**椒鹽新鮮魷**

呢道菜亦都係餐廳嘅招牌菜之一,聽個名已經夠晒巴閉。雞肉本身的水分和滑嫩度尚算可以,發揮出水晶雞的本來風味。至於,木桶造型除咗個造型特別啲,我就未發掘到佢嘅實質用途。🤣

有時候晚上我們會去石門吃晚餐,老公帶我去了一家專門供應小菜的食店試試。我們兩個點了一份蠔餅、一份小炒王和一條筍殼魚。對於蠔餅,這是我喜歡的食物,我覺得味道不錯,特別是蠔煎得很好吃很脆。至於小炒王,它的味道很香濃,裡面還有很多蝦乾,我覺得味道非常惹味。筍殼魚是老公點的,他說這是在家裡自己做不出來的美味菜品,所以一定要點。整體來說,我覺得這家食店不錯,老闆自己都親自為顧客介紹美食及下單,有時候晚上不想做飯,這家店是我其中一個心水的選擇。

聚友小炒王$128,見到澎湃的份量,實在覺得超值!這道小炒王,用料有所不同,用芽菜代替了菜脯,有爽口感覺而不會太鹹,韭菜爽嫩無渣,香氣清新,配合大大隻的蝦乾,還有蝦米、白飯魚乾,只需用上少許蒜蓉,便已炒出一道香氣四溢的小炒王,朋友讚不絕口,說味道真的與別不同,特別愛吃有芽菜的小炒王!

有香濃美味的菜式,當然少不了飲品,如果喝酒的話當然要配啤酒,我們不喝酒,就來兩杯凍檸茶,夠地道了!想不到凍檸茶很大杯,檸檬新鮮清香,幫助消化,少甜的味道能喝出茶香更好。

總的來說,三道菜都美味又有驚喜,沒有加一服務費,比上茶樓吃飯更划算。這裡有海鮮全包宴呢!價錢三千多一席,也有半席的,挺實惠,已經想好,團年飯帶家人來一頓味覺享受吧!
