第一次嚟到張公子食飯估唔到佢上樓個格局都咁氣派不凡,果然不枉公子呢個名我哋點咗佢嘅招牌將公子叉燒其實就係黑毛豬叉燒,本身黑毛豬質素已經好好,加上燒得好香,同埋有蠟燭保持溫度,令到成個菜好精緻,同埋叉燒嘅肥肉唔會因為凍而變硬,keep住軟腍腍的另外我哋亦都點咗必點嘅魅影蝦球蝦球好大舊,識落新鮮有蝦味,唔似急凍蝦嘅質素,加上酸酸甜甜嘅汁亦都好開胃,不過由於太大舊嘅關係都有少少油膩另外仲有一個招牌菜就係銅鍋魚湯石春爆桂花魚佢係將桂花魚切片,然後放入銅鍋,利用石春爆香桂花魚,桂花魚咁樣整好嫩滑,另外奶白嘅鮮魚湯亦都好有鮮味,飲完成個人暖笠笠,好正另外仲有奶油白菜,同埋甜品都好唔錯,下次諗住同屋企人嚟試埋佢嘅點心不過聽阿姐講平日飲茶都好full,建議大家去之前要book枱

估唔到佢上樓個格局都咁氣派不凡,果然不枉公子呢個名

我哋點咗佢嘅招牌將公子叉燒
其實就係黑毛豬叉燒,本身黑毛豬質素已經好好,加上燒得好香,同埋有蠟燭保持溫度,令到成個菜好精緻,同埋叉燒嘅肥肉唔會因為凍而變硬,keep住軟腍腍的

另外我哋亦都點咗必點嘅魅影蝦球
蝦球好大舊,識落新鮮有蝦味,唔似急凍蝦嘅質素,加上酸酸甜甜嘅汁亦都好開胃,不過由於太大舊嘅關係都有少少油膩

另外仲有一個招牌菜就係銅鍋魚湯石春爆桂花魚
佢係將桂花魚切片,然後放入銅鍋,利用石春爆香桂花魚,桂花魚咁樣整好嫩滑,另外奶白嘅鮮魚湯亦都好有鮮味,飲完成個人暖笠笠,好正

嚟到觀塘,想搵間舒服啲嘅中菜,朋友推介我嚟張公子試下!一入門口,就見到張公子的牌匾,很有氣勢呢~點了龍井茶,唔錯,幾香~艷影蝦球,張公子七大名菜之一~ 金黃色脹卜卜的炸蝦球😍上面淋上由芒果汁、沙律醬及蛋黃醬調製而成的醬汁,底下用檸檬片墊住,蝦球外脆內彈,蝦味濃郁、酸甜清新,好好味,必食!火焰松露野菌文昌雞,上菜時,店員會先點火燃燒著用錫紙包住的松露野菌文昌雞,待火焰熄滅後,店員將錫紙打開,香噴噴的黑松露撲鼻而來,雞肉質感結實,味道濃郁,配上野菌口感更豐富咕嚕黑豚肉,半肥瘦咕嚕黑豚肉,炸至外脆內淋,酸甜開胃,個汁調得唔錯,菠蘿香甜、無渣!鮮腐竹蕃茄浸菜苗,蕃茄湯味道濃郁,唔會太酸,配上豆味香濃的鮮腐竹及白菜仔,健康之選~星期三的晚上都幾滿座,睇嚟很受歡迎呢!
