是日嚟到灣仔搵食,經朋友介紹去左一間好復古風嘅台灣菜到食。因為避開左飯市,約莫6點左右到,啲人未收工,所以去到即有位入,食食吓就越嚟越多人。佢門口係唐樓入口,行過未必好覺眼,我都差啲行過籠😂行動不便者要留意番,因為佢係唐樓嚟,所以要行兩層上去,冇電梯。行到樓梯間會有標示,標示寫嘅嘢仲非常幽默。因為係唐樓入邊,所以外邊行上嚟都會覺得少少殘舊,行兩層上到餐廳門口。入到去就會覺得好復古,保留咗好多舊物。為左一野試哂所有嘢,我點咗一set晚餐,揀嚟揀去選擇咗十。先講講前菜,包含養生牛蒡、百香青木瓜同橙汁冬瓜。佢嘅橙汁冬瓜同出邊唔同,佢係薄片狀,出邊食過條狀,好清爽,岩夏天食,好醒胃。而養生牛蒡係咸菜果類,酸酸鹹鹹,但我覺得擺喺兩個甜酸嘅涼菜中間有啲怪,可能因為我麻麻地又鹹又甜。而百香青木瓜,佢係將青木瓜切絲,再去撈百香果醬,相對最甜係呢個,我覺得呢個最特別,出邊都少見。然後講下碗湯,青木瓜燉排骨,飲得出係老火湯嚟,唔係味精溝水,因為我本身唔係好食豬,一飲就有豬騷味,所以我飲得出係濃濃豬骨煲出嚟,撇除我唔食豬呢樣嘢,碗湯係好飲嘅。當然因為老火湯嘅緣故,面頭一定油啲,女仔撇下先飲。再嚟講講主菜,台式醉雞,食落真心有啲失望,因我作為主菜以為有好大驚喜,點知佢應該用左好多花雕酒去醃,所以太搶味同苦,再嚟雞件唔夠滑,有啲嚡口,當然好失敗又未至於,但出邊食過好食過佢嘅。反而食配菜鹹蛋白玉苦瓜,我就俾佢驚喜到,啲鹹蛋炒到起哂沙,控制得好好,同埋苦瓜一啲都唔苦,係甘味,呢個配菜好食過主菜。而主食因為我唔多食豬肉,揀左雞肉飯,覺得佢有蔥油香既,但都係果句啲雞嚡口加埋成個飯係好乾身,如果濕啲會好啲。最後去到杯飲品,揀左蘋果綠茶,係有真蘋果嘅,不過不失。整體嚟講,無論服務、餐廳環境同食物都係不過不失,可能成日去台灣嘅關係,所以覺得以台灣菜嚟講冇咩驚喜位,如果中意復古風可以嚟試吓嘅。Read More

星期日的午餐,跟朋友選擇了懷舊風的台菜cafe。一入去看到大大小小的懷舊佈置,好有年代感。坐低分別叫咗茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯、古早味滷排骨飯。茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯未上枱都已經聞到濃烈的茶燻味,但上枱後雞肉質素卻未能延續這份驚喜,可能雞肉的茶燻味過濃,所以不太嚐到smokey以外的味道,有點失落。茶漬飯略嫌單調,味道一般。古早味滷排骨飯通常主打台菜的餐廳都會有呢道菜,而滷排骨多數見就咁以滷水方式處理,又或者先將排骨炸起再滷。而呢間的滷排骨,並非係我食過覺得好好味的一間。可能個人口味的關係,我不太喜歡偏甜的滷水,而且排骨分量雖然不少,但排骨略嫌切得太薄太幼身,所以食落不太有「肉感」,建議可切番厚少少,食客會有多點滿足感。Read More
