Below are some of the highlights to share:

Main / hot dishes
- Charcoal roasted beef is a must-try dish in Blue Bar. The beef is medium-raw and very tender, in conjunction with the gravy, this dish is mouth-watering and you will surely want another piece.
- Parma ham with melon is a very popular dish to try. The parma ham is freshly-cut as the parma ham leg was displayed adjacent to the dish. The taste is a little salty, and melts in the mouth.
- Seared salmon sushi is another demanding dish. The half-seared salmon is nicely seasoned with a bit of pepper and tartar sauce. The salmon is soft and fatty enough to melt in your mouth. Yet, the sushi is a bit cold as it is seared for some while ago before customers take it from the buffet table.
- Cheese-baked broccoli is one of my favorites, surprisingly. The broccoli is very supple with light flavor of cheese. It is very delicious.

Desserts
- Exquisite desserts with wide array of choices
- Macaroons come in more than 6 flavors, choices of pistachio, vanilla, strawberry, caramel, lemon, chocolate
- Vast range of chocolate choices, one being the signature “Four Seasons Chocolates”. They are all very sweet.
- Most favorite dessert- chocolate cheesecake. The chocolate fudge is very dense with a piece of white chocolate on top. The red tiny balls are surprisingly crispy and look cute. This dessert is very full-filling.

總括來說, 呢個價錢食到5星級酒店食物, 而且食物質素和服務態度又唔錯真係抵食, 有下次!

As a small eater, when it comes to Lunch or Dinner Buffets, I personally vote for very well made items for quality rather than quantity, the latter can deceive and be distracting to the whole experience since I have a smaller stomach than my iPhone Camera can capture! Blue Bar at Four Season Hotel HK satisfies all of my Needs in a single dining session with all well made dishes and quality pastries, and at only $380 per person without any Time Limits for the lunch session, this is totally a Barg

This Visit we had the pleasure of receiving Jose Gomez, as our "El Cortadores" Ham Slicer.

The Jamon de Iberico Blazquez Bellota 'Admiration' range was only served for 4 days, and it was truly mesmerizing. Although on other days a different and quality Spanish Jamon is also served Unlimited for Lunch Buffet, and served as a Tasting Sampler with cocktails at night.

Very accurate once again with French/Italian shadows, and the 1st piece had a well soaked porous Cake with Rum, filled with Chantilly Cream. The 2nd one I had was slightly down on some Rum input and was relatively more sweet. But this was definitely one of the best Rum Baba's in Hong Kong.

下班後或週末我和朋友都喜歡去飲杯嘢、輕鬆一下,充好電才再有動力努力工作嘛~ 這日我們Happy hour就來到中環四季酒店大堂旁的Blue Bar。Blue Bar裝修用藍色為主調,氣氛輕鬆帶點型格。由於bar所在樓層不是太高,窗外景色不算很美,但透過落地大玻璃看出去景色都算開陽。Happy Hour時段可以看到外面天色由藍轉黑、燈火漸漸亮起,很美呢!我們不禁都提醒自己如非必要真的不要在office待到天黑,白白浪費美好的黃昏時光 ;)來到Blue Bar我多數都會選飲這裡的雞尾酒。這日我們都選了用Ruinart Blanc de Blanc香檳調配的champagne cocktail($220/杯)。我的Apple Blossom,入口相當清新,青蘋果和elderflower的清香,refreshing! 朋友分別點了White peach bellini 和 blackberry champagne cocktail,我淺嚐過一口,果香豐富,雖然比我這杯來得甜一點,但飲落同樣清新,感覺特別適合夏天。送酒小食有3款,醃橄欖、芝士脆脆餅及有甜腰果、花生和杏仁等的mixed nuts。

難得的一天休假,大鄉里要出城食好野,首選四季酒店大堂的Blue Bar, 因為從未去過。索價$310+10%一位的International自助午餐,以高級酒店來說並不算貴,餐廳面向維多利亞港,可惜酒店外道路進行工程,大殺風景。食物款式並不多,沙律,中式,西式,意式,日式,東南亞式各兩三款,但海鮮欠奉。專人即切牛扒是有的,可是太熟而且溫度只是微暖。焦糖鵝肝燉蛋,面頭焦糖香甜,下層鵝肝燉蛋是鹹的,而且糊口,本人未夠道行欣賞此菜式,換為正常的焦糖燉蛋甜品會比較醒神。

