Our menu: $418 pp exclusive of service charge, drinks etc.By the glass selection not bad. Went for a glass of Rioja Reserva.Here’s what we had.Cucumber & Fermented Vegetables Salad in Local Sweet VinegarPrawn Toast made Okonomiyaki style (ie like a thick Japanese savory pancake) with Kewpie Mayonnaise, Bull-Dog Sauce, topped with bonito flakes and shaved Cabbage. Interesting and yummy. Deep fried cubes of Tofu with Crispy Garlic, Salt & Pepper. Chicken & Cabbage Dumplings; spicy sauce on the side. In the middle: shredded cabbage with sour cream. Steamed Barramundi with Ginger, Spring Onion. Everyone loved the Soy Sauce- and requested seconds of steamed rice.Kurobuta Pork Char Siu, Honey-Glazed & Charcoal GrilledFried Broccoli with Garlic Zucchini flower fried with shredded basil. Didn’t like the overpowering pungent taste of the basil- too many and too small to isolate.
