Holly Brown (Closed)

筆者對咖啡一向有興趣, 當然我不是陳豪, 但也有一定的了解; 其他跟Holly Brown同類型的咖啡專門店其出品水準不太平穩, 其一間間中都有拉花, 其他兩間不曾見, 單以咖啡味計, 其咖啡不覺有酸味, 咖啡味香濃醇厚, 是筆者喜歡的風格, 咖啡師也比較用心的打奶, 奶味及咖啡味平衡, 以Latte 來說非常不俗, 當然一分錢一分貨, 其價格也比其他咖啡專門店貴約10%, 儘管如此, 咖啡的口感, 香氣及濃郁度都滿意是最重要。

十二月二十三日 (星期一)聖誕假期前夕的星期一，沒有Blue Monday，只有Holiday Mood 是日Suyi突然比之前大食(雖然之前也不是細食)，早上吃過豐富早餐，中午又吃過蛇王芳，還是喊着肚餓看完午餐，回公司的路程上，見到Holly Brown雪糕怪嚷著要吃一杯才肯罷休！上次吃個藍色的呍呢嗱，夠搶眼又美味今次反而想吃牛奶味因為上次吃過也不錯，就點了個有牛奶味的炒雪糕Minie Mo普通與大杯只差四元，胃口大的我倆當然選大杯裝牛奶味雪糕，配以朱古力醬,朱古力碎與及至愛的Oreo香濃的牛奶味即使與香濃的朱古力醬和曲奇餅混合，味道依然鮮明值得一讚的是窩芙筒也非常香脆，整個配搭十分理想吃過大大杯的炒雪糕，終於感到飽肚，是時候上班 

I have never dined at Holly Brown before because I was not attracted to their icecreams and if I am in Central there are plenty of other options.However this branch is on the corner by the escalators, there is a small dining area inside.It appears to focus more and coffee, grab and go items such as hotdogs and sandwiches convenient for people getting some light snacks before they get on the escalator.Just for fun I had the Babyccino with marshmallows.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Babyccino with marshma
