見食評好多讚好口碑及宣傳單張上有星期一至日的晚市優恵定食套餐,誰不知卻連環中伏!中伏一: 晚市優惠定食套餐假日沒供應,就算星期五晚屬假日,為何宣傳單張寫明星期一至日供應?有違商品說明!中伏二:點了干炒牛河及豬頸肉撈檬,干炒牛河牛肉得幾片, 而且牛肉完全冇牛味,撈檬和牛河份量亦偏少,價錢亦偏貴。中伏三:餐廳面積正常,擺位卻很擠迫,枱與枱相隔只有4吋左右,坐埋邊位很難進入,走廊通道亦很窄,員工服務態度更是飲食業致命傷, 原先以為幸運地安排2人坐4人卡位,當我們2人點了餐後,立即無說因由要求我們2人轉2人枱,見餐廳開始多客,亦準備讓出4人卡位,此時才聽到侍應叫4位到我們的4人卡位,稍後我們再留意先前的4人卡位,由始至终都是另外2人坐,不是4位,大家說這是甚麼原因,不是先坐先得?

最近我去咗一間泰國餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅咖喱牛腩飯、烤豬頸肉飯、小菜同甜品。整體嚟講,呢次嘅用餐體驗有好有壞。咖喱牛腩飯方面,咖喱汁比較稀,但味道依然唔錯,牛腩煮得入味。烤豬頸肉飯方面,豬頸肉上面有啲汁,另外仲有一兜專門俾人點豬頸肉食嘅醬汁。不過,我自己比較鍾意豬頸肉燒燶啲同冇汁嘅食法,所以呢個菜式對我嚟講未算完美。小菜方面,我叫咗生菜包同炒通菜。兩樣都非常出色,特別係生菜包,清新爽口啲肉碎果都多層次,食完一塊生菜再食再食,最後清埋碟。不過,生牛肉湯河就比較失望。牛肉非常之肥,似係比較次級嘅肥牛,影響咗整體嘅口感。最後,我點咗椰汁西米露糕作為甜品,味道還好,但冇乜特別驚喜。總括而言,呢間泰國餐廳有啲菜式表現出色,但亦有啲地方可以改進。特別推薦生菜包,係值得一試。

慕名而來,有d失望。食物偏甜(可能這才是正宗泰國口味?),綠咖喱唔香,雞肉還有冰凍生腥味,炒通菜也普普。可能我吃辣,所以不覺得菜品有辣味。不會再幫趁。本來想試埋椰青,還是算了。下午茶時段基本無人,隔離檯哥哥貌似也剩下半杯飲料沒喝完,估計也是太甜。我點的附餐飲料冰檸檬水,是我這輩子喝過唯一一杯甜的!裝修衛生一般,不過不失。

同朋友約咗去金屋泰菜館食飯。金屋泰菜館環境優雅,成日都好多人幫襯。我哋早早訂咗枱,好彩唔使等位。我哋叫咗兩個招牌菜,其中一樣就係芒果糯米飯。芒果糯米飯係泰國嘅經典甜品,幾乎去到任何一間泰國餐廳都食到。但金屋泰菜館嘅芒果糯米飯真係特別好食!芒果糯米飯一上枱,就見到金黃色嘅芒果糯米飯,上面鋪滿咗一層鮮甜嘅芒果肉。芒果肉好鮮甜,仲好juicy,食落啖啖肉。糯米飯煮得好腍,好有咬口,仲有陣陣椰奶嘅香味。我哋三兩下就食晒成碗芒果糯米飯,真係意猶未盡!另一道招牌菜就係泰式鹵水豬手。泰式鹵水豬手同廣東鹵水豬手唔同,佢係用泰式香料滷製而成,所以有陣陣嘅香茅、咖喱等香料味。豬手嘅皮好爽脆,肉質又好腍,食落好入味。鹵水汁好濃郁,鹹甜得宜,配埋豬手食,真係一流!叫咗碗白飯,用來就住鹵水汁食,真係好正!
