To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食咗麻辣海南雞飯，真係好正呀！佢哋仲附送酸蘿蔔同湯，真係唔錯。麻辣海南雞飯嘅雞肉好滑嫩，肉質好鮮美，令人食得好開心。飯粒粒分明，配埋雞油，入口香滑。佢哋嘅麻辣醬好正，辣辣地，同雞肉一齊食真係絕配！酸蘿蔔爽脆酸甜，令人口感更豐富。湯都好好喝，濃郁香口，令人回味無窮。

This chain store is a chicken specialist restaurant. For lunch we tried the 1/4 chicken set, it’s $46 all-inclusive. There is a drink of choice. The low-sugar lemon juice was really good. The roasted chicken was big and meaty considering it’s just 1/4 of the whole spring chicken. There were four choices of sauce. I picked the porcini sauce and it was fragrant. The sides I chose included chicken oil rice and roasted vegetables. The rice was pearl grains and came in a rather small scoop. Veggies were seasoned with cumin powder and charred to perfection, very delicious.

2022年12月7日夜晚去左麗城分店買左個68蚊套餐外賣加兩份薯仔，雞有半隻，比以前大份左，但撕開隻雞嗰一刻大量血水滲出， 最厚肉部分唔熟，要放入微波爐加熱兩次。因為唔肯定，食咗少少唔熟嘅肉， 希望聽日冇事。

去開探朋友、經過chicken factory 見到下午茶廣告、好似好吸引、一於嗌個tea set試吓先嗌咗海南雞飯$29、蘑菇炸雞飯$36、各包汽水一罐或茶、加$2換黑/白豆漿也可以。朋友拎了兩個餐回來、份量真係嚇得一跳、係少得驚人😂👆相片已經係兩個的份量、大食啲都完全唔會飽😅講番海南雞飯、正正常常、反而蘑菇飯味道幾好食、不過炸雞就乾身咗、好似柴皮咁、麻麻。之前食過晚餐、份量適中、還可以、估唔到下午茶份量係少的甘可憐、即是話下午茶可以不用試😔總結：建議Chicken factory 負責人可以將份量加番少少、價格加番少少、好等客人吃得開心的、將貨就價、也會影響贵公司形象架。
