星期六晚上七時半,一行三人到點一龍晚膳,訂了位不用等。座位非常寬闊,完全有私人空間,也不會太嘈。坐下來後發現餐牌上比以前多了一些小菜,於是我們叫了柚子骨來嚐嚐柚子骨比想像中大件,但炸得十分鬆脆,排骨的肉亦都很入味。除了小菜,亦發現餐牌上多了炒粉麵飯!於是立時叫了我的至愛——豉油王芽菜炒麵炒麵勁好食!炒得很乾身,完全不油膩。豉油味和芽菜也很足夠,吃完大滿足來點一龍,當然也會吃精選點心:蝦醬粉絲蒸吊桶。吊桶很爽口,蝦醬的味比較清淡,反而讓人吃得出吊桶的鮮味。墊底的粉絲吸盡精華,只可惜份量少了一點。雪影叉燒包,一如既往的美味。外皮酥脆略帶甜,內裏的叉燒餡了十分多,調味也很好。原隻鮑魚雞粒酥。我相信這個是必食的精選點心吧!唯一要挑剔的地方就是體積太小了吧!黑蟹子小籠包。皮薄餡靚,只是不知道黑蟹子有什麼特別,吃下去就跟普通小籠包差不多。醬汁鳳爪。鳳爪很大隻,而且沒有平常茶樓炸得那麼燶,頗好吃。蘿蔔糕配蘿蔔。給它的名字吸引了,原來是煎蘿蔔糕配醃蘿蔔。煎蘿蔔糕不甚了了,但那醃蘿蔔卻好吃得緊!最後的甜品是燕窩蛋撻。蛋撻是牛油皮的,甜度適中,最大的驚喜是燕窩的份量極之充足!這個甜品為今晚的晚餐畫上完美的句號。 continue reading

大年初四到上址, 聞名已久但就未曾入過去, 當日試咗點心如下:鮮蝦菜苗餃 $33 食落餃皮似番蒸, 蝦多菜少, 蝦肉有鮮味嘅! 但就唔多貼題囉蛋花义燒腸粉 $50 腸粉皮上鋪上义燒再灑上切碎蛋皮,賣相突顯製作人極之欠缺想像力之取價也過高!龍蝦湯三皇餃 (即浸蝦餃) $55 龍蝦湯色淺更飲唔出龍蝦那份霸道的氣味, 而用湯浸住的蝦餃餃皮並沒有怎樣特別處理過, 所以餃皮浸後呈微微糊口不怎樣討好, 還好蝦仁是有味爽口那種, 不幸中之大幸也! “三皇餃”不明所以言!迷人小冬菇 $30 有形但無實, 菇樣可愛, 灑上可可粉證明這小東西實在唔太適合做咸點, 餡料菇碎太少不過估計加多一倍那菇味也只是渺渺!家鄉咸水角 $28 此點心犯了此類油炸糯米粉皮點心大忌, 皮厚餡少, 外皮光滑未見起金珠, 炸功認真麻麻呀!玫瑰臘腸卷 $33 臘腸卷賣弄外型, 惜尺寸太細以免16.50一件計不太划算!子薑牛肉球 $30 此球沒什麼牛肉氣味, 混入的粉比例過多, 子薑同牛肉可能會很夾但同蒸肉丸似乎無甚關係蜂巢脆金磚 $33 炸荳腐釀蝦膠是也, 荳腐炸成蜂巢狀稍為貼題惜蝦膠蝦味不足而荳腐本身是無味食材所以只是一件好脆的炸物而已!整體表現未見特出, 取價過高, 又是一間只是針對內地客的食肆! continue reading

父親節周圍無位所以到呢間食唔使等位室內環境裝修得富中式味道而且非常寬堂播好歡欣嘅背景音樂好多種類可以揀而且好特別乾炒牛河夠乾身D牛肉好入味鮑魚餃個樣精美味道就一般啦無特別呢個蝦腸一定要試!一食難忘外軟內脆蝦又爽呢個做型特別不過味道一般蘿蔔糕唔夠多蘿蔔絲口感比較散 continue reading

和屋企人到尖沙嘴行街,爸爸說想吃點心,我們便來了點一龍。裡面的裝修好中國style,餐廳裡的大燈籠十分搶眼。點心也有很多類型選擇,我們也隨便選擇了幾個比較健康的蒸點。黑蟹子小籠包皮太厚了,黑蟹子也是無味,咬下沒有肉質流出,有點失望。一吋還有一吋厚,真猜想不到潮州粉果的皮更厚!蜜汁叉燒腸不過不失,叉燒很碎味道一般。對比起其他的點心,$50蚊的腸粉真的有點昂貴。最喜出望外的就是紅棗北菇雞蒸飯!$48的蒸飯,比上面的腸粉還便宜。這個最遲才送上我們枱上,我猜這真的是剛剛蒸起的。熱辣辣的飯,雞肉十分嫩滑。因為飯和雞已很有味了,只需加一點點豉油,飯上鋪了紅棗,一甜一鹹十分夾。連爸爸也不讚很好吃,這是必點的,我們最後點了兩個! continue reading

We were here to try dim sum as dinner. It's surprise for us that they had the all-you-can-eat dim sum dinner offer. The menu covered most of the dim sum in the a la crate menu. We loved the pork dumplings in garlic and chilli sauce. The BBQ pork bun was soft and the filling was tasty. We were verge lovers and we could get the Choi sum as well. The crispy turnip puff was really delicious. The spring rolls and shrimp dumplings were made of fresh shrimps as well. We love the food here and we will definitely return for more dim sum. continue reading
