日前去謙記打邊爐時發現左呢度開左間食蟹的專門店 因為我地係日本蟹之道樂的粉絲 所以一心要試下 入到餐廳得我地一台 開頭只係以為我地太早食飯(約6點幾)但越坐越奇怪 食完到8點都係得我地一台 原來係有原因既 我地分別點左一倨$880既鱈場蟹餐同一個$680既毛蟹餐首先簡單講下d前菜 個魚軟骨酸酸地又清清地其實唔錯 但係個魚肝就咸左d又唔係好夠滑 而$880個餐先有的果個汁煮魚前菜直情係覺得好'鞋'刺身又唔係好有味 感覺比較普通蒸蟹味道都唔錯 但又好似唔太夠滑$880餐的燒蟹腳就唔錯 幾鮮味又唔乾天婦羅都唔錯的 唔會好油膩 又熱又脆 佢地其中一款係流心蛋黃天婦羅 第一次食 覺得係好食的跟住呢個係毛蟹餐既毛蟹凍食 雖然話係凍食 但係個溫度怪怪地 似凍又似暖 令食落成件事感覺唔多好燒蟹肉飯團 唔香又唔脆 連紫菜都唔脆 又唔覺得食到蟹肉 火鍋蟹身 蟹身會同雜菜鍋一齊煮 比較清淡的一道菜 而個蟹蓋就會留比呢度既職員去幫你煮個蟹粥蟹粥 唔錯幾好味 只係我地已飽到食左小小就要打包了整體其實最鐘意呢度個蛋黃天婦羅,粥同燒蟹腳 其他我就覺得比呢個價錢我就唔會來呢度食 而會選擇去灣仔另一間食蟹的專門店 而如
