Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啟德新開不久的商場Airside佔最大比例的是食店。今天一行三人午餐選擇了這間日式燒肉店,真的帶來驚喜。這店地方寬躺,環境舒適,食材新鮮,而且午市特價套餐選擇繁多,價錢也算合理。我們點了兩份燒肉,分別是未來牛牛肋肉及牛舌和日替未來牛4點,全都是不同部位的牛肉,燒起來香味滿溢,伴以爽脆的蔬菜沙律,送飯一流!另外點了一份A4和牛壽喜燒,牛肉鬆軟,入口即溶,而粉絲、軟滑的豆腐、蔬菜和菇類等配菜加入味美的湯底,真的色香味俱全,甜品送上每人一粒雪米糍,再以優惠價$15喝一杯冰凍的炭燒咖啡,或$25來一杯活乳酸提子特飲,一頓豐富的午餐可以算是完美😋 continue reading

餐廳主打「未來牛」,算係比較少見日本國產牛,同樣以嚴格的飼養條件都有均勻脂肪分布今日就嚟試下佢 特選未來牛燒肉盛合5點 $349 職員教我地最後先食最薄果種上後腰脊蓋肉,然後點埋蛋一齊食我地先燒西冷第一啖放入嘴我同男朋友同時都出唔到聲!入口即融!!!肉同脂肪嘅比例都好完美完全唔洗任何醬料都好好味,肉味都係最濃 肉眼同埋特上牛肋肉分別相對油同牛嘅比例會佔多小小如果覺得油,可以點小小鹽,個口感會中和返 未來牛稀少部位燒肉寶箱9點 $238 賣相已經好靚啦~~本來以為9樣都係未來牛嘅稀少部位但都有包括牛舌同埋牛柳其他的確比較少見到 因為我地另外有點set,諗住貪得意同打卡able先點依個box職員好貼心咁主動比剪刀我地分食!!咁就大家都可以每款都試到啦~ 部分肉本身已經有醬汁醃有小小似壽喜燒嘅味道,好好食啊最令人驚喜係肋眼心! 鐵皮鹽蔥厚切牛舌 $88 係menu最後果頁,差啲比我地miss咗Happy hour居然去到7點仲有優惠!又嗌多款牛舌(好中意食牛舌!)一上枱就超香好有咬口加埋鹽蔥一齊食好正多咗嘅油仲比我加埋落伴碟嘅菜度一齊燒 continue reading
