最近去左一家位於港式街頭的串燒小店,食咗幾樣招牌串燒鹽燒青花魚,第一口咬下時,我被魚肉的鮮嫩和脆皮的口感所驚艷。加上檸檬汁,味道恰到好處,增添了魚肉的鮮味雞翼經過炭火燒烤後,外皮呈現出金黃色,散發出誘人的香氣。每一口都充滿了嫩滑多汁的雞肉和微妙的炭火燒烤味道。它的醬汁則增添了一些微辣和甜味魚腐外表酥脆,內部卻保持著柔軟的口感。它的味道濃郁,帶有一絲魚的香氣,與脆皮的結合非常美妙。。牛筋丸經過炭火烤烤,表皮酥脆,內部鮮嫩。椒鹽的味道增添了微辣和香氣鰻魚炒飯。鰻魚的肉質柔軟多汁,與炒飯的口感相得益彰。鰻魚的甜味與炒飯的鹹香完美結合,每一口都帶來滿滿的滿足感。
