約左幾個朋友食飯,其中一個係醫諼...因為呢排有好多為醫諼打氣的餐廳.....所以就諗住試下....網上見呢間餐廳食評唔錯...所以決定試!就咁睇價錢真係唔算平,但因為半價,當堂變左十分抵食!!!一開始就上左麵包,雖然唔係即整...但拿出黎個陣食熱的!!份量算多,而且個皮都脆,真係要酒店級數的西餐廳先會有呢種麵包的質素!前菜叫左鵪鶉胸,上台係幾得意的...因為見到春卷同湯,完全見唔到肉.....但食落就知,湯係鵪鶉清湯,好飲,佢有好重的鵪鶉味...但又唔會好蘇.....條春卷就同平時的差唔多!頭盤揀左TUNA TARTAR, 一上台俾佢嚇一嚇,以為係熟TUNA....點知食落先知係個汁的顏色....入面的魚都係生的!呢個作為前菜做得幾好,份量唔會太多,但汁酸得黎有加左小小柑橘類的野...感覺係清爽,唔會一味好漏!主菜叫左石班魚~當然唔夠前菜的鱈魚好食,但只係因為食材的問題,餐廳煮得係好食的!暑仔超級好食,絕對有以前飛機BC的品質...老實..香港真係冇咩餐廳肯花心機去整呢一道菜......但呢到好食!最後叫左朱古力撻....個撻有小小朱古力獨有的酸味....但最出色係佢個朱古力雪巴...真係好好食...鐘意係夾埋蛋糕食...因為兩個的味道係互相夾好....單食事但一樣都只係普普...但夾埋就係好好食!!!呢間餐廳推丫.......不過當然係半價個陣..... continue reading

母親節又到Alibi 享用午餐,由於疫情,所以沒有semi-buffet 了,換來是餐廳設計好的母親節套餐,看過餐牌就預約好。到達餐廳,已安排好八人梳化座位,非常寬敞。眾人點好菜,基本整個整牌的食物也點了,另加一枝香檳慶祝。先來頭盤冷/熱海鮮拼盤及額外加點的生蠔拼盤。八人份真大堆頭!先說說熱海鮮拼盤,兩隻pacific Rock焗蠔,家人說焗得有點老,但龍蝦焗芝士做得好,烤焗時間準確,配搭的芝士也剛好不會搶了龍蝦的鮮味。最欣賞是煮蜆,蜆肉滿滿,醬汁鮮甜十足。冷海鮮拼盤的pacific Rock 帶點creamy感是容易接受的生蠔口味。雪蟹腳肉豐滿,帶點可接受的咸味,再來蘇格蘭刺身蝦,冷盤最喜歡此蝦,蝦咬下爽甜咀嚼時又帶點黏黏的質感,非常過癮。因為媽媽喜好生蠔,所以額外點了兩款大路生蠔gillardeau 及fine de claire, 兩款法國生蠔都是甘甜無比,新鮮非常,轉眼掃光。媽媽偏向冷盤中帶creamy 的pacific Rock第二道有三款選擇,先說鵝肝醬配車厘子醬。滑滑的鵝肝醬配上酸酸甜甜又有果香的醬,入口味道多變又減去鵝肝醬的膩感,很不錯的配搭。另有香菇清湯,聞上已有濃烈的香菇味道,喝下不但清爽而且有豐富的香菇味,很健康的感覺,喝完完全沒有負擔龍蝦湯很濃烈的龍蝦鮮甜味,配上蝦肉雲吞,滿滿蝦甜的一道湯主菜慢煮有機雞胸,雞肉很嫩,慢煮過後不會嚡熠熠,很滑口又有淡淡雞肉味。配搭的蔬菜好吃。五成熟的牛肉,烹調得剛剛好,沒有絲毫偏差,家人喜歡厚身牛扒,剛好滿足他們喜好。我點的是以魚為主一道清新主菜。餐廳選擇魚味較突出的班類魚,配上清湯配搭,更顯魚肉味道,喜歡旁邊配襯的長方形塊狀烤薯片,牛油味香濃,喜歡。甜點是士多啤梨加白朱古力慕絲,配上杏仁,咬下一時甜滑一時香脆,再配上旁邊的士多啤梨雪芭,有多重不同滋味!餐飲點了cappuccino, 大大杯好飲!整體而言:環境:簡約現代風格裝修,坐位闊落,環境relax, 很適合下午聚會。食物:每道菜式都見出心思,有清淡有濃郁口味的菜式,當日生蠔雖然是大路款式為主,但夠新鮮服務:酒店餐廳水準,侍應在母親節很忙碌但仍很親切有禮,回應及招待快速 continue reading

位於朗豪酒店5樓的Alibi , 標榜惜食主義, 選用可持續發展的食材, 餐牌亦有不少素食選擇. 點左兩份四道菜的set dinner($438), 恆生信用卡有78折.餐前麵包外脆內軟, 富有麥香, 對辦.頭盤點了日式照燒醬鵪鶉胸, 配鵪鶉湯、油浸鵪鶉肉春捲、流心鵪鶉蛋. 上菜時隻碟熱辣辣, 為食物保持溫度. 鵪鶉肉嫩滑, 帶皮部份富有油香. 春捲香脆, 餡料帶甜味. 個湯就似日式昆布湯.另一道頭盤為Alibi全素沙律, 有菊苣、紅菜頭、夏威夷果仁、椰子乳酪. 沙律材料新鮮, 連紅菜頭也沒有太大草青味, 整體感覺好清新.Second course選了日式清酒蒸鮑魚, 需另加$40. 鮑魚爽口彈牙, 配上海膽蛋黃醬都幾好食. 不過再加上藜麥就有點劃蛇添足, 個人對呢個配搭覺得麻麻.主菜係慢煮豬腩肉. 經侍應推薦, 生熟度選了medium rare, 所以D肉好嫩. 其實件腩肉真係幾肥下, 不過就油香四溢.另一款主菜為香煎三文魚, 煎得皮脆肉嫩. 配菜薯餅索左D汁特別好食.火龍果, 拼甜瓜雪葩、椰子乳酪、火龍果脆片. 火龍果鮮甜, 塊脆片的果味突出, 有點驚喜. 雪葩就比較普通.70% 黑朱古力撻, 配鮮藍莓. 個撻朱古力味濃, 甜度剛好. 可可雪葩因加入了海鹽, 味道比較特別, 不過唔係我杯茶. continue reading
