- 乳鴿應該好老,骨頭硬到離譜,肉質又鞋又實(睇相就知道),毫無鴿味。如果同沙田龍X比輸幾十條街。

-其實就系煎糯米三文治,個面有雞蛋都算煎得幾香,但個餡料真系食吾到系乜,只見到一粒粒好似肉的物體,汁又無味。

核桃流沙包(大32)1分
-個餡比較實,流吾流就大家睇相啦,我就試過反轉都吾跌D餡落來啦!哩D而家真系任何一家都做得好,起碼有個樣啊!核桃又”林”又無味

炸雲吞(中29)1分
- 睇個樣都炸到黑曬,上檯就睇到一隻已經爆皮,反轉睇三隻雲吞有兩隻都跌左隻蝦出來,手工,炸工,同對客人的重視,都可以睇得出啦。食落感覺有油益味,最大鑊 睇到蝶低果pat油,唉!

拆肉泥鯭粥($48)5分
-哩個系唯一一個做得最好,有果皮香,有泥鯭味,仲幾多魚肉,粥低都幾滑。

我要求她放D水落冰桶。她完全沒有回應,一手拿個桶去茶水房。我個位對到正,見到佢將 冰桶放在幾排茶壺下便的一個水龍頭,見佢想扭開水龍頭,當時心裹一寒,叫她唔好放熱水落冰桶,佢大聲話是凍水。

之後馬上攞番個冰桶,揼落茶几。好誨氣話咪當佢係白痴。我話我真係唔認識佢。

話口未完,兩碟小菜,四盅豬肺湯、兩隻乳鴿己放在檯上。

見上菜咁快,我哋要求佢哋可唔可以稍為停一停,一樣接一樣 ,等我哋食完先至再來其他餸菜。上菜的女伙記,竟然話 你哋 食套餐喎。我哋呆咗。

咁我問佢哋,食套餐係咪要「喳喳林」食晒走。我哋話咁樣食會好辛苦啊。而且又細味唔到食物的美味。

咁佢哋先至話走去問吓,可唔可以放慢腳步上菜。

食完個套餐,唯一可取嘅係 佢哋嘅乳鴿皮脆肉滑保持水準。

但係最可惜,豬肺湯火候不足。生炒骨骨多冇肉,蝦子柚皮沒有蝦子的咸香。

最後埋單最令人詫異,收費的模式可能違反商品條例。

情況如下。

埋單的 加一小費的金額,係以原價$1430+ 開瓶費 $100 +茶錢 $15x4 +前菜$18 為基準。即加-服務費為 $160。

我哋只係食咗個半價套餐+開瓶費$100。埋單$1025。

楓林小館,此店以前在大圍響噹噹,但現在名大於實,菜式無以前大圍舊舖的水準,首先講招牌乳鴿,夠熱但太鹹,價錢亦唔平,非物超所值,招牌抄麵真係好一般,睇唔到如何作打上名堂,抄蟶子又一般,仲差过大排檔,點攪呀,好失望!

見到荃灣新開的楓林小館,又有好抵的套餐,即刻試!咁抵的餐都唔可以要求太高。冬瓜湯有少少魚翅,夠熱,ok 啦!招牌乳鴿,冇得輸啦!虎蝦唔算大隻。味道ok深海魚塊,即係粟米魚塊分開上,呢個幾好食。仲可以粟米汁撈飯泥猛粥,好大煲,好食芒果布甸上面加左少少燕窩,重點係燕窩總結:抵食,值得一試,會再來食!

第一次去點左三個菜:薑蔥魚頭煲,蓮藕肉餅同埋豉油皇炒麵。薑蔥魚頭煲上菜時仲熱到出煙先加分,味鮮香而不鹹不膩,食完無口渴。蓮藕肉餅肉略多,可以調高蓮藕比例,外脆內有汁口感好。炒麵香口,麵用最幼比較好控制但個人比較喜歡粗身。整體調味能做到香而不鹹不油膩,做出粵菜應有風範。

位於大圍的楓林小館是香港著名的老牌酒家,有逾70年歷史,結業前曾受名人 (比如名伶白雪仙、胡楓、謝賢、譚詠麟等人)追捧。後來老闆再另覓店址重開,最近的荃灣新店於5月中開業,裝潢比老店舒適寬敞,走的是懷舊風,服務人員態度友善。由於是晚上去用膳,因此主要是吃小菜為主,紅燒乳鴿可說是他們必點的招牌菜式,外皮炸至紅通通的亮澤色彩,再澆上熱油,令人食指大動。龍躉球魚湯泡飯也是這裡的特色,鮮嫩的魚肉和泡飯,再配上脆米,口感特別,鮮香味美,份量也足!至於帶著梅子味的欖角冰梅骨和懷舊經典的香煎荷塘蓮藕餅做的也很精彩,兩道菜油膩感覺不重,味道恰到好處,整體食物水準十分滿意😋
