沙田麗豪酒店有好多間餐廳，今次揀咗呢間與上海菜聞名嘅餐廳，裝修真係成間客棧咁，門口仲有個水池仔，養咗堆錦鋰喺度，地方好闊落企理嘢食方面，個花雕醉雞好出色，一上枱已經聞到好濃嘅花雕味，好入味，雞肉非常嫩滑，連雞皮都好食！再嚟係個擔擔麵，對得住佢馳名擔擔麵呢個名，離遠已經聞到花生醬味，食親上海嘢，我幾乎都會叫擔擔麵，呢個算係數一數二，個湯底好濃厚，味道有層次，配埋啲肉碎好惹味，好啱鍾意重口味嘅人，不過佢酸味比較出，唔鍾意食酸嘅人可能會扣啲分，至於個奶油津白都好好食，菜好鮮甜，煮得好爽嫩，配埋啲奶油醬好creamy，面頭有啲金華火腿碎，少少都好香，整體全部野都好食👍🏻最後仲送咗兩碗糖水，由於唔鍾意食杏仁嘅甜品，所以俾唔到中肯評價個杏仁豆腐凍，但佢口感係好嫩滑嘅，仲有放菠蘿，個紫心番薯露唔會太甜，係會食到有啲番薯碎嘅～💰價錢參考：- 花雕醉雞 $128- 馳名擔擔麵 $78- 奶油津白$118 continue reading