難得的一天休假,大鄉里要出城食好野,首選四季酒店大堂的Blue Bar, 因為從未去過。

索價$310+10%一位的International自助午餐,以高級酒店來說並不算貴,餐廳面向維多利亞港,可惜酒店外道路進行工程,大殺風景。

食物款式並不多,沙律,中式,西式,意式,日式,東南亞式各兩三款,但海鮮欠奉。

專人即切牛扒是有的,可是太熟而且溫度只是微暖。

焦糖鵝肝燉蛋,面頭焦糖香甜,下層鵝肝燉蛋是鹹的,而且糊口,本人未夠道行欣賞此菜式,換為正常的焦糖燉蛋甜品會比較醒神。

Team celebration for the good news and achievement,同事提議去 happy hour 慶祝一下;提早收工即閃。5 點半左右去到 Blue Bar 入面已經好爆了,我地唔介意 standing table 就唔需要等位。環境當然唔會令人失望,不過望出去個 view 就麻麻地啦,可能因為出面有唔少機建工程做緊;不過落地玻璃望落都開揚的。旁邊有 serve 幾款 snack 之類,order 左野飲都可以隨便享用;大部份望落都唔知咩黎,所以亂咁拎返黎試下 hahahaaa... 我都唔記得自己杯 cocktail 叫咩名 ( 好似係咩 snowy peach 之類 ),vodka 味都好重,飲完都有少少少少 wing wing 地.. @.@其實主要係想講佢個 fish & chips,熱辣辣上碟賣相好吸引,個 fish 炸粉唔算太厚身而食得出好新鮮,而我不嬲都鐘意粗身薯條的,呢個合哂心水。埋單 per head around $300,係貴咖啦不過呢度係 Four Season 嘛。見到佢o既 lunch buffet 都好吸引,下次有機會

不得不說 BlueBar的各類布丁都超好吃
每週都會輪換 牛角包黃油布丁 麵包布丁等等
而這日較輕盈的芝士布丁也一點不輸場
布丁外層稍有質地 內裡濕潤
而點睛之筆 是濃濃的雲呢拿籽 加上別緻的檸檬清香
讓本是香甜的布丁 又飄出清爽的果味
有人忍不住挖了兩次! XD

沙嗲串燒既肉質其實偏韌實,唔係鬆稔既

外層有少許燒烤過既焦黃及香氣,唔會有只係將熟肉串埋既感覺

沙嗲醬微稠,花生香氣幾濃郁,仲有花生碎粒,加添左點點脆度及咬口

小籠包外皮香稔,薄身唔會好黏牙

而且唔會好容易破掉

雖然入面冇咩湯汁,但濕潤度係足夠既

肉餡調味剛剛好,亦有點肉香

蟹肉既份量好多,不會油膩,仲有清甜既味道

菠菜味道唔會好青,稔身得黎好襯蟹肉

洋薊感覺新鮮爽脆,帶少許酸甜味道更是開胃解膩

若要推介午餐自助餐Blue Bar 會是第一選擇以食物質素來說, 價錢算適中雖然不如一般自助餐的多款選擇但呈獻出來的, 都是最上乘環境更不用說高樓底加落地玻璃像在陽光下歎午餐餐廳名字既是Blue bar就利用bar枱, 放一系列的沙律, 甜品與麵包餐廳另一邊, 擺放少量熱葷及每天都有兩款肉類選擇上一次來有中式燒肉今次有牛扒及羊羊燒得好加上gravy很容易吃了幾件特別欣賞員工會用不同的刀切牛, 切羊又會細心淋上gravy整整潔潔及優雅地呈上食物最得我心是特多款式的甜品絕不能錯過麵包布甸還有源源不絕供應的馬卡龍吃多幾粒之後, 感覺像賺回來

加上gravy很容易吃了幾件
特別欣賞員工會用不同的刀切牛, 切羊
又會細心淋上gravy
整整潔潔及優雅地呈上食物

最得我心是特多款式的甜品
絕不能錯過麵包布甸
還有源源不絕供應的馬卡龍
吃多幾粒之後, 感覺像賺回來

之後再去廚師哥哥度,切塊燒牛肉食,以為普通啦,點知,好食。味道香濃,肉質嫩滑,冇渣,燒得剛剛好,又唔會太生,值得再食。



開謂沙律,蟹肉柚子沙律, 酸酸甜甜好醒謂,蟹肉一片片,好新鮮,滑do do ,個醬汁好得分,好似麻醬咁。
