又到每星期返娘家嘅日子,首選此餐廳,今日特別開胃,所以加配松露磨菇湯,未到達檯面已聞奇香,雖然出面30幾度高溫,但難以抗拒此熱湯,上面的泡泡好明顯係剛打出嚟,味道淡淡才飲得出松露同磨菇嘅原始味道必食燒雞以往係本港穀飼雞,但今次為試食價嘅法國走地雞,目測份量細左,當然要配少許鹽吊出味道來,肉質跟之前的無太大分別,味道依舊美味。是日特別推介蜆肉意粉鋪滿大大隻花甲,忘記是甚麼香草,帶點點香草味道,可惜帶點油不夠乾身,味道還不錯。

今次不是本咯第一次去此餐廳用餐,不過今次真的大失所望,點了一客午餐蜆意粉及一份安格斯牛扒,磨菇湯唔錯,安格斯牛扒唔香⋯ 淡而無味好似吃空氣,個賣相還可,成碟野有味道的只有薯菜,唔好怪我難聽咁講,牛扒真是我吃過當中的最差!再來是蜆肉意粉,冇汁,好像勉強把一碟蜆堆上意粉上,比起外面平價茶餐廳的碟頭飯還遜,飲品只是一般東西,所以不評論,。未幾有兩名客人竟然帶隻白色松鼠狗進入餐廳吃飯,我要強調呢間係室內餐廳,衞生條例是不可以譲狗隻入內(導盲犬除外),女示應視若無睹,真是令人儍眼了!

鵝肝交給相公處理。店員教他把血鴨與肝一起吃,會有味道的昇華耶!酥盒應該是用曲奇餅制成的,我吃到一點chestnut的味道,甜甜的,而老公則說是加了燕麥。至於酥盒內的血鴨肉有點乾,但味道也不錯啊!

整體食物質素很好,環境也不錯!只是可能是小店經營人手有限,等食物上檯的時間較久,急性子的人要有心理準備啊!但如果想跟親友慢慢邊食邊聊天的,這家餐廳是不錯的選擇呢!另外,小店入貨可能不多,如果有心水菜式想試,也建議預早詢問啊!

今晚食早場就七點食到八點半,如果食下場就八點半開始。因為我哋唔食牛,所以冇嗌到牛扒之類。每次來都叫佢d他他,例如海鮮他他、帶子他他⋯⋯佢d他他好好食!每次例牌都叫過白酒煮蛤,因為佢個汁好味,個蛤又鮮甜多肉鹽焗魚都幾出色,因為焗完之後,魚肉又嫩又多汁個黑毛豬扒,肉質鬆化。不過如果兩個人食就會覺得好飽因為好肥膩,四個人食就啱啱好一人食一兩舊!個雙墨意粉就廚師每日揀新鮮嘅食材煮,所以次次去都唔同。去食1981記得book位因為可能會full甜品有拿破崙、心太軟、同埋daily dessert 不過今次太飽無食到ps,廚房應該得一個廚師,所以出餸有啲慢,唔可以太心急。只可以慢慢坐慢慢食~

一般餐廳做法就算要俾其他人只少等15分鐘冇人到場先俾其他人先算合理啦!你們不是以客為先,只顧做生意,如果真係咁好生意,為何又怕坐唔滿張枱呢??就算有幾平有幾好味,咁樣做生意遲早得失哂所有人,冇人會再光顧

對上兩編食評都係我黎,無偈啦~一個星期光顧3次,今次推薦朋友黎試,只係行遲一步入面已有兩枱人客,我必食嘅燒雞俾人叫左,第二份要等一個鐘,欲哭無淚店員推薦試羊架,另外點了海鮮焗飯飯係蛋炒飯再焗,醬汁味唔濃比較清淡,材料有蝦、蜆、魷魚、魚塊,頗豐富,不過味道唔算突出驚喜。第一次試羊架面頭嘅燒烤紋路未開動已經吸引,咬下肉汁滿瀉,肉質鮮嫩,就算肥膏部位一點都唔覺羶,好難得,但好奇怪點解兩碟嘅配菜會用菜心嘅!?感覺有點格格不入

每次只食午餐,未婚夫之前食過一次午餐覺得好味,適逢佢生日,順理成章試吓晚餐。大廚送嘅小食外表似多士,內裡的肉醬有肝嘅口感,有一份鹹香味道,有少許榛子粒,外皮邊好濃牛油味,作為餐前小食都唔錯。意大利血橙汁只不過$20一杯平過出面溝水嘅普通橙汁啦,色水像西柚汁,無乜橙香味,不過飲落似賓治,頗特別。店員推薦嘅黑麥啤酒聲稱就算唔凍都好好飲,果然無介紹錯,令平時對飲啤酒有份執著嘅未婚夫都一試傾心~從此轉呔⋯⋯每次去1981都不忘叫雞,所以晚餐要個松露野菌烤雞下面有薯蓉墊底,野菌外表烤乾但內裡仍有濕潤感,雞肉好嫩滑,夠味道毋須落鹽,別有風味。初時點拿破崙和牛,但原來用酥皮焗製,未婚夫抗拒牛油、牛奶、芝士,所以大廚改用燒去泡製和牛只燒至五成熟,肉好鮮滑,可以食出牛味,不過我地嫌比較生,感覺一般般。最後要多支白麥啤酒試試還是認為黑麥比較好飲。
