知道細佬鐘意泰國菜,特登約佢今日嚟灣仔呢間泰麵食晚飯,一如既往都係要排隊!門口貼住4張米芝連貼紙2017榮獲米芝連推介,2018.2019到2021唯一一間新入榜泰菜,嚟到當然必試船麵,好味係泰國近似原味道,夠濃食到血湯底!炒通菜可能未必好似其他泰國菜館咁辣,但夠味!最有驚喜嘅係炸半熟蛋,配以酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,脆炸外皮加蛋唔漏加埋個汁出奇地夾!炒飯就有啲失色!雖然廚師係澳洲人但一啲都唔fushion,食船麵就知廚師想帶出地道泰國風味俾我地試!唯一唔同嘅係外國人出品嘅係精緻啲,餐廳環境成個感覺好係去左泰國啲餐廳咁!

聽好多人講呢間泰國麵好正宗好地道,今日終於試咗。12:00到門口已有人龍。我食咗個午市套餐,招牌泰式和牛濃湯河+凍泰式奶茶。湯河有生牛肉、一舊仔牛腩、豬肉丸....,湯味好濃,好泰國feel,生牛肉好食,牛腩幾淋。至於個奶茶我估應該用石蘭茶葉,泰味。另叫咗個魚皮,好似食烤魷魚的感覺,幾香脆。整體來講唔錯,夠地道,但個人覺得價錢可以再優惠啲會更吸引。

喺google map 望望下見到呢間船麵賣相好似不俗,門口好多人排隊,仲貼住連續四年米芝蓮喎,咁就要試佢一試。講下個炸魚皮先,唔係即炸,係喺個盒度攞出嚟,好似你屋企啲零食咁,我就覺得ok.......啦,唔係咩特色到不得不試嘅嘢😅個泰式奶茶實在太太太太甜,好重練奶,同我以前飲過嘅相比好普通咋喎。然後係主角和牛船麵,首先個湯底有耳目一新嘅感覺,以為係沙嗲湯但好清甜,麵質富有韌性,除咗和牛片,入面仲有啲豬肉丸啊牛腩粒同通菜同炸豬皮,好足料㗎。我坐bar 枱睇到佢係全手切牛肉,都幾欣賞,始終手切風味係好啲嘅。最後叫咗個椰子雪糕,除咗甜味其實冇乜奶味同椰香,有啲失望,不過勝在夠大份。我覺得個船麵係值得一試嘅,as expected ,同埋好飽肚,其他嘢就可圏可點啦。

依間好好食,推介下先,我排左半個鐘隊,好熱,但野食真係好正,好彩🤣🤣叫左和牛濃湯麵同埋虎蝦金邊粉,仲有椰子雪糕!和牛濃湯麵和牛好高質!個湯好正,好有香料味,我飲哂,撈埋d面食,好味道虎蝦金邊粉有四隻蝦算係唔錯,金邊粉同大部分餐廳質素差唔多,但都好食豬頸肉好香,但有d味精椰子雪糕有粟米同花生撈黎食,幾特別
