This Thai noodle shop is a popoular spot in Wanchai and is awarded with a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. I think waiting for a table is pretty standard.Described as a casual diner, their prices are not.We ordered:Wagyu beef soup noodles, real depth of colour and flavour to broth. Beef was cooked just right, really soft texture. Beef balls had a nice 'bounce' to them.Crabmeat fried rice, nice flavour with plenty of crabmeat pieces. Rice is well fried with individual grains of rain, not clumpy. Didnt feel the need to add fish sauce on the side as too salty.Pad Thai with King Prawns, noodles well coated in the sweet hot sauce and not oily at all.Fried Fish skin, a little chewy, unusual flavouring.Fried marinated pork collar, nice chuncky pieces of succulent meat, with a flavoursome tomato chilli dip.Found the portions to be a good size and was too full to try dessert.Liked the vibe of the place but all a bit rushed. continue reading

呢間位於灣仔藍屋既米芝蓮泰國餐廳主打船麵,無時無刻都係有條長長既人龍排隊,所以每次經過都只係望,今次我決定等佢12:00開門,點知去度都已經有人排緊隊,最後都要等左45mins先入到餐廳入面座位其實唔算多,枱與枱之間迫得密密麻麻,裝飾擺設都以泰國懷舊風格為主,感覺有d似去左泰國街邊食船麵招牌泰式和牛濃湯河見到個湯咁深色,再聞到個湯既味道就知道係泰國既船麵呀,大廚每日精心熬製, 放了多種材料同食材,再嚐一啖湯,味道層次豐富,好好飲薄薄既和牛腍身唔韌,仲有3粒牛丸同炸豬皮,麵好掛湯,成碗都好出色泰式虎蝦炒金邊粉酸酸甜甜既金邊粉好岩我口味,花生係半粉咁上碟,我就鍾意花生碎多d, 同埋佢無左平時放係隔離既辣椒粉,不過佢有辣椒醬供應,鍾意落幾多都得,辣醬都非常辣🥵泰國炸魚皮呢個有d失望,因為同平時香港既魚皮係比較厚身,有咬口同質感d,而泰式呢款就好似食緊薯片,唔似食緊魚皮泰國船麵本身係平價美食,雖然呢度既船麵真係相當出色,用料上乘,但$138一碗真係幾貴,同泰國傳統船麵平價既概念好似有d差別,同埋真係坐得好迫,好唔舒服 continue reading

