今日試吓泰式船麵,餐廳的裝修比較地道,是接枱和木椅,帶點街頭風格。有聞其水準可和samsen 相比,而且價格比較相宜。泰式牛肉船麵$88入座後等了四十分鐘,終於吃到。牛肉切得很薄、半生熟的,口感嫩滑;這湯底是ok的,有牛骨湯風味,味道鮮甜,唔辣,可惜沒有samsen 那麼多層次,金邊粉也順滑可口。Pad thai $80這炒河粉口感帶濕潤,甜甜酸酸,可選蝦、雞等,今次選蝦,但全碟只有兩隻,而且很細隻,但整體味道係OK嘅。蒜蓉炒通菜$80炒通菜份量十足,蒜蓉味亦都充足,而且惹味可口,唔會太油膩。芒果糯米飯$45這芒果糯米飯份量唔多,味道是正常水平,糯米飯粘糯,加上香甜的椰汁和酸甜的芒果,味道不錯。泰式奶茶$30這奶茶口感香滑,入口冰涼,味道輕甜,茶味也比較淡,是ok的。食物水平是ok, 但由於人手不足,上菜等了三十分鐘才陸續上菜。 continue reading

Kin Kao 食飯🍴係一間正宗泰國餐廳。泰文意思係「食飯」~店舖由泰國人主理,食材同店員幾乎都來自泰國🏝!🍑泰北咖哩湯麵🍜湯底咖哩味比較淡,吾會好辣🍛, 比起咖哩飲落去更加似喇沙加椰汁味🥥,幾好飲。上面有一舊雞髀,雞肉🐔食落去好柴同硬,仲會卡喺牙入面,麻麻🙂‍↔️。而麵類可以比你揀要河粉,金邊粉,米粉,蛋麵。今次揀咗蛋麵🥚, 蛋麵麵條比較闊,同鹼水粗麵好似, 食落去麵條好爽口,亦都好掛汁,幾特别☺️。🍑雞肉豉油乾炒河🐔炒河粉入面有菜🥬,紅蘿蔔🥕,雞蛋🥚 配菜好豐富。而河粉同一般茶餐廳好吾同,佢地喺好大一塊,而且好Q好有彈性,有啲似越南米纸卷皮,好食‼️炒河豉油喺甜甜地,醬汁吾會死咸,但雞肉🐔同樣偏柴就有少少扣分🍑泰式椰子雪糕🥥椰子雪糕食落去椰子味好重🥥,口感食落去有啲似沙冰, 食完好解油膩感。而佢造型都好加分。用咗一個搖搖椰子殼裝住,撞一撞就會搖下搖下, 好可愛。 continue reading

一直以來對灣仔藍屋的fusion泰國菜情有獨鍾,今天找到這家叫食飯的泰國餐廳,店面小小的,店員似乎是泰國人,很有泰國路邊小餐館的特色。Pad See Ew豉油乾炒河我到泰國特別喜歡點Pad See Ew,這道料理以寬粿條炒製,豬肉片、芥蘭和紅蘿蔔,黑醬油的香氣彷彿在鼻尖綻放。這家餐廳的Pad See Ew用的闊粿條跟泰國的口感相似,有別於其他香港的泰國餐廳用的闊河粉,口感軟嫩彈牙,調味濃郁。粿條與醬油的滋味相得益彰。Khao Soi泰北咖哩麵金麵是泰國北部的招牌料理,這款湯麵獨具風味,結合濃郁的咖哩湯底和香脆的脆麵,口感豐富。湯底的咖哩入口時的濃郁香辣,與雞肉和麵條很融合。這家餐廳的Khao Soi保持了道地的風味,值得一試。總括而言,這間餐廳還蠻道地的,而且價錢相宜,喜歡吃Pad See Ew的人不能錯過。 continue reading

灣仔中午搵真吾容易,12點幾週圍都排隊,哩間上個星期下午一點行過吾算行過吾算多人,所以今天就一早計劃來 。今日去到仲有兩個兩人位,餐廳吾大,好在每個位都仲有隔板,就算搭檯都放心d;裝修超簡單,無任何裝修,更吾感覺任何泰國特色。午餐就得6個選擇,我睇旁邊客人都選擇同我選擇的兩個餐,亦可以話無乜選擇。豬手飯餐($80)2分—豬手超”淋”,好似煲完湯,又“鞋”—飯比較硬—唯一好處系跟幾多菜,健康。—湯雖然飲吾出系乜,但OK—檸檬茶比較甜,要督多d檸檬味才就可以接受船麵($80)1分— 豬肉肉丸分量吾多,肉亦"鞋"— 麵就好似幼貴刁,但吾彈口— 同樣唯一好處系多菜—熱奶茶基本就系糖水,最後無飲。——— continue reading

今日Lunch嚟到灣仔食泰國嘢🇹🇭依間餐廳開中午12:00,未夠鍾開門已經有人排隊,大概12:30已經接近滿座,估佢唔到wor😆✴️泰式牛肉船麵✴️一上枱已經聞到好香,湯頭明顯飲到牛油嘅香氣,味道上甜甜地,好惹味!牛肉唔係乾乾柴柴個種,係柔軟帶有少許脂肪,令到成碗味牛味更濃郁🐃$88有咁高質嘅船麵,CP值完勝同區另一間米芝蓮船麵❤️✴️泰式豬肉炒河粉✴️河粉彈牙,有鑊氣🔥抵讚位係食完都唔會見到碟底有好多油,不過唔算太大碟,男仔食會唔夠飽~ continue reading
