最近睇飲食節目介紹過煲仔飯,今日就去試吓。餐廳環境乾淨企理,坐得舒適。🔸廣式臘味煲仔飯上枱時,店員加入芫荽、葱花和豉油。臘肉鹹香味濃,臘腸瘦得黎有少許肥肉,口感較硬帶酒香,鴨肉肉質有嚼勁,味道鹹淡適中,油分豐富。米飯吸咗臘味的油分,飯焦脆口,配上芫荽、葱花和豉油很美味。🔸家鄉炆麻鴨飯鴨肉質地嫩滑,除咗麻辣油很香外,仲有啲辣味。薯仔粉嫰可口,鴨肉和薯仔都超入味。食咗煲仔飯已經食唔落白飯,如果唔係,一定會叫多碗白飯送鴨肉。🔸娃娃菜娃娃菜的湯係雞湯,配上瑤柱、蝦米、蒜片,味道鹹香,娃娃菜腍甜。 continue reading
