜜棗蛋糕伴雲呢拿雪糕脆餅:蜜棗是一種低熱量、高纖維的水果,同時富含維生素和礦物質。含有豐富的維生素C、維生素A和鉀,同時都提供一些鐵、鈣和鎂等營養素。冇諗過竟然可以做成蛋糕,仲要咁好食,香而不漏。Ps:今次係得第一次食中東餐,真係好大驚喜,發覺都好適合香港人口味,下次試埋羊肉串。 continue reading
