途經見到一間石燒肉的店子,走進店內,原來是在門口的自助機點餐的,小人覺得超似日式食堂。燒肉以外全程自助:沙律、飯、湯、醬、水、紙巾等等,無需勞人,只是過於便就,自助區擠擁不通!沙律汁小人加了柚子醋,更肆意地增添大量蒜蓉以及辣燒汁,結果是出奇的搭配!好喜歡餐廳並非提供日本餐廳獨沽一味的味噌湯,而是有誠意的日式蕃茄牛肉湯,清甜多料,眼見食客添完一碗又一碗!白飯任裝,舖以芝麻紫菜飯素,又要再加!卒之輪到肉之主角了:澳洲肉眼、亂切牛排以及厚切牛舌。肉眼250g在石板上神奇地越煎越腍,肉汁又多!亂切牛排300g是甚麼部位都有些,大部份皆不錯,但有兩件咬不爛。幸好厚切牛舌是超班的,頓時令舌尖上的美味多樣性呈現出來!牛肉控不能錯過。 continue reading

月頭一家人去咗灣仔嗰間牛極度食晚飯,一入門口就有部自動落單機,買嘢好方便。買完嘢之後,就去自助bar嗰邊攞餐前湯,沙律同埋裝飯,係任添嘅。羅宋湯唔會太酸太濃,啱我口味,沙律雖然係生菜同粟米嘅簡單配搭,但配埋個醬,又覺得好食,所以湯同埋沙律係有再添。白飯就係珍珠米,軟硬度適中。我哋點咗兩份牛肩扒,兩份西冷。牛肩扒質素好,入口腍身,very juicy!西冷上枱嘅時候已經聞到牛肉嘅香味,有咬口得嚟又唔韌。聽到石板煎牛肉嘅聲音,一人一石燒,又可以自己控制牛肉嘅成熟度。會有下次!!☺️ continue reading

每年生日都幾日都有幾餐生日飯食,今日我個好同事又再請我食飯,俾咗幾間餐廳我選擇,有選擇困難症嘅我,初頭諗住食印尼嘢,後尾我都係想食牛極嗰個鐵板厚切牛舌😂餐廳係自助形式,買咗飛之後喺座位等,職員就會捧個餐俾你,我揀咗鐵板厚切牛舌,好同事就揀咗鐵板鰻魚。而出邊嘅沙律菜係任食有胡麻汁,另外湯都係任飲,係蕃茄雜菜牛肉湯,另外珍珠飯任食有紫菜粉任加。牛舌嚟到真係好厚,熱辣辣肉質腍而鮮味,而湯足料多渣,椰菜新鮮配胡麻醬感覺清新,珍珠米鬆軟加少少紫菜粉簡直係錦上添花,冇同事嘅鰻魚亦都上場我哋交換咗一件食鰻魚都非常肥美,我飲咗兩碗湯,食咗兩個沙律同埋兩碗飯,超級大滿足😌 continue reading
