同朋友行過銅鑼灣Fashion walk ! 見到呢間餐廳個名真係好特別啊,叫"親愛吃",就決定入去試試啦果然,裏面嘅裝修,餐廳嘅設計都好舒服好適合同friend一齊嚟食再睇睇Menu,上面食物嘅名稱都好特別啊,有小食,主菜,望見個個名都好想叫來試試!! 我叫咗呢個係避風塘雞翼,香趣好味! 早排係社交平台都有見到佢地嘅菠蘿包已經好想食,今次一行就衝住菠蘿包而去。另外仲點左其他特色菜同飲品試一試~第一道已經十分有特色—炸蠔豉香菇春卷,蘸上陳醋中和返油膩感!香口嘅仲可以揀橋底辣雞翼,用上炸蒜及香料去炮製,好過癮!仲點左Nachos,望落以為好油膩,但食落嘅香脆已經蓋過膩感,仲讓人一口接一口咁食~鐘意羅勒醬嘅可以點呢個羅勒醬蘑菇親愛做芫茜寬條面,每條麵都有滿滿嘅汁醬,十分濃郁!而我就喜歡呢個用蕃茄濃汁為主調嘅親愛做豚肉意大利雲吞,雲吞剛好係一口size,好方便又吸滿濃汁。甜品都有好多選擇,大家都1516所以就揀左兩個一齊分享。其中一個當然係我未嚟之前已經十分想試嘅雪葩菠蘿包。雪葩口味係菠蘿味,相當refreshing,加埋吉士配上外皮脆脆嘅菠蘿包又幾match~另外一個係木瓜雪耳糖水,佢地嘅presentation都好特別同埋有趣,除左燉木瓜之外,有部分木瓜仲演變成脆片。另有糖水可以倒上一併食!好滿足嘅一餐~係視覺及味覺衝擊啊! continue reading

同朋友去銅鑼灣睇戲再食晚餐,發現呢間粉紅少女心的親愛吃,一於入去試下!親愛做鴨肉意大利雲吞(煙燻忌廉薯蓉)$98意大利雲吞口感creamy,鴨肉好惹味又唔會騷,薯蓉煙燻過後非常入味!卡邦尼親愛做扁意粉 $98卡邦尼意粉看似普遍,但其實是百吃不厭的味道!忌廉汁非常滑溜,口感一流!烤椰菜豆腐雜果仁沙律(芝麻薑汁)$68非常特別的沙律,捨棄常見的沙律菜,以椰菜和豆腐為主打,色彩豐富,沙律醬汁也選用少見的芝麻薑汁,配搭新奇又美味!酥炸豆卜釀香草芝士 $58冇諗過平凡的豆卜都可以玩fusion,配上香草芝士覺得非常特別!雪葩菠蘿包$65成日食冇菠蘿嘅菠蘿包,今次終於食到有菠蘿架喇!新鮮即做菠蘿包非常鬆軟,菠蘿雪葩食落透心涼,加上吉士更加甜到入心,正!勁靚又香甜的蜜桃雪葩😍飲品選擇非常多,常見茶飲、汽水都應有盡有。但難得來到,都想揀返餐廳特色飲品,今次有四個人,可以試哂四款—番石榴檸檬特飲番石榴、檸檬加上菠蘿汁,酸酸甜甜夠哂fresh! —甜心由血橙、柚子調配的檸檬特飲,味道似平時飲的cocktail,飲落有熟悉感。—土炮多多益力多加綠茶,有益又清新!—親愛冰果茶新鮮果汁加上紅茶底,味道香醇清甜。 continue reading

早前經朋友的介紹來吃一頓"藝術品",經過多月的疲累生活,每每想起能吃的"藝術品",竟可以為我打起精神來。來看看令我驚嘆的"藝術品"吧:酥炸豆卜釀香草芝士 豆卜釀鯪魚肉吃得多,釀香草芝士卻是另番美味,香脆口感下是軟滑質地的芝士,焦香惹味,送cocktail是無敵!炸蠔豉香菇春卷配陳醋 脆卜卜的春卷裏裹着蠔豉粒、香菇粒,金香的蠔豉較搶味,怎麼好像矜貴多了!咕嚕肉脆脆有吃錦鹵雲吞的feel但是她是咕嚕肉,一口酸甜肉球,一口雲吞脆皮,味道適宜卻帶出有衝突的口感。木瓜雪耳糖水固體版的木瓜雪耳糖水,把糖水的精華與軟芝士結合,形成主體的慕絲,配搭糖漬木瓜片、軟滑雪耳,最後淋上木瓜雪耳糖漿,實在清甜滋潤!四川花椒焦糖煙肉雪冰 帶有花椒香辣味的雪糕,奶味不重,辣味也是剛好,搭配糖漬煙肉,肯定是超過人類想像的雪糕了! continue reading
