大坑老网红了,店如其名,手工意面和薄底披萨是主打,很早就种草了人气最高的海胆意面。·但去过之后就是说,对网红店的滤镜再次粉碎了。招牌菜都做得很普,其他菜也不用尝试了,全场吃下来就没一个印象深刻的。·【北海道鱿鱼配莎莎】鱿鱼紧韧弹牙,但调味莫名其妙,所谓的莎莎,一部分用的是水果罐头,能走心点吗?·【无花果布里芝士沙律】甜美的无花果和浓咸的芝士很难不搭,两种芝士和无花果份量和品质都还可以,但Brie切得太大块啦。·【海胆意粉】意面嚼劲不错,酱汁浓稠鲜甜,看上去很诱人,但就是这俩各管各的,并不入味,被Felino同款甩出几条街。·【大啡菇橄榄鳀鱼墨鱼汁披萨】浅尝了一下这款“黑暗系”披萨,调味还是蛮正常的,但肯定算不上出色。芝士不多,因此拉丝效果一般,饼边也挺薄的,吃完既不腻也不撑是最大优点。·【开心果提拉米苏】唯一一款甜品,因此还小期待了下,但没想到端上桌时被难以描述的造型硬控30秒,这质地也太稀垮了吧?·好在味道还不错,Mascarpone细腻顺滑,蛋糕体湿润美好。没有咖啡也没有酒,开心果味再浓郁点就更好了。·环境略破旧并且很逼仄,服务一般般,水也要收费。座位不多,人气又高,所以walk in基本吃不上,但完全不值得啊好吗。 continue reading

估唔到而家大坑開咗好多coffee shop同新嘅餐廳,難得慶祝朋友生日,就試吓呢間主打手工意粉嘅餐廳。由於今日係星期日,一早打電話訂位同埋講明order個甜品會寫生日wording。唔知係咪星期日嘅關係,lunch都分咗兩輪,12:30-14:00,14:30-16:00,我就選咗12:30呢一輪,當日準時到達,已經見到有兩個客人喺門口等緊,入到去原來餐廳座位都好少唔算多好彩有訂枱,我哋係三大兩小,不過唔知係咪天氣太熱嘅關係同坐近窗邊冷氣感覺唔係太夠。✨海膽意粉我食落味道甜甜地,但朋友老公都煮開西餐,佢話應該落啲蛋黃落得太多反而掩蓋咗海膽嘅味道,我就以為係海膽嘅甜味🤣🤣我朋友就話你諗多咗啦,你就想啦俾咁多海膽你咩🤣✨白酒蒜片煮紐西蘭鑽石蜆係見到隔籬枱叫,望落好似唔錯,嚟到啲蜆肉好肥美脹卜卜的,我同朋友都覺得好味,但朋友老公話食到有幾隻都係有沙的。✨開心果Tiramisu開心果味唔算好濃,配埋脆卜卜嘅開心果碎,十分好食。✨Yuzu Soda & Peach Jelly Soda 賣相望落唔錯,酸甜適中,夏天消暑佳品另外D jelly原來自家製,配搭桃味好飲。 continue reading
