第一次去吃覺得好新奇，很少麵店有鮮蠔配料可以選耶！來了三次，湯底都是點「招牌胡椒鹹菜湯」配料一定會選鮮蠔，因為真的很新鮮。顆顆都飽滿肥美而且給的不少。老實說我在香港沒有吃過這麼新鮮的蚵仔…其他配料不管是豬面肉或是粉腸也都很新鮮，肉很嫩，完全和那種煮過熟、很難咬的肉扯不上邊。搭配那微微辣的胡椒湯底，不用再加其他醬料就很好吃。（本身不太能吃辣）老闆娘很甜美可愛，帶有點豪氣的跟你說下次再來Btw，手打檸檬茶也很好喝推薦給大家，吃完真的還會回去吃的。 continue reading
