深水埗都有高質既西餐廳,環境食物都唔錯🍽️意式薄切油甘魚配橘子甜醋 ($98)油甘魚入口滑溜,配上菜、橘子、同甜醋,非常之fresh同開胃,作為前菜岩岩好,好適合夏天食☺️🍽️鮮蟹肉牛油果蝦凍批 ($98)蟹肉同牛油果混埋一齊,但蟹肉唔算多,蝦唔算大隻,但整體比較新鮮,牛油果本身容易膩,但甜酸的醬汁中和左油膩感。🍽️意式卡邦尼手工扁意粉 ($138)醬汁濃郁掛滿面條,扁意粉煙韌有咬口,但整體唔算太特別,可試可不試。🍽️魷魚海蜆配墨汁意大利飯 ($178)眼前一亮的意大利飯🤩粒粒分明的飯粒超有咬口,而且魷魚同海蜆比得好足,食落超juicy👍🏻整體來講,係平民區性價比並唔算高,但以食物質素來講值得一試。星期日下午去可以walk-in,但4點要交枱。人均消費 $100-200,係西餐來講性價比都唔錯 continue reading

主菜加$108 ,有前菜+湯湯牛尾湯頭盤🍖 燒法國鵪鶉肶配紅桑子陳醋汁🐙 燒西班牙八爪魚配白玉粟米主菜🦆 油封鴨腿配杏脯乳酪汁($238)🐟 燒北海道劍魚腩配金桔柚子醋($268)額外加配🧀 意大利芝士開心果煙燻杯($68)呢間餐廳C2Lab位於深水埗福榮街,環境舒適,裝潢簡潔。餐廳提供主菜加$108的套餐,包括前菜和湯。睇完Youtube之後,係深水埗,難得有間走高級路線0既西餐廳,當然要試。首先上牛尾湯,牛尾湯同平時唔同,無好濃0既茄膏味,感覺比較清爽。頭盤有燒法國鵪鶉肶配紅桑子陳醋汁,鵪鶉肶經燒烤後質感鮮嫩多汁,搭配紅桑子陳醋汁的酸甜風味,非常開胃。另外還有燒西班牙八爪魚配白玉粟米,最得意0既係八爪魚的口感似肉,搭配粟米的清甜,味道獨特。主菜方面推薦油封鴨腿配杏脯乳酪汁,鴨腿外皮酥脆,肉質一絲絲,質地似煲淋左0既煲湯豬肉,杏脯乳酪汁的香甜與鴨肉的油香相得益彰。仲有燒北海道劍魚腩配金桔柚子醋,劍魚腩經燒烤後保持了魚肉的鮮美,劍魚腩油脂豐富,金桔柚子醋的酸爽增添了口感層次。如果想要額外加點配菜,可以試試意大利芝士開心果煙燻杯,芝士的濃郁與開心果的香脆相輔相成,令人回味無窮。整體而言,C2Lab提供的菜品精心烹調,口味獨特,值得一試。分數:8/10#西餐廳#鵪鶉肶#法國菜#開心果煙燻杯#劍魚腩#八爪魚#油封鴨腿#深水埗#C2Lab continue reading

Starters最常order既就係油甘魚,個source加埋一齊食,好襯好夾另外鑽石蜆都係好正,好鮮甜,好大粒肉,個汁仲可以點麵包食鵝肝超好食,但比較難shareMain 就好推介紅蝦意粉,超好食,好香蝦味意粉個texture都好好油封鴨髀都好推薦,不過咁啱今次無食,就無影相。豬鞍就係我幾個朋友既favourite,好嫩滑既肉質。今次試左個魚,有驚喜喎,外脆內軟,個人非常喜歡有一點個人好欣賞,就係佢地上完starters係會幫所以人換碟,再上main,雖然西餐黎講好似好基本,但深水埗小店做到咁,我係欣賞既。 continue reading
