To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間係度開咗好多年,平日lunch 都多人食,但呀爸呀媽話想食下晚市就試下啦。雖然茶位同小菜幾貴下,但晚市四人餐算平,同埋嗰日唔知點解無啦啦有9折,人均$120左右就埋到單~====歡樂四人餐 $550====有齊 3餸 x 1 湯 x 1 飯:金湯蟹肉素翅、咕嚕猴頭菇、xo醬西芹百合炒花枝、五柳仙班、燒汁金菇素魚煲、黑松露什錦炒飯。👍🏻最鍾意1) 素魚煲,色澤好似魚,咬落都有煎香咗的魚絲感覺2) 猴頭菇意外地似咕嚕肉,外脆內juicy3) 花枝有魷魚味,食落都算彈牙😬正常發揮1) 素翅同蟹柳OK,南瓜湯底幾鮮甜2) 炒飯好有鑊氣,不過就無咩黑松露味啦👎🏻啲飯同湯就好大碗,但仿素食份量偏少,可能因為成本較高👎🏻茶位每人收$10,仲有好細碟蘿蔔絲就咁收咗$12#香港素食 continue reading

平時食肉食得多,間唔中都去食下素食都幾好,呢間係西灣河屹立咗好耐,份量多且好有創意🟢金膳滷味拼盤 $75佢既拼盤當然冇得輸,有甜酸、咖哩、齋雞粒,堪稱鹵味三寶個菜好香口同入味,仲有蠔油齋、素叉燒、素扎肉、素腐皮卷,好脆口🟢酥炸荔卷 $75芋頭係我自愛,當然要叫呢個,炸得好香脆,入邊芋泥好香滑,皮脆內嫩🟢椒鹽淮山 $88個椒鹽調得啱啱好,加埋淮山炸得好香脆,唔會有滑潺潺嘅感覺,好爽口🟢素楊州炒飯 $62個飯炒得好乾身一粒粒,仲有好多豆類,又大碟🟢腰果露 $55呢個最有意外驚喜,腰果味好香濃同好滑,食得出係即磨合桃而唔係用粉沖,每一啖都食得出好濃郁嘅腰果香 continue reading

走進呢間有種街坊暖意嘅食店, 我點咗幾樣招牌菜試吓。先講講嗰砂鍋雲吞雞翅煲, 啲雲吞鬆化得嚟仲有蔬菜嘅清新, 竹笙同素燒雞加埋煙燻味, 咁配合到湯底變得更加惹味。冰梅醬猴頭菇就正到爆, 酸酸甜甜一啖啖都係驚喜,叫人停唔到口👅。至於焗香芋腐球飯? 咖喱味道掛住飯粒,香芋同腐球個絕配令我食指大動,椰汁白汁融合得啱啱好,不會太甜,珍珠筍仲帶點童趣,食落真係開心到彈起🍚🌟。啲菜式嘅份量都幾合理,一家大細嚟食都啱哂。當中啲菜都無咁落油,食落去唔會覺得膩口,好適合追求健康嘅我哋。啲菜味道正宗之餘,又真係有種傳統港式小店嘅地道感覺。總括嚟講,呢間店確實係為食客帶來咗一種平民價格之下嘅高質素享受。食得開心,啱晒想搵啲香港味嘅食客!👍🥢 continue reading

10月7日6:45pm左右到金膳晚飯,獲安排了一個角位的4人枱。坐下來時,發覺冷氣吹正頭,跟姨姨講完已即時調細冷氣出風。惟冷氣機風位仍吹正頭,所以跟同行屋企人說不如走,食另一間。姨姨見我們揹袋走,她即時說不用走,可以關掉這部冷氣機,不會吹向頭。我當時的反應是感謝,因為相信其他食肆,不會因為2位客人怕凍而關掉冷氣,免卻其他食客怕熱投訴。結果,我們感謝地說了一句唔該晒,姨姨同步校大另一部冷氣機,確保同區食客不會熱。100分的服務,令我們有點受寵若驚。我們點了佛海蒲團(腐皮包住羅漢齋配髮菜及菜芯拌碟)及雪菜茄子炆米,調味恰到好處,亦可食出每種食材味道。最加分是上菜快、溫度夠,而且我們坐的位置,掛了一幅印章版心經,我覺得很特別。多謝老闆及各位姨姨~下次再幫襯。 continue reading

西灣河的素食選擇並不多,金膳是附近唯一的傳統齋舖,今次終於可以一嘗。下午2點左右去到,食客不多,店內有一些書法、畫作佈置,讓人感到舒服而又寧靜。門口也有一些可供外賣的齋菜、齋滷味之類。午市有客飯套餐,送一碗足料例湯。這次吃了這個「黑椒燒汁薯仔酥雞」,是薯仔加上素雞、椰菜等的配搭,有少許熱氣。份量很大,一個人勉強才吃得下。味道來說,不算很辣,以少許辛香味為主,十分惹味,送飯不錯~賣相算是合格以上啦。晚上還有一些小菜,款式好像也有點吸引,或許以後再試試。整體來說,這間素食的質素算是中上,價錢合理,環境舒適,份量略嫌多了少許,若浪費就不好了。 continue reading
