自疫情以來,減少了外出吃飯。但今天忽然想起Samsen 泰式和牛河粉的滋味,立即外出encore 一下。剛剛才十二時,店外已經有不少的食客排隊等候。店外更張貼多天的米芝蓮推介,等吃的人一個接一個,結果等了四十五分鐘,終於可以入座。店舖的裝修帶一些舊日老店的情懷,簡單而樸實。一邊是小巷吧座,另一邊是四人座位。空間佈局隨性又隨意,有地道的感覺。然而待應和餐牌都是以英語主導,一中一西,有著有趣的反差。招牌泰式蟹肉炒飯$158這招牌泰式蟹肉炒飯炒得沒有廣東炒飯咁乾身。但飯粒粒粒分明,入口甘香,當中有唔少蟹肉、旦絲和蔥花,就是簡單的味道,帶一點泰式香料風味,但又出奇的香口美味,吃勻整碟,也沒有膩口的感覺,好吃!招牌泰式和牛濃湯河粉$138Samsen Wagyu beef soup noodleW thin rice noodle, crispy pork rind 這招牌泰式和牛濃湯河粉真係不得了!和牛大大片,剛剛熟,肉質軟嫩又有牛肉味,而且沒有肥膏,啖啖肉,正!牛腩一粒一口,炆到軟腍即化,極為入味,略帶牛脂,就是這樣的半肥瘦牛腩最好吃!牛丸是迷你牛丸,口感Q彈,彈牙又有肉味,正!最棒的是這濃湯,質地稠厚,味道極濃,有著又濃又鮮的牛骨精隨!而且帶一點辛辣,加埋脆卜卜的炸豬皮,拌上掛汁的河粉,令人一口接一口的吃不停,即使感到辣,還是帶著歡笑的眼淚和鼻水追著吃!太美味了!強烈推介!店員更細心的為我添冰水解辣,謝謝呀! continue reading

週六我們一行四人去這家餐廳吃晚餐,六點半到外面已經大排長龍。留下電話,侍應說之後會電話通知。大約8點鐘收到電話,通知我們過來,然而過來之後,前面一張枱的人還在吃,於是在門口又等了20分鐘才能夠入座。首先,進入餐廳後4人只給一個口罩袋,我們索要才給了四個,最後還連著袋收走了一人的口罩,減分。點了和牛船面,和牛炒粉,蟹肉炒飯,豬頸肉以及通菜。其中最好吃的是豬頸肉,因為是所有菜式裡面唯一不鹹的,但是都同外面的沒什麼差別。其他的菜式都極其鹹,只有鹹味而吃不到其他的味道,這碗船面相比泰國,任何一家夜市40泰銖的船面都好吃過它。我們四人吃了大概40分鐘,到了9點左右,本來飲品沒喝完,想再聊會天,侍應看見我們菜吃的差不多了,就催我們走。我可以理解想轉枱,外面都很多人排隊,但是四個人吃不到一個鐘,就趕我們走,我不認為這是一間餐廳應該做出的行為。做飢餓營銷可以,但是首先味道要做好,其次在這種情況下,侍應絕對不應該驅趕顧客離開。建議大家去吃的時候三思而後行,不要花錢買罪受,這間餐廳完全不值得排這麼長的隊。 continue reading

Happened to be in the right place at the right time, walked by just at noon and managed to get a seat at the counter without waiting in the perpetual long queue outside.   I tried the pad thai set lunch as I remembered the beef noodle soup was on the heavier side of flavour.   Had the lime tea - very nice.  Pad Thai came within a few minutes with five delicious-looking prawns adorning the fried rice noodles - strangely this time the flavour was on the bland side of light.  Must remember next time to mix the beef noodle soup with pad thai - somewhere in the middle would be my choice. continue reading

早排食過上環嘅泰館後念念不忘,就諗住試下灣仔嘅泰麵😋啱啱好12點營業時間到餐廳,已經大排長龍,加上店內環境無上環咁大,等左大概30分鐘先有位。午市有套餐,包埋飲品,我同朋友叫左泰式和牛濃湯河同雞肉炒闊河粉,泰式奶茶同青檸梳打😋🐂湯河嘅湯底好濃味,有啲似船麵嘅湯底,有少少辣好惹味🔥配料都足,牛肉偏瘦,唔會多筋,不過整體份量就細左啲。🐓炒闊河粉配料有粟米荀同蛋,雞肉份量都幾多。味道偏濃,加埋辣椒醬食好惹味👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

依間餐廳大大話話都食過10次以上長期都要等位嘅一間餐廳就算平日放工過嚟 閑閑哋都要等一個鐘對我嚟講 依間餐廳嘅炒野真係好出色佢嘅炒嘢 真係好香口 好入味今次叫嘅有 (由上而下 左到右講)炒通菜呢個菜次次都會叫少少辣 通菜炒到岩岩好唔會淋晒之後就牛肉炒飯係朋友推介一如既往佢嘅炒嘢都係好香口不過依個就算係偏啖但加埋佢附送嘅魚露 就岩岩好Signature 船麵麵唔算好彈牙 中規中矩但湯頭牛肉味濃郁間唔中都會叫嚟食炸豬頸肉算係依間餐廳比較平平無奇嘅一個菜式雞肉炒闊麵個麵真係超級好食得辣嘅話建議叫牛肉炒唔食得辣嘅話就雞肉佢個麵質係好煙韌 又有少少彈牙加上炒得好惹味食到停唔到口略嫌麵太少 餸太多總括 如果唔怕等一定要試下依間餐廳嘅炒嘢 continue reading
