六月初四‧熱不經不覺,這裡由隔離的酒樓分支出來,不經不覺已經幾年,見是晚來吃飯,人客也坐滿了大半食店。始終也是那一句,小西灣就像一個飲食沙漠,做得稍為似樣子,價錢又不貴的食肆,其實不愁銷路。要了兩碟涼菜,蒜泯小黃瓜及酸辣粉皮。小黃瓜是半切半拍的﹝或應該是先切後拍的﹞,拍的吃起來鬆化,切的幾塊口感當然是差不點。不過味道調得不錯的,蒜頭味香,油份也足;酸辣粉皮就很一般,得個酸味,不太吃得到辣味,而粉皮也是碎濕濕又硬硬的,吃了幾口也沒有興趣再吃;紅燒小黃魚是將兩條黃魚先走油,再用上醬油,加入蒜粒、筍片及冬菇去扣煮,吃起來味道不錯,不過魚本來肉散且帶點腥味,是魚的品質問題了;砂鍋津白是一大鍋的,津白夠腍甜,鹹肉卻沒有味道,內裡的雞肉、豬肚等材料應是整色整水的,因為那個津白湯喝起來是完全只有鹹肉味道的;小籠包皮厚厚的,酒樓的製作,也是如此;肉絲兩面黃完全是肉絲炒麵,面頭的芡汁扣得非常厚,吃得人也怕怕。問部長為何兩面黃會變了炒麵,她反問「麵不脆嗎?」脆的麵也不一定是兩面黃來的,沒好氣再談了;菜燴麵燴得夠腍,幾美味的,不過那個湯底跟砂鍋津白的是一模一樣的;最後來一個豆沙鍋餅,這個又幾正常,皮鬆軟,吃起來脆口,豆沙也香甜。埋單五百二十,不算太貴,但也不算太好。 continue reading

自從畢業之後,無再去東煌午餐!以前成日都三五成群去~雖然而家加左價,但味道仍然保持舊有水準!叫了2個午餐,蔥爆牛肉菜飯,回鍋肉菜飯,仲加左個紅油抄手同薰魚無試過薰魚!因為本人唔食魚其他味道都好好!尤其係牛肉,好林!但侍應比較少! continue reading

食過好多次...次次水準都keep 到~黎親都會叫的:1. 砂鍋雲吞雞....必食....抵食+ 好味~2. 生煎包+ 鍋貼因為自己唔太like 食煎野...so 次次都無食...但屋企人話好正~又成必食之物~3. 其他fried rice...noodles 都幾好唔錯~呢到價錢唔貴~算係街坊價~而且以同區來說....呢間算不錯的食店~ continue reading

今日爹娘都放假,原本打算去君臨飲茶,但好多人等所以就落呢間東煌酒家,reception安排我地坐一張未鋪檯布既檯,而鋪檯布既呀叔將塊布勁'樣'拍落我地塊面度,填完點心紙成半粒鍾都未有野食,出去拎碟芋頭糕食住先,又硬又唔熱又唔知點解會搭四條腸粉一塊魚餅...幾次飲完壺茶開左個蓋,剛才個呀叔見住佢幾次都望倒而唔幫我地斟水,只係漫無目的咁徘徊!最後因為等得太耐所以唔再等埋單走人。 continue reading

7月30日13:45和太座到這店開餐,要了兩個配涼菜的客飯。涼拌雞絲粉皮:燻魚:魚肉厚入味,醬汁酸甜均衡。蔥爆牛肉:用洋蔥(大蔥欠奉),梳打牛肉,幸好醬汁味好。咸肉津白:大白菜夠清甜,咸肉食出了中式火的咸香和口感,敗筆是獻汁太厚,破壞了清淡的感覺。菜飯:出奇的油膩。豆漿:算有豆味地方寬敞,燈光柔和,好舒適,不像一般上海店燈光火猛。這裡的下午茶更抵食,HK$18.-(另+10%),有湯麵、點心和豆漿。題外話:這客飯美中不足的是沒有例湯,我極懷念兒時,在詠藜園喝到的例湯- 大豆芽菜煲豬骨。 continue reading
