聽朋友說這間餐廳不錯,於是便相約來這裏共度晚餐。魚肉羹拆了魚肉,配上了竹笙和蔬菜,湯羹呈綠色,像一塊翡翠,賣相不錯。喝時加上了胡椒,劈了魚腥味。一口喝下去,有很多魚肉鮮嫩,竹笙爽口,形成對比,增加了口感。帶子蒸豆腐豆腐很嫩滑,想一不小心就要滑進食道似的,帶子蒸得剛剛好,很嫩,很爽口,鮮甜,加上了豆豉的醬汁,很美味。醬油雞雞肉嫩滑多汁,皮爽口,充滿了雞油香。煮這雞的醬油帶有甜味,加上酒的香氣,很好吃。

頭盤嘅鵝肝戈渣好夠甘香,扎蹄亦都好懷舊,海蜇又爽口
個燕窩鷓鴣粥一啲都無欺場,有成大羹燕窩喺度,亦好清甜
涼瓜牛肉以為平平無奇,點知好味到阿女係咁要啲牛肉同汁嚟食飯添
茶燻太爺雞皮脆肉嫩,阿女好鍾意食,不過就好似鹹咗少少
另外嘅炸蟹鉗,同我地平時去飲食開嘅完全唔同,食起上嚟仲無咁油膩,仲可以食埋個伴菜蘋果沙律中和返添

八月花,其實就是貴價版美心酒樓,故菜式上有美心的影子。到訪當天剛巧是父親節,故只能點父親節菜單或套餐,我們還是選擇在父親節菜單內選擇單點。麻醬羅馬生菜,是一道沙拉,重點靈魂就是醬汁,味道有似像日式芝麻醬,個人挺喜歡义燒不夠鬆化,有待改進醬爆銀雪魚,收費$248,但只有5塊,感覺上有點貴,同時與洛神花黑豚肉一樣,味道偏甜黑松露鮮菌玻璃蝦球,蝦球很美味,卻略嫌黑松露不足,故味道只像鮮菌炒蝦球。黑蒜豚肉燉烏雞,材料十分足,但可能因為適逢佳節,生意太好,因為燉湯的時間不足夠,所以湯味尚欠火侯。八月花勝在位置,在朗豪坊內,味道不用太突出,也會大排長龍,所以在香港經營飲食,位置確實非常重要。

I went there for lunch in early May. I placed my order to one of the staff. After I waited for about 45mins since I placed my order, they told me that they lost my order form. I was so mad! Besides, the staffs were tended to ignore my request many times to refill the hot water for my teapots even I raised my hand to draw their attention. After I raised for a few time, there was a staff refill my teapots but with her black face on! What a poor and unprofessional hospitality service was provided b

生日飯又係我揀嘢食嘅時候
近排愛上左食中菜,又有圓枱,可以同班朋友圍住食
恒生信用卡可以係美心集團旗下嘅餐廳食野有折扣,真係好抵呀
