To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. 這個配搭讓我感到很新奇,因為無論鱸魚或蜆肉煎餅都是主角,沒有主次之分。鱸魚啖啖肉,可配著牛油蒜蓉汁來吃,十分惹味;底下的蜆肉煎餅煎得金黃,裡面有粒粒蜆肉,鮮香味美。

是日最愛菜式。豬頸肉經過慢煮之後,軟腍入味,感覺有點像吃牛面頰;布冧沒有煮腍,還保持新鮮水果的清爽,酸酸甜甜,感覺清新。

甜品也很好吃。蛋捲不會太甜,富有清新橙香;面頭有一支小小的調味汁,用Dessert Wine和橙汁等煮得濃稠,可以唧到捲蛋裡去,So Sweet!

My friend chose this restaurant for lunch and I was willing to give it a try as I seldom have Portuguese food. I was quite surprised when I looked at the menu and read “suckling pig” (should this be a Chinese dish? Haha). Nevertheless, out of curiosity, I did pick “suckling pig” as my main dish. And I also chose lobster soup as the starter and serradura as the dessert. AND the dishes did not disappoint me! I enjoyed the lunch so much!

To keep it short:- authentic- sweet- romanticThere are enough posts sharing how authentic the Portuguese dishes are here. It reminds me of the restaurants I had in Lisbon.I would like to highlight how sweet the staffs are in preparing an anniversary celebration.You may find places with nice food, but warming services are what complete your whole dining experience. To keep it short:

There are enough posts sharing how authentic the Portuguese dishes are here. It reminds me of the restaurants I had in Lisbon.


I would like to highlight how sweet the staffs are in preparing an anniversary celebration.


You may find places with nice food, but warming services are what complete your whole dining experience. This is definitely an romantic place worth a visit.


* Important note *
When we were leaving, we saw the staffs farewelling happily for a staff who is leaving. They celebrated for her with a cake and opened a champagne and enjoyed their last moment joyfully.


You can tell how the place is full of love with everyone hugging each other sweetly.


Sometimes on top of a few good dishes of food, what is harder to find maybe is such a sweet moment among people that you can rarely see in any other places.


This is definitely a to-go place for everyone.

必須要說一下,這份大蜆是六款前菜中個人最超愛的一道。蜆肉新鮮,白酒汁的調味與它融合的剛剛好,不會有食物還食物,醬汁還醬汁的感覺。我還情不自禁地追著它的醬汁喝呢

Slow roasted suckling pig - 起初以為燒豬的皮很韌,因為很難切開,夾硬來又怕會失禮,唯有用叉豪邁地拮來吃。
峰迴路轉地,皮是很脆,肉是很嫩。整體不會太膩,但很juicy! 旁邊還有即炸新鮮薯片和飯。

說到最令我期待的是這個Pineapple ravioli 。
看到menu 時說覺得很新奇。在菠蘿片下是, 開心果蛋糕和雲尼拿雪糕,化學作用非常好!

另外我們還點了Portuguese biscuit cake,店員說是傳統葡萄牙糕點,味道不過不失。

Brunch 還包咖啡或茶。這個價錢真是滿載而歸呀!
