男朋友中意飲茶既程度係一日可以飲兩餐茶,今日陪佢黎試呢間小店,估唔到好高質,有意外驚喜。雪山叉燒包個樣平平無奇,原來包底烘得酥脆,餡料豐富唔會太咸,每咬一啖都感覺到佢既酥脆,簡直係酒店級數。薑蔥牛栢葉好耐冇食到咁好味既牛栢葉,有好多薑絲紅蘿蔔絲,辣辣地好惹味,又爽口。鮮竹牛肉球比一般茶樓果啲實淨,似完全冇肥肉,我好中意。蝦餃、蟹籽燒賣、鮮蝦菜苗餃呢幾樣都有滿滿鮮蝦,落足料好有誠意。懷舊糯米雞好大隻呀,材料超豐富,調味都好好,女仔食一個都會飽。鴛鴦鮮蝦網米腸新鮮即炸勁香脆,多油左小小,紙巾可以解決到🤪重點,食左咁多樣野都係200左右,抵到爆,絕對要翻兜。

星期六大約11:00去到餐廳,已經全部野都有得食豉椒排骨竹筒飯竹筒飯粒粒分明又有足夠嘅油份,非常之好食不過要自己喺枱面加豉油排骨亦都非常之淰,唔會太多肥膏流心奶黃爆漿西多士一切開啲奶黃留心即刻爆出黎見到係非常之開心同過癮但係食得太多會好漏之餘我覺得佢嘅西多士同奶黃流心唔係好夾都係普通流心奶黃包好食啲菜苗鮮蝦餃入面有好多蝦而且菜都幾新鮮不過皮太薄同埋蒸得太耐,唔夠煙韌雪山叉燒包呢個雪山叉燒包,係我覺得香港數一數二好食嘅外面有好多雪山叉燒包嘅外皮都過甜但係呢一個唔會太甜而且側邊非常之鬆脆入面叉燒亦好足料鵪鶉蛋燒賣呢個鵪鶉蛋太硬不過下面嘅燒賣就好好食😋因為佢係由蝦肉同埋豬肉配搭唔會過於肥膩

Yesterday I went to the Rainbow for lunch with some colleagues. We planned to try out the new Southeastern Asian cuisine but the menu was not appealing. Then we went to the Taiwanese noodles place on the second floor but it was closed. So we went to 8 char. The highlight of the meal is definitely the waterfall custard French toast.
