近日在網上看到這店舉辦挑戰賽,當筆者想去挑戰時,竟然發現沒開鋪!講宜,想去挑戰,其實也想見識一下,可是店鋪在未有任何先兆之下休息 (或停業?或其他可能性),真的人費解,也令有心人白行一趟。老實說,無論做人,做事,做食物,做生意,都應要有誠信。一間缺乏誠信的食肆,大家還會信其所舉行的活動嗎? 正面一點去看,各位如果想挑戰,或光顧,還是先跟負責人 聯絡一下,會比較穩妥。 continue reading

以前中學時期喺九龍城讀書,所以對九龍城嘅餐廳好熟悉,差唔多每間都食匀。闊別中學幾年,九龍城已經面目全非,好多以前食開嘅餐廳都已經執咗,換來一批新嘅食店。同中學嘅好朋友返完母校探老師,之後就決定試吓新野!平時夜晚嚟九龍城都一定食泰國嘢,好少去食吓小菜或者雞煲,呢間餐廳就可以俾多個選擇你。我同朋友作為一個九龍城嘅食家,當然要試吓呢個食家飯堂啦!未入去已經見到入面有三台客,佢哋都食得好豐富有龍蝦又有蟹。望到牆上面寫住佢哋有招牌雞煲,亦都有海膽炒飯等等嘅嘢食,食之前都好擔心係呢度食海膽會唔會出事呢🤔我哋叫咗海膽炒飯、啫啫芥蘭煲同埋辣子脆香雞。朋友就叫咗個朝日,即係asahi🤣 我哋冇嗌白飯嚟撈餸,因為見海膽炒飯都幾大碟辣子脆香雞率先上菜,對於我咁食得辣來講,呢一碟係小意思~ 一上菜就已經聞到陣麻辣味,食落去就無聞落咁辣,自己覺得碟菜可以再辣啲,話明個名都有辣子呢兩個字😛。啲雞肉好鮮嫩,肉質結實,呢個時候係爭左個炒飯😋啫啫芥蘭煲唔知點解好多菜框,得一兩條菜葉🤣 但每一條菜框都好入味,咬落去每一啖都有醬汁味,呢個係其他餐廳無試過。平時其他餐廳啲蝦乾會勁鹹,但呢度又唔會,之後我就攞晒啲肉碎同蝦乾嚟撈埋落個炒飯🤤海膽炒飯嘅海膽冇腥味,食落都新鮮,有少少甜味。我撈晒落啲飯到食,食落就好似啖啖都有海膽咁。炒飯入面仲有好多帶子同蝦,啲蝦肉質結實,唔會爽口到好似用咗化學野咁。炒飯嘅份量都大碟,我哋兩個人食都爭啲食唔晒,入面仲要有咁足本嘅海膽同海鮮,呢個價錢來講都抵哂兩個人食唔得多野,下次會在叫哂成班中學同學黎食就啱啦✔️ continue reading

實在實在太好味喇,小小唔同嘅煮法就帶來不同的味覺感受,真係好有特色好有驚喜的一餐,連配菜都好好味啊😍😋 菜式:椒鹽粟米拼雞軟骨 香口脆口,正菊花殘雞煲 叫咗個小辣,但係非常香好好食啫啫秋葵煲 平時通常只有冰鎮秋葵,整啫啫做法別有一番風味爵士湯 西苑名菜乾坤大海班 起肉嚟炒球,連底碟啲菜都好好食黑松蘆筍炒元貝 有進步嘅空間卡邦尼焗貴妃蚌未見過呢個做法,原來真係好好食青檸煎焗大蝦 每隻蝦都大過我手掌,青檸汁清新醒胃燒汁野菌牛仔粒已經食到好飽卜卜蜆煲比較普通風沙bb乳鴿細隻嘅乳鴿,其實比大隻更加好食馬糞海膽炒飯食到食唔到 continue reading

等左咁耐, 朋友終於都肯返香港食餐飯。今晚食得好開心, 野食有水準無令朋友失望。我地揀咗一間新派廣東fusion菜 食家飯堂 , 聽youtuber講佢地的招牌菜是 <麻辣雞煲>出名辣。由於我有少少感冒唔食得辣所以點左另一個招牌菜<砂鍋卜卜蜆>等左一陣就黎左 <醬爆啫啫秋葵煲> 好香, (本身好擔心佢地會炒到個秋葵乾晒, 咁就唔好食架啦) 發現呢個擔心是多餘的 😂因為都是滿滿的啫啫醬汁及肉碎, 好開胃 (好想即刻叫碗白飯)之後就上招牌菜<砂鍋卜卜蜆>, 原來個底仲有好多粉絲, 粟米, 菜, 仲有勁多新鮮的蜆。我地望住佢D蜆由合口煮到打開, 好鮮甜食到卜卜聲, 呢個真係好食👍👍👍 十分推介大家一定要叫黎食個<海膽炒飯>真係有成板海膽係上面架😍味道如何? 以我多年食海膽的經驗當然對海膽有要求啦! (大家都知唔新鮮的海膽係有腥味) 佢地除左唔腥仲無苦味, 好鮮甜👍👍果然性價比高!其實另外仲點左個<椒鹽粟米> 不過我地實左太飽所以都無咩點食, 比較乾適合送啤酒。我地發現樣樣都大大份, 叫得太多, 兩個人最後都食唔晒要帶走😅😅 continue reading
