等咗男朋友好耐上星期終於book到呢間餐廳💓餐廳嘅環境都好高級,食物簡直係另人一試難忘👍🏻自己覺得好啱情侶一齊去呢到燭光晚餐🥰🥩1.2公斤美國德州USDA極佳級工骨牛扒配松露薯條、雜菜沙律及廚師特製醬汁 $1288上網見到呢個餐大受好評,賣相都非常吸引。所以我同男朋友都各自點咗呢個餐,omg..工骨牛扒牛嘅味道超濃,牛扒切完入面呈淺淺粉紅色,食落肉嫩多汁,超吸引。仲配左松露薯條、雜菜沙律一齊食,薯條好香脆,而且加左松露就更加好食啦。雜菜沙律都非常新鮮。食牛扒當然要叫多杯紅酒🍷係美食美酒配上一個咁靚嘅餐廳環境,確實係五星級嘅享受❤️。

同家人慶祝生日,一家大小去食晚飯。所有食物都好出色,特別係個truffle oil pizza同紅蝦意粉,真係好有驚喜。但可惜個老闆係極度不好客,一路都就咁點行點過,完全唔會理你就算見到你叫佢都,佢連叫啲侍應都費事。一早攞位嘅時候已經講左帶左生日蛋糕要切餅,亦都講左知道切餅費。去到切餅個陣個老闆又走埋黎黑晒面。埋單$5000都黑面,睇你幾時走。但係個老闆對住外國人就殷勤好客。所以其實佢啲招呼都好道地,真係體會到當地人嘅文化。

四重芝士黑松露手工薯糰 $188
最後一道菜就選了個人一直很想嚐試的薯糰啦!近年越來越多餐廳可以吃到薯糰(Gnocchi),是意大利的一個經典傳統美食,說的就是用薯蓉做成的丸子,平常在超級市場買到的因加入大量麵粉的緣故令口感變得彈牙;惟吃到真正手工製的咬感卻是完全相反!店家自家製的薯糰做到口感軟糯煙韌,薯仔味濃郁,由於我倆均是初嚐更會覺得咬感獨特有趣!加上掛汁力強,除薯糰的味道外還嚐到非常惹味的芝士松露醬~ 這個醬汁實在不得不提,店家以Fontina、Pecorino 、Parmesan、Gorgonzola等芝士,加入松露、迷迭香跟白汁烹調出幼滑濃稠的美味醬汁,絕對是芝士控最愛!伴以鮮刨黑松露片增加風味,建議多灑上松露芝士粉會令味道更豐富~

吃飽來一杯餐後啡作為是次進餐的終章,鮮奶咖啡就太普通不想在這裡多說;反之這杯truffleccino 黑松露咖啡想跟大家分享一下!同樣是以鮮奶咖啡作為基調,可這杯加了不少鮮刨黑松露片,浸泡過後喝一口除了嚐到奶香啡味以外、還有淡淡帶鹹香的松露香氣,非常有趣!

店家位於鄰近跑馬地的銅鑼灣地段,與最繁華的中心點相隔幾條街,但氣氛環境已經有頗大分別,是相對寧靜的感覺;加上聽說這店重新裝修後開業不久,都市感跟意式風情同時兼顧的裝潢,是來得有點別樹一幟
餐廳主打新派意大利菜式,手工意大利麵、肉品跟薄餅等也一一俱備,全部由意大利藉總廚親自設計菜單,無論是跟大班朋友或另一半到訪用餐也非常適合!要一讚店員的熱情招待,由進門安排座位、推薦美食到下單都是服務到家!而且性價比不錯,整體來說是很喜歡的!再加上店家所在地段相對市中心的熱鬧,自己會更喜歡這裡享受美食的氛圍啊~

既然餐廳主打松露,緊係要試下佢啦!Risotto比較濕潤,散發淡淡松露香味~ 面層灑上幾片松露片好吸引 (如果waiter可以黎到表演刨松露就更好喇~!) 牛肝菌份量都唔少,再加上creamy既口感令我地兩個女仔食得好飽,超滿足!
