以前住佐敦,耐唔耐都會去「竹家莊」食海鮮獎勵吓自己🤭呢度主打避風塘海鮮,海鮮新鮮不在話下,而且我敢講味道係第二度食唔到😋祝家莊仲要開到凌晨3點,試過有次夜麻麻落機到香港,返屋企前都走嚟呢度食埋個宵夜~蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️size驚人嘅蟶子皇😍入口一股清甜嘅鮮味爆發出嚟,口感爽身彈牙易咬,蒜蓉調味同份量啱啱好,唔會有過於鹹辣嘅情況,所有嘢都恰到好處,當然唔少得嘅就係吸收晒精華嘅粉絲,推薦大家必點🔥油鹽水大蜆 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️估唔到份量咁大,食蜆我鍾意油鹽水,其次就係豉椒,今次嘅大蜆肉厚鮮甜,而且清洗乾淨一啲沙都冇,入面加咗啲粉絲又滑又好食👍🏻豉油王海蝦 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️上枱時已經聞到勁香食指大動,海蝦新鮮肉質爽,蝦殼咬落會有脆卜卜嘅口感,豉油王醬汁掛滿晒喺海蝦嘅身上,食起嚟真係好滋味❤️椒鹽泥鯭 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️朋友話平時食開陳皮蒸泥鯭,所以今次想試吓呢味椒鹽泥鯭,泥鯭炸到好鬆脆,連魚骨都可以食,鍾意食泥鯭就係食呢一種特別嘅味道😋白灼大魷魚、海蜇、韭菜花 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️叫咗三樣白灼都係咁出色,平時我都鍾意買韭菜花返屋企煮,但我食過呢度嘅韭菜花之後,先知原來韭菜花係可以咁好食❤️另外魷魚咬落去真係超級腍,點少少辣椒豉油已經好正,仲有不得不讚海蜇頭,大大舊海蜇口感勁爽脆,原來白灼都可以咁好食😋燒鴨河粉 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️聽老闆講呢個燒鴨河粉係必點嘅‼️燒鴨肉厚皮脆,竟然比出面好多燒味舖都出色!河粉偏幼質地嫩滑,成件事充滿避風塘口味,下次要試埋佢個艇仔粥🤭 continue reading

今時今日香港餐廳的成敗不要全怪港人北上消費,餐廳負責人會否自我檢討?這竹家莊能做到今時今日真替他們慶幸,以此餐廳之出品,香港人有幾個真的滿意?可能對一般遊客來說還可以,因他們不知道原有避風塘之味道,我們四大一小,七點進店十分鐘後點菜,一隻避風塘炒蟹、豉椒炒大蜆、4隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,白灼韮菜花、白灼魷魚,3碗燒鴨河,1碗艇仔粥,不到五分鐘第一碟豉椒炒大蜆到,但一粒豆豉也沒有,只是辣椒醬炒,之後魷魚、韮菜花就是比醬油碟大小小的份量,韮菜花沒挑選的,咬落全有渣,真的很過份,完全沒揀過就給客人吃?$60比豉油碟大小小的份量?蒜蓉蟶子$98一隻四隻$392味道沒驚喜!避風塘炒蟹$1050,不是以前的避風塘味道,燒鴨河$68一碗,水一般的艇仔粥,全部菜上齊,沒一樣是熱的,全部也只是暖,相信全部菜色是預先灼定或走油,客人一叫便即輕輕一煮就上菜,所以這麼快及不熱,全無鑊氣,但收費就比得上五星酒樓,茶位$18,但是大排檔茶壼斟茶,還要加一服務費,相信以上收費和食物質素一般香港人是不收貨,但估計他們做遊客的話,客人不會有下次也是正常!所以他們屹立至今也真是萬幸!也讚賞他們敢於收費! continue reading

朋友帶我嚟呢間餐廳食宵夜,到嘅時候大概11點,啱啱俾我哋攞咗最後張枱,之後已經見到門口有人排隊餐廳座位與座位之間比較狹窄,地方亦都比較細,不過氣氛好好,好有懷舊香港嘅感覺!我哋叫咗兩隻避風塘瀨尿蝦,蝦味重,避風塘惹味兼香口,夠鑊氣!再叫咗碟蒜蓉蒸海蝦,蝦好新鮮!煮到剛剛熟非常好味!但係最好味嘅係四碟小菜:韭菜,粉腸,海蜇同埋魷魚!魷魚爽口,兼鮮味!呢幾樣真係食唔停口!之後爭俾錢買單,所以唔知俾咗幾多錢😌 continue reading

只適合附近夜總會及麻雀館的客人~有期望的客人一定要避雷!先不要說價錢是否貴或便宜,只講食物質素及服務態度!明明係叫辣酒東風螺,嚟到變咗白灼花螺。我問店員,店員即時發飆起剛,說我是叫了白灼花螺。我都費事繼續爭論,由得佢。燒鴨瀨粉,湯頭差到一個點,同早幾年前比較真係差咗好多!($78 另加一)然後店員,幫我們加茶,燙到我們的朋友,應該是不小心的,但態度好輕佻! “淥到你呀,唔好意思喎!”這樣的食物質素及服務態度,還可以屹立多年,值得學習!🫢🫢反正不會有下次,人家也不是做小市民生意,多謝收看! continue reading
