上星期去吃了這家一直很出名的串燒店,這家店是少有收藏在我的收藏夾內的串燒店。今天是星期一的晚上,而且下雨,但是七時以後,店舖內基本上是八成坐滿,慶幸自己有早些到達。店員看我們介紹今天的海鮮,蟶子和扇貝都十分新鮮剛到貨,所以我們各點了一隻。蟶子皇十分大隻,肉質非常彈牙,加上切細了的金菇和蒜蓉,點綴了整隻聖子的味道。扇貝肉厚多汁,上枱的時候扇貝的海水汁多到滿瀉,我們要用匙羹先喝去部份扇貝的汁,這隻扇貝出乎意料地大隻,中間的帶子肉十分飽滿,而且鮮甜,旁邊的帶子裙邊和肝臟也可以吃,燒起來仍然帶着點點鹹香的海水味道,值得一試。鹽燒大眼雞是我們最期待的,大眼雞出去吃一般不算便宜,這條大眼雞今天新鮮到貨,吃得出肉嫩多汁,最特別是他們把大眼雞的皮起了來,獨立地燒,這兩塊魚皮咬起來,脆口加上小小的鹹香味道, 十分適合配酒。安格斯牛肋串和牛舌心,牛味很濃郁,燒起上來不會乾身,能夠保持住牛肉的肉汁,尤其是牛舌心好吃的程度,簡直是可以再叫多一串,牛舌十分彈牙多肉,在嘴內咀嚼10多下仍然感覺到牛舌的肉質很嫩。吃完這一頓串燒,我終於知道這間店舖長期滿座的原因了,感覺我們很快又會再來吃。
