To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老豆今日放假,叫左我地去飲茶。揸車去左科學院飲,飲完順便可以同姨甥女行下海皮嘛。我地4個人都無食晏晝飯,所以都叫左幾多野食。燒腩仔,上枱暖暖地,皮好脆。黑糖馬拉糕,真係無吹,黑糖味好重,糕身夠曬鬆軟,真係唔錯。蝦春卷,好多蒜蓉同蝦粒,炸得好香,呢個又係唔錯。xo炒腸粉,xo醬唔算多,但好夠味,夠曬香。飲茶緊係要嗌籠包食下架啦,叫左個麻蓉包,麻蓉夠曬沙,唔會死甜,甜得都好清新。食完出門口落大雨,海皮之旅提早完結,揸車回家。

和朋友星期日踩完單車,又找不到餐廳餐廳,到科學園看一看,見到有間酒樓很多人,就和朋友進去。環境很舒服燈光通明,地方也很乾淨,很多一家大細來吃飯。馬拉盞通菜份量很大,馬拉盞醬汁很多,通菜非常入味,如果多啲辣椒🌶️更加正,可惜朋友不吃辣。蜜桃咕嚕黑豚肉的黑臀肉肉質結實,調味出色,蜜桃配搭新穎,送飯食一流!而且無骨,易入口,外皮又脆。欖菜茄子四季豆很惹味,茄子最好吃,不過有點油膩,味道就真的很好吃。星期日仍然有特價晚餐,燉湯孖寶包括杏汁燉白肺和例牌的燒鵝$238。杏汁燉白肺滋潤湯味濃郁,杏仁味很重,一粒粒南北杏很有咬口,瘦肉和豬肺同樣軟腍!燒鵝很正宗的味道,鵝肉很嫩口,皮脂很香口。整體小菜都很好吃,難怪星期日晚上兩邊都座無虛席。

一個8人餐只需$1698,菜芥加一全免,仲要係以海鮮為主,真係o 咀及顧慮係咪有魔鬼細節。但睇過其他人食評,又無中伏feel,於是我地7條揸車入去食。 5係以為酒樓係科學園就少人幫襯,真係 full house 架。一來酒樓5係大,二來由大學站 / 沙田站入去係勁方便。若係揸車仲好,週末好多泊位,食滿 $400 就有4小時 free parking,咁就可以慢慢食及行下海濱啦。訂座時,佢話要預備食材,所以問我地係咪食海鮮餐,揀邊款,要俾訂金 (可以ATM 過數)。酒樓冷氣一點也不涷,因為酒樓係開放式,沒有玻璃包圍,所以冷氣往外滲。我地7人就叫個8人餐,因為6人餐又要加件數錢,咁不如食得豐盛d,帶定盒去打包,5好做大嘥鬼嘛。8人餐包3渣飲料,我地揀咗4罐椰子水(2罐=1渣)+1渣橙汁。椰子水係越南產品又幾好飲喎。然後就開始不停上菜,共11道(湯+餸),真係食5停。如要炒飯,可以同侍應講,就送你一小碟。坦白講,呢個價錢就5會有太高要求。平時食開海鮮餐要位位 $500 或以上,所以我都調低咗期望。哈~竟然比想像中好,份量也5少。11道湯+餸。。。比較差d係湯太咸、蟹霉霉哋、貴妃蚌蒸得老咗。。

今日天氣咁好,就去踩單車啦!踩完單車就入去科學園食晚飯。當晚入到去都成七點啦! 都幾多人呀! 第一輪已經爆滿。茶芥每位$12, 小食$12晚飯三選一好抵食又吸引, 三款都想試! 有咁多款嘅餸, 要揀有d難。蠔好大隻,一睇落就知道係美國桶蠔嚟嘅,薑蔥爆得佢非常之入味,好creamy。 鴨掌炆得好腍,尤其是啲花膠就真係好入味嘞,不過海參就爽口嘅, 菜都好淋甜。 本應我哋想食燒鵝嘅,但係燒鵝賣曬,所以轉咗食乳鴿,隻乳鴿都炸得好香脆,我最憎嗰啲乳鴿就係乾爭爭,呢一隻炸左都保留到肉汁啦! 呢個頭腩煲好多肉,d料又多,頭腩一啲腥味都冇,同埋佢有炸過先至去蚊,豆腐軟滑入味, 下面有啲菜墊住索曬啲汁啦!走嘅時候仲見到門口有好多人喺度等位。
