To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日中午去荃灣麗城商場裡面既chicken factory。店內冇乜顧客， 當時有兩三個職員只喺度做緊自己嘢，完全無察覺有顧客企喺收銀機前等緊落order。等左兩3分鐘，叫左個海南雞飯。打開個飯盒一睇，餸全部淨雞胸（全部好鞋又冇味道），好勉強地食完成盒飯。 忍唔住去前台反映意見，過肥肥地嘅男職員話喺可以指定部位，但就要加錢。原來唔加錢，就要忍受呢D又鞋又冇味道嘅雞胸肉，真係長知識了！從這間chicken factory 開張至今，都常常光顧可以話係熟客。但係經過今日嘅體驗，可以好失望咁係講……係時候同呢間鋪頭講拜拜

好耐之前在大食會食過Chicken Factory 的燒雞，印象之中係幾好食，原來他們的海南雞飯都做得好好。今日選咗一個$29的輕食下午茶，海南雞飯配冷泡茶，講明輕食份量當然不太多，都有四五件雞，剛剛是我喜愛的雞胸肉，好嫰滑有味還有酸蘿蔔和薑蓉。最讚就係個有味油飯，油香滿口。取餐之後飲品係自助形式領取，下午茶可免費配飲健康冷泡茶，罐裝汽水或者係低糖檸檬水，還可加錢升級飲豆漿奶茶咖啡等。選了洛神花冷泡茶，酸酸哋好醒胃。

海南雞嫩滑多汁，不乾柴，味道鮮甜😋😋油飯蓬鬆，香氣四溢，但同時保持濕潤同粘稠的口感，意外地好味😋😋另外調味料有跟秘製醬油，無論點雞/撈飯食都昇華唔少😍😍

食咗麻辣海南雞飯，真係好正呀！佢哋仲附送酸蘿蔔同湯，真係唔錯。麻辣海南雞飯嘅雞肉好滑嫩，肉質好鮮美，令人食得好開心。飯粒粒分明，配埋雞油，入口香滑。佢哋嘅麻辣醬好正，辣辣地，同雞肉一齊食真係絕配！酸蘿蔔爽脆酸甜，令人口感更豐富。湯都好好喝，濃郁香口，令人回味無窮。

This chain store is a chicken specialist restaurant. For lunch we tried the 1/4 chicken set, it’s $46 all-inclusive. There is a drink of choice. The low-sugar lemon juice was really good. The roasted chicken was big and meaty considering it’s just 1/4 of the whole spring chicken. There were four choices of sauce. I picked the porcini sauce and it was fragrant. The sides I chose included chicken oil rice and roasted vegetables. The rice was pearl grains and came in a rather small scoop. Veggies were seasoned with cumin powder and charred to perfection, very delicious.
