The main I  chose was the duck ravioli with smoked potato ($98). The potato was actually a puree and really didn't taste smokey. The ravioli was good yet some inconsistent. The duck meat was more of a mince and had a mix of shitake mushrooms mixed in it. Some of the ravioli was a bit underdone as the skin was too thick. But then some of the skin was thin like a wonton and just right.

The dessert was a sponge cake soaked in syrup with a yuzu sorbet and meringue crisp. The meringue crisp was chewy and not crispy at all. The yuzu sorbet was great palate cleanser. The sponge cake was sweet but not too sweet.

The food was quite good with a few problems. But overall was delicious enough. It was also quite filling even if it looked small. The only thing was the service. How bored were the people working there? Did they even care that they are working? No smile. No thank you. Just a plomping down of my food without a word. From ordering to even asking for the bill, I got nothing but a grunt. I think I get more thanks at a cha chan teng than this place. No wonder it's deathly quiet here when elsewhere lunch is busy.

I ordered the Duck Ravioli with Smoked Potato Mashes ($98). The texture of the ravioli is quite nice, with a good bite on the dough. However, the size is pretty big and not very good-looking. The fillings are a bit bland in taste, but fortunately the chopped mushroom and mashed potato complemented the overall flavors and giving a great contrast on texture to the ravioli. Considering this is a dessert shop, I would say they did a decent job for this dish.

Then we ordered the dessert, where I decided to try the Pineapple Bun with Icy Treat Sandwich ($68). Taking the concept of local cafe, the pineapple bun is home-made, and there is a pineapple sorbet and custard cream in-between, tailored to the trend of less sweet. The bun is light and reminded me more of a puff instead and overall it is an interesting idea, though I cannot say it is very tasty.

My wife had the Almond Tofu Milk ($68), with home-made tofu, hawthorn, strawberry compote and hawthorn sorbet. Beautifully rendered, it is also not too sweet and probably would be a better choice than the pineapple bun.

The service is decent, with the staff attentive and friendly, and so overall the dining experience is quite nice. The bill was $365 and I would say is a bit on the high side, but I applaud the restaurant for making true effort in preparing the food and dessert.

飯後和友人想吃點甜品,想到要在銅鑼灣找個坐得舒適的地方吃個甜品真的不易,突然想起位於Fashion Walk內的Eat Darling Eat. 之前見朋友post的相片,美美的但癲覆傳統的甜品,一早就心動。我點的是紫薯糖水,朋友點的是木瓜雪耳。沒想到新派甜品竟可這麼有玩味,先把糖水倒入碟內,前者配搭紫薯雪糕,後者配搭芝士軟餅來吃,味道很特別,又有視覺享受。其實食得傳統糖水多,偶然食下創新甜品也是不錯的選擇啊!

The sweet potato dessert not only looked like a work of art, it was also delicious! We got to pour the sweet potato soup onto the plate, and the sweet potato cake on the bottom soaked up some of it. The ginger-flavored meringue in the middle, homemade taro ice cream on top, and melon cubes on the side added unique flavors to each bite, making it very unforgettable!

The stuffed tofu puffs had cream cheese inside, topped with sweet hoisin sauce (usually used for peking duck) and herbs for more flavor. The sauce was quite strong, so I wasn’t able to really taste the cream cheese inside, but the texture of the crispy tofu was really nice.

The crunchy garlic on top of the grilled beef cubes added texture to the dish, and the meat tasted richer when dipped into the mayo sauce on the side. The ravioli was freshly handmade by the chefs and the duck inside was quite tender.
