由疫情時新開張到家下, 牛極一直係我公司班肉食獸之選.一進門就會有售票機, 唔駛驚唔識用, 基本上係有職員係旁邊教你. 除左用八達通或者電子支付工具外, 連現金都得. 重識得找錢.呢度的燒肉, 包括有牛(不同部位不同價錢), 豬都有豬扒或者係豚肉. 什至雞扒或者饅魚都有. 真係愛食肉的總有一款岩你.除左主食外, 呢度的湯, 沙律同飯係自助的, 食幾多要幾多, 唔夠食重可以encore.飯可以加芝麻紫菜粉, 除此之外都有d醬料可以比你加落d肉類度.不過初開張時, 沙律除左菜外重有d蕃茄仔, 但是日就唔多覺, 唔知係比人夾晒定係無再提供.佢地的湯絕對推介, 試過有味增湯, 不過大多數都係牛肉湯. 湯味好濃, 什至幸運重可以見到牛同紅蘿蔔. 每次係度都會食到好飽.一排無黎. 今次發現重有豬扒+亂切三粒的牛, 呢個都係七十幾蚊, 好推介. 可惜我叫左先知. 下次再見. 要提一提係豬同牛本身已經好夠味. 唔駛特別再加調味, 但佢枱上都係有pepper同鹽比你. 再唔夠味都重可以落調味料.豚肉片. 呢個不過不失. 但份量是可以的. 最後一提, 牛肩肉點都有條根係度. 所以切走左就無問題, 咪都會有少少韌.

經過咗間餐廳好多次，一直都未試，因為唔係好信係灣仔區幾十蚊可以有個午市鐵板見有一日有多啲時間就去試吓啦，呢個價錢真係好吸引，幾十蚊，有時晏晝都想有啲新意，有個版燒下咁呢度就幾適合，選擇都好多啊！今次試左個雞扒，佢係自助形式，係門口八達通買飛後，就安排入座，有人送個鐵板來，飯，湯同茶就自己岀去拎，任食。依個價錢，有得燒，有茶，湯同飯任食，真係抵到爛雞扒正常雞扒啦，鍾意可以燒耐啲，晤中意可以晤燒咁耐，我覺得整體感覺非常好

This resto offers a very unique dining experience: This restaurant allowed us to take control of our own cooking, which was quite a fun and interactive experience. For me, I ordered a 270g Au Rib Eye steak.The steak itself was of the highest quality, with a beautiful marbling of fat throughout, ensuring a juicy and succulent texture. The meat was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt and pepper, and the aroma of the steak was truly irresistible.As we cooked the steak to our desired degree of doneness, the sizzling sounds and mouth-watering smells filled the air, making our anticipation grow even stronger. It was like being a chef in our own kitchen, but with the added bonus of being able to enjoy the ambiance of a restaurant.Once the steak was cooked to perfection, we sliced into it and were greeted with a tender and juicy center that melted in our mouths. The flavor was rich and robust, with a nice char on the outside that added a smoky and slightly crispy texture.Overall, the experience of cooking our own 270g Au Rib Eye steak was both exciting and delicious. The quality of the meat was top-notch, and being able to cook it to our own liking made it even more special.
