一向鍾意食辣,所以如果同一班都鍾意食辣嘅朋友出去食飯,一定會揀川菜。今日朋友揀嘅係一間喺太子新開嘅川菜館,據聞主廚係四川人,想試下正宗四川味。因為係一大班朋友食飯,所以叫咗好多個菜,我好開心,因為可以試好多新嘢頭嗰兩個係涼菜,一個係口水雞,另一個係涼菜四小福拼盤口水雞雞肉嫩滑得嚟又唔鞋,麻辣汁調得啱啱好,麻中帶香,辣度溫和,開胃首選!  涼菜四小福拼盤有四款涼菜,最正係個牛展,牛肉味濃,爽口又入味。 食川菜,又點可以唔點大熱嘅酸菜魚,魚片鮮滑無骨,酸菜夠酸爽,湯底濃郁,飲咗幾啖湯竟然停唔到口,不過我最鍾意嘅其實係佢入面嗰個薯粉,入味彈牙!仲有其他辣菜,川味回鍋肉、元寶紅燒肉、辣子雞、川香毛血旺,麻辣味勁正宗,食到鼻水出晒嚟都忍唔住繼續夾!朋友話唔可以淨係食辣,叫咗一啲唔辣嘅菜色松子魚魚味唔腥,外脆內軟,酸甜汁掛得均勻,松子香口,唔會太油膩,驚喜之作!啤酒鴨嘅鴨肉燜得軟淋,啤酒香完全入晒味,好惹味! 神來之筆係最後上嘅大盤花菜,食咗咁多肉,嚟返盤花菜係畫龍點睛,炒得好香蔬菜又減膩。  主食叫咗兩碗麵,好似話係呢度嘅招牌菜,私房牛肉麵同紅燒肥腸麵,不過我已經太飽,所以叫試味食咗一啖就算,最特別嘅我覺得係個麵,唔係我平時喺香港食開嘅麵質,唔知係咪四川特產?幾得意。總括來講,呢間川菜館價錢合理,份量足料,辣度可以按客人要求調整,服務態度唔錯,上菜速度夠快。一定會再encore,推薦俾鍾意挑戰麻辣嘅朋友! continue reading

哇!今次真係發現咗間寶藏川菜館!喺屋企附近,見佢新開張膽粗粗衝咗入去試~ 老闆係個好有型嘅後生仔,聽到我話食得辣,即刻拍心口話:「等我整返個正宗川味畀你!」一入口個麻婆豆腐,個椒麻香衝上腦門!毛血旺啲鴨血嫩到識跳舞,仲有那個口水雞,麻到個嘴唇係咇咇聲震,正宗到以為自己瞬移咗去成都巷仔!最正係老闆自家炒嘅辣椒油,香得嚟唔死鹹,食完成個嘴都係迴香~以後唔使山長水遠返大陸搵食啦!呢度由酸菜魚到夫妻肺片樣樣齊,仲要老闆超好傾,同你吹下水又教埋你點分四川辣椒品種。食辣友真係要mark實呢個地址,我聽日已經諗定再去encore個水煮牛肉! continue reading
