Wifey & I were in the mood to explore for something different, so we ventured out to Tai Hang to see what local places we could find to try. We settled on @hkdough when we walked past and saw “Hand made pasta” - that got us hooked 👌🏻.It’s a cozy environment with a small amount of seating & an open kitchen. We opted for a Parma Ham & Fig salad, Tiger Prawn & Sakura Shrimp Tagliatelle, Iced Lemon Tea & Peroni (can’t not have an Italian beer in an Italian restaurant right 😜).The pasta was delicious, very flavoursome with those prawns & the tagliatelle was bouncy without being too firm.
