長途跋涉帶埋狗仔走到中環理髮,搞掂!想係附近搵間人狗共餐食肆急急來個速食晚餐,誰知只有陳泗記。什麼大排檔那麼巴閉,那麼囂張,態度惡劣,不可一世!得您一間有野食咩,氣匆匆離開。花點時間兜來兜去,已經行到大汗淋漓全身發滾。幸運地遇上蘭桂坊地舖美容店兩位靚女們指點迷津,泰菜酒吧就係山上。返上山轉入橫巷即有位皮膚黝黑外藉後生仔用流利廣東話接待,推介埃及菜?不是泰菜嗎?原來係隔離。起初經理示意要搭檯,但我有隻狗仔喎,怕騷擾到其他食客,最後帶到最入梳化位,感激不盡。雖然食物不怎麼出類拔萃,最出色最好食係串燒。服務周到,各職員都十分友善。坐得舒服,食得開心,只係環境環生需要改善一下。泰式生蝦,魚醬汁太淡,不夠酸不夠辣,幸好蝦爽濕潤又新鮮,合格。豬肉生菜包,強酸而嚐不到半點香辣,味道平平無奇的炒肉鬆,白雪雪無加色。生菜極爽嫩,清涼多水又帶甜。挽回少許分數。沙嗲串燒,即叫即燒,新鮮出爐端上。勁好食串燒豬,豬比雞更好食,彈滑嫩而味濃,肉汁處處,雞就過熟太乾鞋。椰味強強沙嗲醬,甜甜的也不過不失。創意食洗生菜包豬包雞再淋上甜沙嗲醬,好味道噃。椒鹽鮮魷,不鬆化不香口,腍腍的炸粉,油膩味重。雪藏魷偏腍,不爽脆不彈牙,配喼汁好過泰式雞醬,好開胃點,點減輕膩滯感覺。紅磡街市文記更加好食,稻香都比她還好。蝦醬通菜,非常普通,烚菜再兜蝦醬,鑊氣強差人意。質地微爽帶韌,味道還可以。 continue reading

台灣朋友又黎香港做野當然又要諗4周圍邊度有好野食今次揀左蘭桂芳 因為有得飲野食水煙坐低叫返杯strawberry daiquiri 酒味較濃 肥妹比較鐘意淡少嘅反而係朋友仔嘅菠蘿水好有驚喜 好好飲 炭燒豬頸肉燒得火候不錯 配上泰國酸辣汁 非常醒胃但豬頸肉可以再加一點點脂肪 入口會更嫩滑菠蘿炒飯 飯粒炒得乾身 配上清甜菠蘿肉味道比較清淡 但配上其他較濃味食物 可以中和口味泰式燒魷魚配上酸酸甜甜嘅泰式辣汁魷魚爽口彈牙 無腥味 但可以留意火候 略為過左火候馬拉盞炒通菜個菜本身唔錯 不過馬拉盞比較濃味建議配飯享用黃金蝦呢個係我最鐘意嘅餸大蝦炸至脆身 上面沾滿左咸蛋黃 十分惹味而且好多蝦膏 個個都食到停唔到口烤香蕉餅熱辣辣 即刻整完就上菜加熱左嘅香蕉軟綿綿 好食可以參考泰國當地做法 加煉奶砂糖可能會更別有一番風味 continue reading

琪琪早前因左機票去泰國,但因為炸彈而要改機票去台灣!雖然同一班朋友去邊都冇所謂!但我已經上網搵哂所有泰國道地野食!冇得去泰國食野真係勁唔開心,不過好彩比琪琪搵到一間正宗泰國菜!一去到勁口渴,緊係叫番杯泰國咸零七喜飲下先啦!呢杯咸零七喜唔同平時係香港泰國菜餐廳味道,佢用正宗泰國咸檸檬,勁有泰國風格!首先黎碗冬陰公湯刺激我嘅味覺下先!呢碗冬陰公湯酸辣濃度剛好,而且仲係真材實料,但一定要趁熱飲先好飲,如果凍左就冇咁好飲!輪到頭盤喇,去泰國餐館必食嘅青芒果沙律勁足料,但有少少辣,酸味味,好野味!唔講唔知佢以為係木瓜絲,因為青芒果係冇香港嘅芒果味,唔食芒果嘅朋友都可以一試!三色串燒沙爹燒到肉汁剛好,唔會好乾,仲有肉汁沁出來,配埋個醬汁味道更出色!呢道原隻秘制魷魚凍食係值得一試嘅!因為食咁多味菜最特別,佢有2種醬汁比你,我地呢d香港人緊係要試Wasabi配豉油先啦,勁新鮮!可以食到魷魚嘅海鮮味!到泰國醬,眼睇以為鮮魷魚係一定要配Wasabi 先啱!但原來唔係佢呢知園醬有少少辣,但可以帶出魷魚更加鮮甜嘅味道出來!估佢唔到一條平平無奇嘅魷魚可以做到咁出色!青咖喱海龍皇配油鬆餅呢個青咖喱對於琪琪黎講係有d甜嘅!因為我叫咩都要少甜或走甜!但朋友話唔甜,所以我都係覺得因人而異。如果就咁食青咖喱d肉會比較油膩,但配上鬆餅味道剛好不油不膩!而且鬆餅燒到火候剛好,食完不會飽滿的感覺!我留肚緊係有原因啦!甜品時間緊要食泰國最出名嘅椰子西米糕啦!佢有好重嘅椰子味仲有好多西米係入面,令到咬口更出椰膏仲入口即溶,勁足料!論到我最期待嘅香芒椰子糯米飯喇!我為左佢先去食泰國野架!糯米飯是軟綿綿的,因為佢係剛剛做出來,不是做左放在雪櫃裹的!但唔知係咪芒果唔當造呢?芒果是酸酸的,但其他都配合得好好!令我有點失望!唔得我下次一定會返黎食佢!泰國。 我下一次都會再黎食,因為地點勁方便,而且食物質素又似泰國,又唔係好貴!所以我會再搵朋友黎食架!鴻運泰國美食地址 : 中環蘭桂坊榮華里13號電話 : 2877 2971 continue reading
