To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去長州已經飲過一次，估唔到係中環街市都飲到，即刻叫番杯招牌莓莓角酪🍓，酸酸甜甜，仲有滿滿既果肉～但唔知幾時開始加左紫米，感覺乳酪冇之前濃郁順滑，都係鐘意之前既味道多啲🥲因為三月頭突然氣溫急降，見到有冬日限定，都買返杯蜂蜜薑奶暖胃💛 薑既味道唔會過於強烈，加上有蜂蜜嘅甜味中和，係寒冷既天氣下有暖胃養身既感覺，健康飲品👍🏻🤣

🧋乳酪飲品💛 🥡外賣 🐻#甜食控 ——————曾經喺長洲飲過，經過中環街市發現分店已經開到嚟中環啦😆，🐻🐻❄️就即興叫左杯😛🍓莓莓角酪$42飲落依然酸酸甜甜，有啲紫米咬吓，仲有2片士多啤梨🍓感覺幾健康😝不過…飲落似乎比長洲店嘅時候「稀」，🐻🐻❄️個人口味鍾意濃郁啲嘅乳酪，依家呢個稀度就似返平時飲嘅台式飲品～招牌「長洲」打卡地鐵牌當然…都有「皇后大道中」版🤣考考大家眼力去搵啦😝～

長洲角酪嘅乳酪味道係唔錯嘅今次我叫咗兩杯自家製乳酪🥤芒芒角酪🥤草莓角酪草莓或者芒果味濃乳酪嘅味道都好足夠做到酸酸甜甜嘅效果但成杯飲品係偏甜嘅解渴就唔得㗎喇純粹坐低同朋友飲杯嘢傾吓偈係唔錯嘅選擇價錢嚟講大概40至40幾蚊一杯價錢都可以接受

同事介紹，食完lunch之後就叫啲嘢飲！今次我哋就揀咗長洲角酪，飲芒芒角酪同埋莓莓角酪，佢有本身Default嘅甜度同埋冰度，而且仲有啲紫米係底，飲落去口感豐富！芒果味🥭同草莓味道🍓🍓相當濃郁😆😆而且有果肉，咁落去飽肚感十足佢本身預設就係少冰嘅選擇🧊🧊🧊甜度亦都顯出店家調皮❣️❣️幽默同古靈精怪嘅性格，🤤🤤因為係寫住同你一樣甜，返工返到攰見到呢杯咁幽默嘅乳酪🍦、都會即刻開心返🤣🤣🤣

呢排成日都過黎中環呢邊，所以發掘左好多不同既小食店同餐廳而呢一間飲品店都可以話係近來既寵愛之一除左乳酪飲品外，佢地仲有果茶同其他人氣既飲品選擇不過黎得呢度，當然就會推薦佢地既乳酪飲料啦今次試左店鋪既甘露角酪 $42， 入口酸酸的，食得到啖啖既西柚果肉味道帶一點點苦澀，係好天然既西柚口味，另外乳酪入口都唔會太濃稠入口順喉唔會太過甜，啱曬一眾不好甜既女士口味
