仲係灣仔返工時曾經lunch特登去藍屋碰碰運睇下食唔食到人氣船河,可惜都failed… 咁啱5:30pm係灣仔睇完show就決定早d去排隊,5:50pm去到已經有一條十幾人嘅人龍,6:00pm成功入座。小店面積不大,檯貼檯,不過侍應人手充裕,落單出餸都好快。Order左兩款小食,炸豬頸肉配烤蕃茄辣醬嘅豬頸肉炸得香口之外個烤蕃茄辣醬係重點,酸酸辣辣仲食到蕃茄肉,超有驚喜!泰國炸魚皮好薄身,魚皮上撒左辣粉超惹味,配特色泰式粉紅青檸梳打超chill~Main course當然唔少得招牌泰式和牛濃湯河,呢一碗人氣boat noodle嘅湯底濃郁而不油膩,出奇地唔算太鹹,河粉非常滑兼有咬勁,吸嘅個湯同炸蒜嘅香味超正,如果再多多dd河粉就好啦~ 除左入口嫩滑嘅薄切和牛肉片,牛腩同牛丸都好高質,加爽脆嘅通菜同炸豬皮,非常豐富,係出色嘅~另外仲order左香辣泰式炒闊河粉(和牛) ,和牛肉片真係無敵,口感超嫩滑同牛香味好出。炒闊河粉鍋氣十足,我對醃酸青辣椒同一串串嘅青胡椒兩款配菜/香料愛不釋手,尤其青胡椒一粒粒咬爆後辛辣味慢慢滲出非常過癮。泰式蟹肉奄列厚度十足,切開裡面十分滑一d都唔乾,仲見到一疏疏嘅蟹肉。最後仲order左泰式奶茶雪糕做甜品,用椰子殼裝住兩球橙色嘅泰式奶茶雪糕,泰奶嘅經典淡淡雲呢拿香加椰子肉同花生碎,非常滿足~菜色特別同味道確實唔錯,上菜有效率不過坐得真係有d迫,檯貼檯同間唔中有湯河係你頭頂或背脊飄過,食得有d 狼狽,座bar檯可能會好d,$4xx/head 有d貴。如果下次條隊唔算太長同有bar檯位置可以再戰。 continue reading

中午時份路經人氣泰國餐廳「Samsen泰麵」,發現門外居然冇打蛇餅,小肥即急call哥哥落樓一同午膳。不設訂座兼人齊先可入座嘅小店已連續幾年登上車胎人推介榜,意味著米芝蓮評審員深覺其出品價廉物美,性價比高。地舖樓底勁高。中央有堂木梯延申至牆上嘅大型書架,天花則吊出多個盆栽,配上簡單嘅擺設,感覺猶如置身於一間鄉村屋舍內。隨身物及外套可存放於後方嘅掛鉤上。天氣夠凍時不用冷氣,不過唔知天熱時空調夠唔夠啦!用餐大堂面積有限,一眼睇哂,二人散座均以抗疫膠板隔開,滿座時難免會覺得迫。餐桌擺有自用餐具、口罩套、餐牌及兩款調味醬汁。細看四周,發現備用餐具及茶壺原來收咗喺梯架上,夠哂慳位。一頁午市餐牌中英對照,簡單易明。午市套餐均包有一杯飲品,當中更可選樽裝「Singha」泰啤。哥哥點咗客「泰式打拋和牛配油炸雞蛋」($148)。炸豬頸肉配烤番辣醬($88):炸豬頸肉基本上都算爽口,個人只係略嫌外層偏硬,同咬落有啲嚡,菜式尚有進步空間。招牌泰式和牛濃湯河($148):一早知悉招牌泰國船麵絕不外賣,有位堂食當然要叫黎試啦!小肥少食泰國菜,其實都唔知何謂正宗船麵,只能憑感覺形容主觀嘅食後感想。透透地明嘅金邊粉柔滑煙韌有彈性,無奈深色嘅湯底同一時間又濃又甜又咸,重口味到細佬冇辦法淨飲。配料中最正係啲金黃鬆化得黎半脆半腍嘅炸豬皮條條!和牛就比想像中厚同瘦,如果餐牌冇註明的話真係會以為自己食緊本地牛肉囉!灣仔熱店「Samsen泰麵」面積雖少,勝在天涼嘅日子開揚通爽,流露出鄉村氣息。年輕嘅服務生態度良好,而且效率高。平心而論,食物質量只屬三線貨色,船麵單售$148黎講份量算偏少,幾分鐘食完最多可以話唔肚餓,即冇飽嘅感覺,請恕XO仔未能認同米芝蓮車胎人之推介。 continue reading

泰式復古小販鐵牌裝飾、挑高的樓底空間、地道的餐具,連續4年登上米芝蓮必比登推薦的人氣泰菜泰麵,完全與旁邊的藍屋建築群融為一體。很濃很濃就是這麼濃香才對味的和牛濃湯河!一端上來馬上喝湯,湯頭加入了大量香料、腐乳、豬血、豬骨熬製,濃而不鹹層次豐富🍜 一群女生一直吱吱喳喳,為這碗湯河好像突然就有另一個胃又追加一碗豬肉船麵。Lift nothing else!
