疫情關係很久沒來光顧這餐館,今次令我和老公都很失望!我們叫了份三寶($308):蒸頭腩、鍋貼小棠菜、油鹽水大蜆,另加一個我經常會叫的(石本)酒焗桶蠔($148),幾個菜式份量之細不在話下,餐牌上沒寫明2人份量,蒸頭腩及小棠菜可以接受,油鹽水蜆細隻又唔新鮮,很多隻沒開口及有些蜆肉勁腥!湯底淡而無味!最離譜的是桶蠔,打開錫紙竟然只得4隻,($148+10%)以前的份量有6-7隻蠔,心諗如果一枱5-6人,那麼如何分好?!我們沒有投訴,只知疫情期間生意難做,相信不會再去了。 continue reading

呢間酒家傳聞燒鵝相當有一手想試好耐,撞啱今晚同老婆落佐敦,一於去會下佢上到去已經20:30,估唔到under咁嘅疫情都可以爆場爆到咁,我都仲要等枱招牌燒鵝:新鮮燒起脆皮有肉汁,相當夠味,鵝肉有咬口之餘唔柴唔乾,個人認為比海港有過之而無不及酥炸鮮蝦小堂菜:炸得幾夠乾身食晒成碟都唔覺好油,蝦膠彈口小堂菜亦多,質素可與萬發比美。因為本身已經係蝦膠已經好彈所以顯得中間啲鮮蝦變得好似多舊魚鮮茄旦牛肉反:牛肉本身有底味而且夠淋少筋(無錯,都係有少少筋),蕃茄洋蔥就無乜好講,芡汁夠酸夠甜幾開胃,我平時食反都要扣底呢碟可以清晒旦散:免費送每枱都有一碟,炸得夠鬆化亦無油,但可能一早炸起左所以已經凍晒,略嫌比起四點金差少少 continue reading

因家人情意結其實每年最少也會去食數次,從上年開始廚房烹調質素已經每況愈下,經過埋今次發生的事,一定唔會再去食,真係超級難食又浪費金錢,味精多口渴不突止,直頭當我哋水魚搵我哋笨。明明食材咁新鮮,廚房竟然煮得咁難食,地獄廚房,如果想失望嘅大家不妨一試!樓面似熟賣熟,利是照收,話俾佢聽個廚房煮啲嘢唔好食,魚都蒸唔熟,竟然就係一句今日好忙啊唔好意思包容下!仲推介我哋龍蝦泡飯好好味,肉用嚟花雕蒸,出到嚟係無味,唔知食緊咩,成餐飯冇一樣餸菜係正常架!慶幸家中長輩醒覺了,主動話以後唔去呢度食飯,真係受夠了,終於唔使再受罪了! continue reading
