第一次幫襯這間串燒店,這間食店雖然位於寶勒巷旺區,但是要專注一點才能找到店舖。一進入這家食店,店內裝修擺設和座椅的位置令人感覺非常舒適,很適合邊食邊聊天,今次我們坐在店內最埋的一張枱更能自成一角,暢快聊天這家店老闆非常細心,每枱會有一塊燒熱左既石板,把串燒放到石板上保持食物熱度。我們ORDER了燒新鮮脆皮白膳,燒茄子(孜然),燒紐西蘭羊架,燒芝子響鈴,菜係鹽燒芫茜及鹽燒菜心苗,也ORDER了新力黑啤及麒麟果味生啤。每種食物各有特色,新鮮白膳燒起來特別皮脆肉質彈牙,配上特別調制的醬料,口感一流,加埋杯啤酒一起,簡直是絶配,吃到停不了口吖。燒茄子(孜然)也是非一般的茄子,選用了小茄子,連茄子皮也可以一起進食。鹽燒芫茜及鹽燒菜心苗配起鹽燒也感等別香口,燒芝子響鈴也是較為特別,咬了一口後,芝士慢慢在脆脆的響鈴流出來, 這種味道配撘也覺新鮮。適蓬店鋪周年慶祝,感謝老闆特別贈送了美味新鮮的蒜蓉燒廣島生蠔。它的啤酒味道也非常特別,麒麟果味生啤帶有果味,不但容易入口而且味道非常清新,不會蓋過了燒物的味道。這家店食物有這樣的高質素, 而且價錢合理, 加上這樣舒適環境, 非常適合三五知己聊天, 必定非常滿