香港嘅泰國菜餐廳好多,但要食好食嘅船河就唔容易。船河本身係廉價地道嘅泰國美食,喺水上市場工作嘅勞動階層食多,喺艇上食所以特此名稱。而家嘅船河做法好多,有平有貴,貴嘅甚至用和牛做配料,好似今次介紹嘅依間船河。依間位於灣仔藍屋旁邊嘅泰麵,係原本想返悉尼但又懷念香港既老闆,用左年半時間,睇左200幾個鋪店,最後揀左呢個係灣仔一級歷史建築藍屋附近既鋪位,而且灣仔係一個集合左富裕同地道、本地同外國人、新舊建築既地方,客人有年輕又有上年紀既。開業初期已經吸引左好多人黎排隊食, 2017年已經獲得米芝蓮推介, 係門口已經見到2018,2019年米芝蓮既貼紙,而今年既2021米芝蓮必比登都唔例外,係新入榜既唯一一間泰國菜。呢度既老闆兼大廚係澳洲人,先後係悉尼、倫敦、曼谷、新加坡同香港既泰國菜館做廚師,所以呢度主打既唔係fusion菜而係傳統地道既泰國菜,為左重視泰國風味,堅持採購泰國當地食材同香料,主打船河同埋創意特色小食,主廚希望透過湯河同埋街頭小食,等香港人可以試到地道嘅泰國風味。超過六成嘅食材係每日由泰國當地直送到店。-排隊🧍🧍🧍當日係星期六晨就1350到餐廳,已經見到條龍有成廿人,長到轉左個彎,排左差唔多9個字終於入到。基本上假日去食一定要排隊,如果唔想排就要佢開鋪姐係12點到去做第一批客人。店員會問定你order D咩,就會係紙圈定比廚房,同時會比返張紙你對下order左D咩。唔接受訂位,所以如果要試就要排隊,唔想排咁耐就要開門就到。-環境🪑店舖唔算大不過樓底高,不過枱貼枱坐落有啲迫身。以復古風格裝飾,有多舊家具、古老小販檔嘅陳設、泰式鐵牌等,好似小店古色古香咁,非常充滿泰國嘅懷舊風情。環境偏暗,如果影相會比較唔夠光,尤其係入面既位置同BAR枱,有幾張枱會係近室外D就會夠光D。唔計吧枱大概有26-30個位,吧枱大概有4個位。當日我坐廚房嘅吧枱,因為係開放式廚房,可以一路望住廚師煮嘢食,而家因為疫情,會每兩個位隔一塊板。上菜速度都快,大概等左5分鐘就上菜。-1️⃣ 招牌泰式和牛濃湯河💰138(👅: 9.5/10)雖然價錢偏貴但係配料多而且質素對得住價錢,個湯好飲到可以飲晒成碗所以食完會好飽肚。呢碗和牛湯河除左有幾塊和牛之外,仲有牛腩、牛丸、泰式豬皮、通菜同埋好多傳統方法會用既泰式香料好似芫荽、玉桂、八角、蒜頭、南薑、辣椒、香茅同羅勒等。和牛同牛腩食落好淋身好有牛味,和牛特別係用澳洲和牛,所以肉味特別濃,又唔會過肥,灼到啱啱好熟,食落幾嫩滑,牛腩有兩舊,好軟腍好入味,比起和牛我覺得仲好食。牛丸好彈牙好爽,而且丸入邊有牛筋粒,咬落口感豐富。泰式豬皮炸到脆卜卜,不過一浸左湯就無左脆既口味。船麵質感偏幼,夠爽夠彈牙,非常吸湯,每條都索滿晒湯汁嘅精華。湯底係每朝早就開始製作,經過六個鐘頭嘅熬製,非常重牛味,有牛肉嘅鮮甜味,帶少少椰子味,因為湯底加咗豬血、腐乳、豬骨等好多種食材熬製,所以色澤非常深同濃郁,呈黑啡色,飲落甜酸辣鹹嘅味道兼備,層次感豐富。成碗船河基本上每一部份都做得好好,因為從來未飲過咁好飲嘅湯,如果要挑剔就係河粉冇得轉其他麵。-2️⃣ 泰式虎蝦金邊粉 💰138(👅: 8.5/10)聞落香氣逼人,食落似係用茄汁炒既金邊粉,金邊粉充分吸收左醬汁,酸甜味都適中,好開胃,而且係香辣既金邊粉不過辣味唔重,因為主廚話辣只係其中味道一環而唔係全部,如果真係唔食得辣可以同店員提出。麵條唔會話炒到痴埋一齊或者邊一條調味唔均勻,不油不膩,加上炒到夠鑊氣,夠鑊氣係泰國街頭小食既重點,呢碟食落就好似係泰國食緊既pai thai咁。虎蝦好大隻仲要有3隻,用料唔馬虎,食落夠新鮮,唔會有雪味。配料有豆干、芽菜、花生、青木瓜絲、蛋絲、蝦米、泰式香草、蔥、青檸,將佢地撈勻食到pai thai應有既味道,每個配料都處理得宜。-3️⃣ 炸豬頸肉配烤番茄醬 💰78(👅: 8.5/10)炸豬頸肉份量唔小,好抵食。食落非常有曼谷街頭食到既味道,豬頸肉味道同傳統既唔太一樣,但會一舊接一舊咁食,炸得好酥脆但又唔會柴,肉汁保留到唔會過乾,味道唔算好重所以唔鹹,配上蒜酥同自家制蕃茄甜酸醬絕對係昇華。-☕ 泰式凍奶茶 💰48(👅: 7.5/10)今次依間泰式奶茶就冇得叫熱嘅,只有凍。呢杯都係用手標紅茶沖出黎,飲落係泰式奶茶既甜味,呢種甜我仲可以接受到,都飲到泰式奶茶嘅茶味同奶味,但茶香小小唔太夠,不過個味道就相對熟悉,唔會話太大驚喜。-☕ 泰式街頭椰子雪糕 💰78(👅: 9/10)雪糕用椰殼上,雪糕嘅椰子味幾重,但又唔會係好廉價既味道,食落唔會過甜。除咗椰子雪糕仲會有一塊塊嘅椰子肉,口感好爽加落雪糕食增加口感,同埋加咗甜品好少見嘅花生同粟米粒,但個配搭出奇地夾。份量都唔使係可以食飽人嘅甜品。-🌟無疑係食過最好食嘅泰國菜,最出色係牛河,之後係非常有泰國口味嘅椰子雪糕,炒金邊粉同埋炸豬頸肉都出色,但價錢唔算平,而且要派至少半個鐘先食到,但佢絕對對得住米芝蓮呢個名。要數2021年要試嘅餐廳,佢一定喺其中一間。-👅味道: 9.5/10🍴環境: 7.5/10💰消費: $180 (服務費: 10%) continue reading

突然之間好想食Samson,走了去灣仔排隊,大概20分鐘有位,已經食左幾次和牛船麪,所以今次點其他食物做晚餐我地要左青檸梳打同西瓜🍉冰沙,咸檸好開胃同清涼,而西瓜就好清甜,仲用左一去三角形西瓜裝飾好靚開胃既前菜-青木瓜咸蛋沙律,其實好多泰田菜都有得食既沙律但唔係每間都加咸蛋,以前係JJ market 食過加咸蛋去中和青木瓜沙律辣味同增加風味,呢間都做到好似曼谷食到既味道,唔會太濃烈但好惹味,而且佢地既配料都好豐富(花甜碎,青木瓜媽,蕃茄仔,豆同埋酸汁)成件事好岩夏天開胃食!第二個點左既係炸豬頸肉配香辣蕃茄醬,佢又同泰國菜館食既豬頸肉做法同味道唔一樣,通常外面都係燒左再點酸辣既醬汁,佢呢度比較似分左醬既咕嚕肉,炸左既肉比較似豬肉多過豬頸肉,面有大量炸蒜同香葉,好香脆同埋蕃茄醬食比較似港式多過泰式虎蝦炒金邊粉,佢都係用左羅望子醬,但有好多大蝦(5-6隻)又有五香豆腐粒、芽菜同埋蔥既配料,感覺好足料,仲有花生同埋青檸比你伴住食,炒得好香上碟時仲有冒煙,我覺得佢幾濃味好岩食同埋蝦肉都係彈牙同好鮮甜唔似外面用雪蝦。呢個係上次食船麪點過覺得好好食,佢同泰國買到既幾乎一樣,仲好大埋頭,脆卜卜勁似薯條,如果點湯食一定索哂湯汁好好味(大家點湯粉要試,佢唔貴而且好多)食泰菜最想試到泰式甜品,椰子🥥盛住好大球椰子雪糕,配埋花生碎同粟米簡直無得輸,因為香港唔常見咁正宗泰式雪糕,所以佢貴都要照點。雖然夏天好熱,但排到入去食覺得好滿足 continue reading
